The room was exactly as expected. Location was great - Less than 10 min walk to the pleasure beach/south pier and there is a tram stop right across from the hotel to take you further along to the blackpool tower/central and north piers to save you walking all the way.

Not really something I didnt like, but didn't love the fact we needed to walk to reception with our dirty towels to get them changed over to clean ones. Our bed was slightly broken, one or two of the slats must have been broken on my side so the bed dipped a bit which was uncomfortable to sleep on. We were staying in the basement rooms with the spa bath and they were great, but I didn't like that cars were parked in the spaces right at our windows, with people standing right at our window smoking 24/7, so we had to keep the blinds all the way down and windows closed all day every day which was quite annoying.

Friendly staff and a nice clean well kept hotel. For getting about the tram stop is straight over the road if you're not keen on the approx 1.3km walk to the tower but on the other side you are only 740m from Pleasure Beach There weren't any parking spaces left at the front of the hotel but the public car park is directly behind the hotel, The bar is nice and modern with a good pool table and good views of the sea.

For some reason, we had a Bluetooth mirror in our bathroom and it was possessed making loud chimes every time we turned the light on so we used our phones during the night and the beds are memory foam and really really soft I didn't sleep too well being used to a more supportive mattress. These 2 things would not stop me from booking here again.

Central to most shops, pubs and amusements and close to tram stop. Staff assisted by taking bags to room for us.

Not very disabled friendly, big steps upto main door. Requested lower floor was given 1st floor and room was quite small. Very little space around bed, no closet just a rail about 7foot up to hang clothes on which was out of our reach. Did not find manager very helpful on 2 occasions we asked for a hot drink and was told we would be better doing it ourselves in room and when we asked for water was told we would be better getting from vending machine. Did not serve food so even though weather was atrocious on 1st 2 days we had to go out to eat.

Lovely, modern, and clean hotel. Beds were lovely and comfortable. Bathrooms were lovely, and we all enjoyed the rainfall showers. We spent every evening in the bar enjoying watching our younger family members trying to play pool. The hotel was in a perfect location, especially for a McDonald's breakfast and a Notauriannis ice cream. Being on the prom, we hopped on the trams to get us wherever we wanted to go. As a large extended family, we had a great week away in lovely accommodation.

The hotel is already fully booked for the dates we need for next year.

Location was good...between Tower and pleasure Beach on seafront. Room was clean....shower was amazing...bar in lounge area was pretty well stocked with every type of alcohol known to man 😆

Would advise not parking at hotel if you are wanting to use your vehicle at any point during your stay. There is a public car park behind the hotel I would advise using instead. Rooms need a full length mirror and the dressing table mirror could do with being lowered so guests can see themselves when sat doing makeup/hair. Room 1 was quite small so would not recommend staying more than a few nights

Smart tech in the room. Spa bath. Great location. Good price. Comfy bed. Great tonhave a fridge. Toilet with bidet.

Air conditioner stopped working after 2nd day and we couldnt get it working again(and we didnt open the window as we were warned not to, as this could make the a/c not work). Could also use some instructions for AC & various smart tech. No natural lighting without people from the street being able to see into the room

Room was bright and clean good bedding and towels good shower blackout blinds plenty of lights and sockets bonus being on ground floor staff efficient explained everything we needed to know

The downside was no milk in room to make a drink and nobody around in the morning to ask for any so we could have a drink also big negative was the parking they need to rethink how to make it work the car behind me was wanting to leave early he text me the night before to ask me to move which was fine however the car in front of me didn’t arrive down and had his phone off so we was outside around 30 mins waiting maybe they could put room numbers on the papers so you can at least go and knock someone the was two more car owners waiting also

Absolutely loved this place, the room was perfect and had a seaview, all the nice little top range amenities too. My daughter and i spent 2 nights here recently and we are already looking to book another trip. The staff member Ryan was lovely, he was so pleasant and nothing was a hassle. The bar area is amazing with a pool table, board games and the perfect sea view. Drinks were so cheap to. There is a vending machine in the lobby also. The place was spotless and everything worked. Not a speck of dust to be seen. Had a iron and small iron board, a steamer, hairdryer, tea station, multiple mirrors including a smart mirror in the bathroom which my daughter loved. Highly highly recommend a stay here. Its peaceful too no drunks running in and out. Perfect.

We stayed in the Spa bath Room and it was great, really nice room with plenty of space and the spa bath was lovely. The location is excellent, especially if you are there for Pleasure Beach. Both members of staff that we met were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Blackpool!

We have very little negative to say as we really enjoyed our stay, the only slight negative was that the WiFi connection wasn't very good in our room ( probably because the spa rooms are at the bottom of the hotel) it meant that we couldn't use the smart TV services that were advertised. This however wasn't a massive issue and we would definitely still stay at the hotel again.
