Staff were lovely and friendly and couldn't help enough whenever we spoke or asked them for anything. Nice room and was lovely sea view. Very pleasant stay. I did see a few people on reviews and while we were there complain about thw parking charge. But not many places cheaper to stay in blackpool and the car was right outside and safe so we didnt mind at all. Thankyou very much.

Only issue we had was the shelving units in the bathroom were slightly loose. Which wasn't an issue as we could still use them but just a pre warning incase someone else complains as I forgot to mention while we were there. And the pillows are very thin. Although they did allow us an extra 2 pillows while we were staying as we asked and they very kindly gave us 2 extra pillows. Other than that great stay

The 2 ladies who work here absolutely amazing women. My daughter is autistic so new places to her are a massive issue with feeling comfortable. Wow she really took to the elderly lady here in fact I think that much she would of stayed there with her . But both the ladies made it so good for the children while it was really bad weather outside the sat happy colouring and reading can't wait to go back . Definitely a credit to this hotel them 2. Rooms was lovely and clean as well.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming , would do anything to help. to be honest the rooms are pretty decent, couple of minor fixes needed but did not affect us at all. Overall compared to few hotels we been to before this was defo the best one, very underrated in my opinion well worth the price for a sea view hotel will deffo go again

Only issue if we stayed longer is the hot water would need fixing for showers, other then that brilliant experience 👌

The manager greeted us on arrival and allowed us park on the car park from 11.40. The checking in process was very organised as he was organising the car park when we arrived and making sure people were not going to be blocked in if only staying for 1 night like we did. He was very polite and helpful. The room we stayed in was nice and spacious (family room with sea view), clean and beds were comfortable. Good location.

The fact we stayed on the sea front, we could hear traffic until the early hours including the clip clopping of the horse and carriages but this is not something that can be helped and a sacrifice you'll have to make if you like a good location.

We are a family of 5 and it's so hard to get the 1 room for all of us but this was spot on,my son sat in the window as everything(lights ,beach) was right there,short walk to the pleasure beach an practically next door to muther Hubbards chippy everything is on the doorstep.

I was really happy with it all an the kids loved it.it just had what we needed 👍

Location and the price. Stayed here 5 times before and keep coming back.

Having to pay to park.. we come every year and this is the first time they charge there guess even when we paid for rooms we didn’t even use we paid for 4 rooms and took 3 cars so an extra £30 and we didn’t end up using 1 of the rooms

The location was perfect, right on the sea front. Close to all amenities. I did not have to drive during the stay.

Hotel was basic. It could have been cleaned better. Some crisps were left under the bed from the previous occupants. Other than that, it was adequate, comfortable beds, perfect location. If you just want to use it as a base, it's great.

This hotel is easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Blackpool, and one of the best I've stayed at in general, arriving at the Hotel around 3:30 and still plenty of parking left, which is a huge thing for me as I didn't want to leave my car where I couldn't see it. Checking in was easy and meeting the owner got us off to a good start as he couldn't do enough for us, the room, was really clean, and had everything we needed (bed, kettle, tea, coffee, milk, wardrobe, desk ect.) The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was high pressure (which was a shock as usually hotels let me down with low lressure showers), the room had an amazing sea view, and despite being on the promenade the room was quiet. During the week we ran into the owner again who would always ensure we were okay, and ask how the room was, and if he could get us anything else, genuinely felt like he couldn't do enough for us, we also used the bar in the hotel, which was nice and quiet, with a pool table and a good selection of drinks, the bar staff also couldn't do enough for us. Closer to the end of our stay, when we spoke with the owner, I had asked about the negative reviews that have been left, and he was more than happy to explain to us about them, and personally, I don't belive the negative reviews are a true reflection of this hotel or its staff and judging by pictures left on reviews (especially the one of the stairs) are old, especially because the stairs are no longer carpeted 😂, In short, for what we payed, for a Monday to Friday, for a sea view room, perfectly placed between South Pier and Blackpool centre, for really nice staff and a down to earth owner, this hotel is worth so much more than what we payed and we can't wait to return next year, if your thinking about this hotel, go for it, you won't regret your choice.

Excellent friendly staff, great location between north and Central piers but not far from the pleasure beach. Very comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom

Being on the 3rd floor and the lift being out of service but that's more down to my fitness than the hotel haha
