Very up to date with the gadgets of the room, had a remote for everything was so fun

The room was dirty needed a good clean and could do with a refresh, can tell there has been a lot of money spent on this hotel so it’s a shame that the room felt dirty and tired

The outside had good curb appeal. The lounge/bar area was beautiful had a pool table, decor was outstanding. The building inside was high ceiling which made it feel open and airy. We were in family room 10 opened the door and was a breathtaken sea view absolutely beautiful. The room was big with 2 great double beds and a set of single bunk beds high ceilings, decent amount of storage, TV, the bathroom was a nice size with a walk in shower. Decor was modern nice bright and clean. We couldn't hear anything from above us below or through the wall and with the beds being comfortable we were able to get a great sleep. There was a well stocked shelfing unit downstairs in the hall just outside reception if you needed extra toiletries loo roll etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful also gave you different parking options not pushing you to use and pay for the apartments car park although we did. There was plenty of eating options for you with a restaurant right next door. You also have a tram stop practically right across the road. We've been going to Blackpool for many years now and this has to be the best place we've stayed yet. Can't wait to return in the near future.

The accommodation for the price was reallly good, very comfortable rooms and the staff were amazing the whole time we were there, very friendly and accommodating. There was a vending machine with a few things in which we had forgotten, wouldn't accept card but was fine to accept cash, staff helped out at every opportunity, rooms were basic but had everything we needed, including hair dryers, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, clean bedding and towels. Staff recommended the spa rooms below the bar which were said to be nice. The bar was well stocked and the local beer was really nice, loads of games available in the bar for families to use, plus a pool table, again the staff were really friendly and helpful. My daughter left her I pad in her room and we went back 3 hours later and the staff had been trying to ring us and contact us the whole time. Very honest, couldn't recommend enough. Upstairs communal toilet was very modern, with a heated toilet etc. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Would like to give a special thank you to Ryan for being a great staff member and making our stay very comfortable.

I think the only negative my friends had would be to have more pillows on the bed, but that didn't bother me as I don't use many. Also we probably would of bought more from the vending machine if it would of accepted our cards.

This has to be the best hotel I’ve been too it was sooo nice me and my partner was talking about how we could live there 😂 the guy behind the bar that checked us in was also amazing and kind we had the spa bath and omg I loved it, it was massive and there was led lights in there !! Speakers everywhere the toilet seat was heated ! Was a bidet and had a dryer in there LED lights throughout the whole room!! Rose petals on the bed and personally I found the bed really comfortable it was like foams so it’s hard when you first sit on it but then you perfectly sink in the tv had Netflix paramout plus prime everything you wanted to watch you can led lights surounding it too so sad we only stayed one night would go back just to spend our whole time in there tbf !! There’s also a room overlooking the sea front me and my partner sad there and played card games that were at the place everyone ignore the bad reviews proably the best place you can get in Blackpool !!

Overall I loved everything the only thing that others might not like but personally didn’t effect us in anyway and we really didn’t care about was there was a lot of rust around the metal bedside table and the table that had the coffe machine on it but it doesn’t effect your stay at all !!

Staff was lovely when we went back after being out all afternoon .The staff didn't know we had difficulty in stairs, and we were put way up top .It was our fault as we didn't realise how many flights of stairs there were and said they could off put us in lower rooms if we had requested, but they helped with our luggage also when I asked if we could take a drink from the bar to our room the lovely lady said she would bring them up for us if we wanted any.we sat in the bar area looking out of the windows which was lovely,she was really helpfull I just wish I could remember her name xx Shower 🚿 room was beautiful

I liked the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The front of the property was very clean and looked inviting and welcoming, giving a very good impression prior to entering the hotel. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spotless, designed really well, without being cluttered, with everything that was needed. If I need to stay again in the area, I will be staying at the hotel for more than just 1 night. I can not recommend this hotel anymore highly than i have done. If you read this and are thinking of staying in Blackpool, I would give the hotel a try, and you will not be disappointed.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Fabulous stay. Smart looking hotel & room. The room was a small double at the back. Hotel room had lovely lighting, comfy bed, tea & coffee. Also a smart TV & WiFi., Smart bathroom with lovely shower. Also fan, iron & hair dryer provided. Room was clean & nicely presented. Right in the middle of Blackpool seafront. Also able to park up cycle in front near entrance. Bar looked lovely. Mixed hotel reviews. However, I'd have no hesitation booking again.

Sounds from other rooms. Had to rely on free off street parking streets away from hotel. Not too easy when a big event on, or pay for parking nearby, few spaces available in front but not ideal.

Modern, clean, great location, loved the extra of a microwave downstairs for everyone to use. I didn't want to eat out every night as I was trying ti be good and eat healthy so the microwave was fab, bought some good quality micro meals to eat in the room. I loved how modern the design of the rooms were, and despite being compact they had everything you needed, kettle, hairdryer, iron and mini ironing board, everything had been thought of (except a mini fridge). The view from the window of the beach was fantastic, couldnt fault it, at night and early morning there was some noise from outside but that's the same at any hotel on a main busy road/strip, you can't have the views and location without the noise. The main bar area looked great, although we didn't use it, appeared to have games etc for all to use, had a pool table, tv screens etc, looked like a nice place to socialise, would have loved to see the doors open, however we didn't have the best weather for our 3 night stay. Overall this hotel was very good value for money, and if I were to ever return to Blackpool I would stay here again without a doubt!

Really tiny bedrooms, which is fine as you tend not to spend any real time in there, however very small bathrooms and when taking a shower everything gets wet. Wasn't given milk for tea/coffee in room and when I asked for some was told its meant to be chargeable at 12p per stick? Didn't charge me but made me feel very awkward, milk is normally included with the tea and coffee in the rooms, or perhaps they should put tiny fridges in the rooms and people can buy and store their own milk?

We were able to leave our luggage both before we checked in and after check out. The staff member was friendly and helpful. We stayed in a twin room which was clean and had everything we needed as a base for the week (kettle with plenty of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. Hairdryer, fan for the warmer weather and a radiator which we needed to dry clothes out on after being caught in a storm) Extra products, toilet roll, bin bags etc were available to help ourselves to when needed. We have stayed in the apartment side of this hotel before and will be using both again when we stay in blackpool.

The only slight negative is you can hear the noise from the bar from this room but that stopped early enough to not be a problem with sleeping etc.

The hotel is south pier side , next door ice-cream then fish&chips then pub then MacDonald two stops from tram the fair and sandcastle and quiet , the lively entertainment is central my room was 1 ground floor twin room , RYAN is a one man band he does everything , cleaners don't do your room daily but if you open your mouth and ask You Get , bar only open till 11 pm so you'll get a decent sleep , I'd go back 100% , I loved it

The steps to hotel are massive but that's your exercise daily so that's not a bad thing 😜
