This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. Everything from the spacious, clean & luxurious rooms to the amazing spa. We stopped for 2 nights in a classic room; we had treatments in the spa and used the thermal pool & other facilities, which are out of this world. Stanley bar & grill is also worth the visit, the food is absolutely lush!

The only problem we did have was the signal for the TV in the room wasn’t very good, but that is just been super picky.

The whole stay was so enjoyable from start to finish, on arriving the front desk where polite and explained everything we needed to do for our stay, the rooms were exceptional and so quite and relaxing, the complimentary products were of high standard both on the beverages and bathroom. Our view over the Dock was very nice and being able to see other areas of Liverpool....the Stanley Restaurant gave every option for everyone's food preferences and did excell if required...we could not fault a thing, it was a stay for my sister in laws birthday and the option of " petals champagne and chocolates" went along way, as a lovely surprise, higher recommend this hotel.

Nothing not too like...

The room was stunning. Exposed brick walls were the feature with dark, neutral tones which created an intimate feeling. The room was large, boasting an extended cabinent for mini fridge, ample storage, utilities and TV. There was both a table and a lounging area for comfort. The bed was suitable and the sheets were soft. The bathroom was larger than average with a walk in shower, his and hers sinks and other expected facilities. The breakfast was stunning. Freshly cooked and high quality ingredients. I was particularly appreciative of the range of fresh fruit and proper sausages. If I were to venture to Liverpool again, this is the only option for me to stay at.

Nothing.

Room was amazing! Breakfast was great. Parking was easy. Restaurant food was delicious

There was a wedding on & our room was badly situated as we were subjected to very loud singing & then a disco until midnight. When I rang reception we were asked if we wanted to change our room. We were leaving the next day so we said no. However, when we mentioned it to reception when checking out, we should’ve been told that we would keep our current room & just go to a quiet room to sleep. It was very annoying to find out that we could’ve had a quiet room to sleep in.

We were lucky enough to stay at the Titanic Hotel for our trip to Liverpool for Eurovision, and from arrival were absolutely blown away at the quality of the hotel. The building itself is specatcular and incredibly restored, in a great location and with ample parking. The interior is beautifully designed, feeling spacious, luxururious and comfortable, with many tasteful references to the building's history and namesakes (ill-fated) voyage. From check-in, to the bar, conscierge, cleaning and breakfast team, all staff were superb, helpful and friendly. Having booked the Classic Double Room, we were lucky enough to be put in room 437 which had spectacular views across the Wirral, and was large, well-appointed, and very comfortable and relaxing after a long-drive. As a huge fan of Rum, making use of the dedicated bar was a real plus for me. We were also able to book in for the Spa in the basement, which was absolutely stunning, and a really unique experience. Couldn't have been happier with our stay, and we are now trying to find a reason to return to Liverpool so we can enjoy the Titanic once more.

My only comments for improvement would be as follows: - Integrate the spa booking with the hotel booking rather than having to organise separately - Cost of spa felt a little toppy; £20pp as hotel guests for something that is often included as part of the stay is not ideal, but was something we had factored in. - Overall price of food and drink; whilst we felt the room rates for B&B were very reasonable, a bill of c.£50 for a couple of drinks, a chicken ceaser salad and a portion of chips was a bit much. However, for the location, and quality of hotel, I suppose perhaps to be expected.

- Exceptional service; everyone was so friendly & nothing was too much trouble. - The room was made back up & replenished everyday - Design & decor is absolutely stunning, it feels modern yet also takes you back in time. - Fantastic breakfast that is included in the room rate. - Loved the dark corridors as it added to the atmosphere. - Rooms are huge with everything you'd need.

- You'll find brick dust here and there but it adds to the magic. - It's a distance from the centre of Liverpool but Sandhills station is within walking distance & can be easily reached from there. - The porridge was a make-it-yourself pot which was absolutely fine for me but some may not be impressed given the type of hotel it is. - There's a £5 tray fee if you want room service. - TV quality is poor and the streaming services aren't offered (a really minor issue but the latter would have been nice).

The location and atmosphere of the hotel is fabulous, the staff are friendly and the food is very good. I have stayed her on a number of occassions and really like the ambience of the hotel. The rooms are fantastic and the views are wonderful.

Previous stays here the spa was free to guests, its now a paid and book in job, which is disappointing as I wasnt aware when booking this stay, which to be honest is a very big part of choosing this hotel. When arriving at my room on other occasions the Titanic themes playing with a welcome message on the TV, it really made it feel like a special treat to be there, this didnt happen on this stay.

Spacious beautiful room with lovely dock views. Quiet nice location, easy getting a taxi to the centre , great restaurants not very far away

The coffee machine in the room was very slow and temperamental. The service in the bar and restaurant could be much improved. If you are lucky you get one staff member who is quick and attentive, but they are usually in no rush to attend your table- on one occasion we got up and walked out - decided to go somewhere else for pre-dinner drinks. It was the only real minus in the hotel - otherwise beautiful and comfortable.

I think we were lucky to get a room overlooking the Dock side, which made an exceptional hotel even more special. We loved the sympathetic way that an old warehouse has been developed into a beautiful hotel. The mood lighting throughout the hotel gave the once old building a romantic atmosphere. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom with a lovely walk in double shower and separate bath and his and hers sinks. I don't think I've ever stayed in such a spacious hotel room with high ceilings. The hotel itself was about a 20 to 30 minutes walk into the main town where all the major attractions are, passing areas of run down buildings awaiting to be renovated like the Titanic hotel, as this area seems to be up for redevelopment. The beauty of the hotel by far made up for the walk into town along this stretch. Car parking was £8 for 24 hours within the hotel grounds. We enjoyed a late bar meal and cocktails here one night of our two night stay in lovely surroundings and all the staff we met were very warm, welcoming and friendly. If we ever visit Liverpool again we would definitely look to stay here again.

I can't think of anything that could have been better. We enjoyed ever minute of our stay. I can't say we have anything negative to say about this hotel.
