Perfect location to walk to pleasure Beach theme park, not too far away from the Blackpool Tower if you don't mind walking. Lovley breakfast every morning suited to your needs, staff are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door and happy to help. Definitely would recommend it as it has everything you need near buy and even the facilities in the room are good.

We loved our stay, no complaints

The Parkfield has an exceptionally early check-in time of 1 pm, which is great. Julie the proprietor is extremely pleasant and helpful. My room was furnished to a hotel standard rather than the norm for Blackpool B&Bs, with everything modern, in good condition, and working properly, and also super clean. There were plenty of electric sockets including two charging sockets next to the bed. The breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for all the South Promenade attractions and close to two tram stops.

It's hard to find anything not to like about this place. The only issue I had was that the wifi network was flagged as unsafe by Google so it was a hassle to override that. But I'm pretty sure that's a Google problem rather than a genuine concern, because the wifi was excellent once I managed to connect to it.

I have stayed at this place before and the thing that made me book for this trip was remembering the very friendly hosts and an excellent full English breakfast. It may be a minute or two off the promenade but it is close to Pleasure Beach, the Sandcastle Waterpark and South Pier.

Loved the warm, welcoming, and friendly atmosphere upon arriving, and the host was very informative of what and where things were and times, i.e., for the bar opening and breakfast, etc. Very clean and well looked after B&B and a lovely homely feel. The rooms were in top condition and a VERY comfy bed and a huge shower all very well thought out! Clean bedding and towels.

I didn't like that we had only booked 1 night and had to leave.......... could of stayed a lot longer!!

Fantastic stay at Parkfield again ,Julie and Darryl are fabulous hosts and go that extra to make you feel welcome and looked after. Great location away from the hustle and bustle of the fairgrounds etc ,a quiet retreat and one of those great places to stay if you do like coming back and having a quiet night. Great room and great value for money, cleanliness and clean bed linen etc and shower and toilet spotless too. Television and kettle facilities in my room ,can come and go as you please of course bring respectful of other guests. Amazing breakfast and Darryl is a great host nothing is too much trouble ,well looked after. Julie is a lovely sincere person too ,will always return if Parkfield is available so book in confidence for a great stay.

Nothing to put

The breakfast was excellent the host so helpful. The hotel was 2 minutes away from the pleasure beach and 1 minute away from the sea front.

I would really recommend The Parkfield Hotel. A warm welcome greeted us. The room, although a little small (great size bathroom, though,) was absolutely spotless. The bed was so comfortable. It was two of the best nights sleep I have had in months. The breakfast was fantastic, and we were made to feel so welcome. We would definitely be returning here.

Julie (sorry didn't meet Steve) was fabulous host, nothing to much trouble. Very welcoming. Great breakfast, room perfect for solo traveller. Perfect location for pleasure beach, south pier and sandcastle waterpark.

Was there for music festival, and was at other end of resort, but should not detract from a fabulous hotel.

Room was lovely & clean with loads of storage available. Comfy bed & pillows. I liked so much I stayed an extra night.
