We stayed at this hotel as a family for one night, and we couldn't have been more pleased! The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you're visiting the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, or want to enjoy the illuminations. From the moment we pulled up, the staff went above and beyond, even helping us with parking, which was a nice touch. The kids loved the free pool table and table football in the bar area—it kept them happily occupied in the evening. Breakfast was more than adequate, with plenty of options for everyone. One of the highlights for us was the exotic pets, which were fascinating and a great source of entertainment. The owners were incredibly welcoming and regaled us with fun and interesting stories throughout our stay. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

We loved it all!

We visited for a long weekend. 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is ideally located, near to the Pleasure Beach, Waterpark and all other main attractions are within walking distance or regular trams/bus up the strip. A great fish and chip shop across the road and there is also a Spar just round the corner which was very handy. The hotel was lovely, it has a real homely, welcoming feel. The owners Pearl and Geoff were kind and friendly and very attentive. The facilities in the downstairs bar area suitable for all ages. We loved the football/pool table! Breakfast was fab, good choice of foods to set us up for the day! Our room was a clean and comfortable base for coming back to after a day of exploring. We were sad to leave but will be sure to stay here again and visit places we missed this time round. Thank you 😊

We stay here every year for our annual short stay to see the illuminations. The location is brilliant for the front and the pleasure beach. There is free parking. The rooms are cosy and clean and has what you need for a few days stay. Pearl and Geoff the owners are friendly, accommodating and Peal makes a cracking breakfast. It’s great value for money. Our children love the pool table and table football.

What can I say, other than exceptional. Thank you, from myself and Scott for a wonderful stay. Pearl and Geoff are wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, even down to borrowing an iron and ironing board. The room was perfect for myself and my partner. Nice and clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious. They even stayed up late with us whilst we drank in the bar, chatted and played pool. Will definitely be booking to stay again.

The hosts were very accommodating to all needs, happy to help out and go above and beyond. In relation to the accommodation for some it would not meet there high expectations, it is all about whatvyou are looking for and cost you want to make. The rooms and property are all very clean. We picked the location so happy with this. Will be revisiting

Very welcoming, great location and facilities. Staff were so friendly and great with our son and our puppy. Always a bonus to get access to decent parking in Blackpool too, and the location is fantastic especially for the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and Sandcastle. The bar for guests is very reasonable and the fact you don't need to pay to play pool and foosball is a nice touch as loads of places would charge. The rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I had to cancel my next trip to them due to family circumstances, but hope to get back at some point this year.

If I had to find something I could only say the angle of tv wasn't great as it looked like you were watching a negative unless up at it, but we weren't there for tv, so it didn't really bother us. More than one set of keys would have been helpful too as you need them to access front door at all times, though that may have been available upon request.

Friendly helpful staff. Everything explained. Breakfast was absolutely spot on and we really enjoyed it!

I had to open the window as there was a smell my daughter described as feet. She's autistic so is quite sensitive to smell. Late afternoon we come back for a rest before tea and someone had left dogs in the room next to us which were barking and scratching on the door but only lasted about half an hour.

Hosts were lovely, helpful, very friendly and welcoming Breakfast was good. More than enough to choose from. Good location Would def return.

Room very small, not much storage, TV was absolutly tiny. Shower room was smelly due to no extractor fan or window.

Staff are really lovely genuine people, very welcoming and patients of Saints. The room was so lovely, cosy and clean. The kids loved the bunk beds. They also loved the pool table in the lounge but it was the few little animals that my kids loved the most. They also have a really good breakfast which I highly recommend. They were also so welcoming to my 2 dogs making them feel at ease in a strange place as much as they could. It's also situated really close to so many attractions and restaurants you would never get bored, even on a rainy day! We can not wait to come back in the future!

Lovely B&B, hassle free check in & free parking as requested was provided. The B&B although a little dated, was friendly, clean & comfortable. The lady that checked us was lovely & friendly to. We booked the family room (1 double, 2 bunk beds) quite spacious & cosy, the double was so comfy, unfortunately we couldn't find the light switch until we was checking out, had a joke about this with the owner, ha! All in all a fab, affordable, accommodation in a prime location! Wouldn't hesitate to rebook here again.
