Room was awesome.. breakfast was excellent. Staff was so kind. I Like the windows bcz it was proper lighting. Room was so clean n so many towels i wil definitely come back again just need to improve little bit more in timming plz

They give u room at 3pm which is not fair it should be 1-2pm. Checkout time should be 12pm. 10am is so early people need to have breakfast which is till 10.30 then how can be checkout time is 10am If customer request for 1hr early they ask for extra n also parking price. They charge u for parking also which is not fair and also price was little bit up.

For the price, you have access to the pool and spa facilities. The pool is very small and does feel crowded when there’s others in it with you. It’s crazy how they fit all of this into this hotel. We slightly regret not booking the superior room as our standard room felt extremely cramped! Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was an absolute bargain. Great selection of breakfast items within the buffet and very well organised. We left feeling full and satisfied for the day. Location is brilliant, a short walk down some steps and you’re on the beautiful beach. A little way from the pier but still a lovely walk down. The hotel offers a extremely expensive rate for parking on site, with a bit of patience we found free parking down Durley Road! There is a lot of parking in the surrounding areas, if you’re prepared for the walk that is. The bathroom facilities were small in our room but very good, we love a bath and it came with a very powerful water pressure bath and was everything we needed. Air conditioning made our room so much more comfortable!! The best till last was the bed!! It was like sleeping on a cloud, we had the best nights sleep. Would recommend anyone going to this hotel as it’s very good value for money.

Disappointed the cost of the parking even though there’s plenty of free parking either down the same road or a few streets down. If we hadn’t spent some time looking and we had paid that fee I would have felt robbed knowing there’s actually so many spaces not far from the hotel that’s actually free. Plus the hotel cannot guarantee a space if you were to pop out. Standard rooms are a tad small and cramp.

Lounge area lovely and beach access

The pool was really a jacuzzi and even before 6pm curfew I had to remove my teenager from the pool because of all the young couples kissing inappropriately. It felt unhygienic and sleezy

The room service was A* the food was so lovely we only ordered a cheese & pickle sandwich & a chicken mayo toasty BUT it was bloody beautiful the side salad really topped it off was absolutely 10/10 delicious, the receptionist was very friendly & helpful

my only 3 issues are 1. The parking I refuse to pay £15 when I’ve already paid for a room especially to be told if we go out & no space when we return we don’t get money back & have to find somewhere on a side road, 2. The location it’s not the most friendly/welcoming nicest area seems a bit rough especially walking down a side road right next to the hotel finding used needles the final issue is the price we would absolutely love to come back for 2 nights this weekend but just cannot afford 2 nights maybe only 1 at most

room service was great, massage is the best thing in the hotel totally recommended location is really good few minutes to town centre and beach. staff were friendly thank you :)

swimming pool was smaller than I expected

the property was very modern and clean. The room was a good size for a couple, and the bed was very comfortable. It is a stone throw from the beach, and there are lots of different facilities to utilise. The restaurant has excellent food and was a great atmosphere, the same with breakfast. The pool and steam room were lovely and clean, and a member of staff came to check it whilst we were in it, so is clearly well looked after. The staff were all extremely friendly, and made our stay amazing, and let us still use the pool after checking out.

It is a shame that the sauna was closed whilst we stayed, but the steam room was also really nice. A fridge in the room would be nice as all of our drink turned warm from the heat. The pool key stopped working a few times, ans had to get it re done at reception. The lift was very small, and sometimes took a while to come, but it did it’s job so can’t complain.

The room was REALLY lovely. It was so comfortable and had everything in it I could possibly need. The remote controlled climate control was SO good because I could set the temp etc that suited me personally, rather than just having the set temp for the whole hotel Easy to use and a brilliant addition. The breakfast was truly delicious. The food was hot and fresh and a big variety of delicious food. ALL the staff were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO lovely and friendly and helpful- at the reception, in the breakfast room and the maintenance staff around who quickly helped and solved a problem my friend had with her door lock.

service was 10-10, from reception to bar staff. location was near to city centre, park and beach. Hotel is a nice property with good facilities.

if you choose to opt for breakfast, breakfast is good however needs a vegan option. there is fruit and fried potatoes however no full vegan breakfast. Room service was good however there were a couple of hairs and someone’s ear plug on the floor, nothing big but if picky that was something, however overall the stay was good.

Location is great, a short 10min walk down to the pier. Good choice in local restaurants with a Caribbean place directly opposite.

Our 1st room was the family interconnecting room, very dated but very practical and clean. The adult bed was a double bed and very uncomfortable. We asked to change our room to the standard family room and the ladies at reception were helpful in sorting that for us. The stand family (with no interconnection) is much more modern, brilliant power shower and the adult bed is a super king. Our second nights sleep was much better. Breakfast was limited but nice and cooked well. Parking if you can get it is free on the side road. Better to get parking when people are checking out at around 11 or again at 3. We didn’t move the car all weekend.

very friendly staff at check in, good location to both beach and town centre. Room was comfortable and air con was welcomed in this weather

Hotel felt slightly tired in the public areas and maybe needs a refurb here however the rooms were much more modern so not a major issue. bathroom was a little on the small side but again more than adequate for a short stay. Hotel car park was full however there was public parking only a 2 minute walk away.
