Iit suited us, ideal base, quiet end so not noisy at night (that or maybe because we just went to see lights in December so not full of stag/hens) was clean and lovely touch of having tea, coffee, milk and cleaning bits which I'd not packed. Felt safe with 2 codes needed 1 to get in building and the other for your room.

Sofa bed not very comfortable and smaller than a double but was OK for 1 night. Room was warm when thermostat kicked in which must have been elsewhere in building but could have done with extra blanket or thicker duvet as was freezing temps and got a bit chilly in the night. Noticed ventilation must be bad as the windows were drenched in the morning yet warned not to leave them open while out and as was ground floor straight on street didn't fancy having the large window open at night either (type someone coukd easily get in). Only a few minor things other than that it suited us.

Key less entry was fab. Property very clean.

Apartment 6 (me) and apartment 4 share a bathroom. I’d prefer en suite but it was clean and I think 4 may have been empty as I don’t think anyone used the bathroom apart from us.

Stayed in apartment 6. When booking it said private bathroom, however this apartment shares a bathroom with apartment 4 and is on the floor below. Email states private shared bathroom once I had booked.

lovely, closest to the pleasure beach that you’ll get, better than any hotel in the area.

it was quite small, few damp spots but to be honest we only were there for one night so it wasn’t a big deal.. the parking facility was a difficult manoeuvre, but most don’t offer any parking so to have this was better than not having any at all.

Great location! Property was clean and modern. Tea and coffee provided. Love that it has a small kitchen perfect when travelling with small kids.

The bed was not very comfortable could feel the springs in the mattress.

Clean convenient for the pleasure beach . Everything that you need for a short stay . Loved that there was tea coffee available when we arrived . No keys was great also.

When we arrived we couldn't find the bottom sheet for the bed settee. A quick email and it was soon rectified. The heating went off on the Sunday evening quite early and again after an email the heating soon came back on.

It was very cold in bed. The duvet was very thin and the bedding a little dated. Extra blankets or a thicker duvet for the winter would be better. We slept in out cothes with the coats on the bed to try keep warm

The location, price and cleanliness were all brilliant.

The sofa beds were good for the one night and 2 average sized people sharing. For a longer stay the sofa beds may have become uncomfortable for some.

Modern, comfortable with plenty of room and all you need for a stay. Hosts were friendly and helpful and reapo ded to any queries with speed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay with value for money.

Nice Space and location was perfect next to everything. Tidy and clean easy entry. Very nice in general

Stove didn't work, and it was a strong smell in the kitchen area also the apartment was a bit too cold
