Good value for money and excellent location. The stay was very pleasant. The hotel is cheaper is not high standard but you get 3 x decent dinners for three in good restaurant by paying less and still enjoy a great location. What to expect more if you search for a good value.

The lift isn’t working but the reception staff helped us with luggage so no complain at all :)

Rooms were basic but clean. More bedding was supplied on request. Closish to beach, shops & bars & restaurants. Nice clean white bedding. We also left a camera in the room & it was honestly returned.

1 bed had springs in mattress that I could touch through the mattress. I requested extra duvets to lay on top of mattress which 2 extra were supplied.

Excellent hotel, location and much more, would recommend to anyone.

There was nothing not to like.

I was looking for a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the seaside and it was perfect. The bed was a dream to sleep in. Absolutely perfect and I slept like a baby. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of seagulls and the view from my window. I liked the foyer area, where you can sit and relax, and chill with others, and the sunlight streams really nicely and perfectly through the windows. The staff were a delight and friendly, and made me feel at ease. The hotel is also perfectly situated near the beach. Less than five minutes walk to the beach and a variety of bus stop options about two to three minutes from the hotel going from the town square, train station and other areas near the Bournemouth town square. It was easy to pop to the shops, the pubs and bars, food places, cinema, and other attractions in the area from the hotel, which made my stay ideal

I didn't really have any complaints to be honest. Maybe there were a lot of stairs, but there's an elevator to compensate from that, so it wasn't really a problem, and I actually really like the olden days style and functions of the lift.

This hotel has the perfect location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the town centre. The property has amazing staff, everyone was incredibly helpful and willing to go out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The room was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable. The property also has it’s own bar, for if you’re feeling too lazy to travel for drinks. Overall amazing property with great value for money!

The room was small but it and the bathroom were spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, very close to the beach. The staff was friendly.

I thought it. was a bit expensive as the room was small but it may have been a busy weekend in Bournemouth as the Triathlon was on.

We stayed for 1 night and it was good value for money. The room was booked last minute and the hotel was able to accommodate us and even change our room for a bigger one. There is a car park 2 minutes from the hotel and it's only £10 for 24h. The hotel is also a short walk to the beach and there are lots of shops and pubs nearby.

Although it is only 2 stars, I would still expect the basics which were not met. For example the window hatch was broken and we could not close it. Also we did not expect the room to be sparkling clean but we were left disgusted when our sink was full off pubes from the previous people and not able to drain at all.

I loved how close it was to the beach, lots of local shops like Tesco and Nisa nearby for food and supplies and a variety of food options to eat from
