Rooms are really lovely and feel luxurious. View over the river was absolutely stunning and location is perfect. Breakfast was very tasty.

Given the check in and out times are so restrictive, I don’t feel the property is good value for money. For a one night stay you can only get a maximum of 18 hours in the room, which doesn’t give you time to really enjoy the location. Breakfast on your knee is a little awkward.

Good sized rooms. Comfy bed with good quality linen and towels. Excellent breakfast choices served in room at requested time. Excellent village centre location. Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful view from window. Small fridge in the room was useful. Good supply of tea/coffee/milk.

Small things not enough to prevent a return visit. Would have liked a bedside lamp on both sides of bed. Window table small and a bit unstable if you were wanting to eat breakfast as a couple. Window table and bedside table a little tired. Car parking nearly £35 for the week, but was only a 5 min walk away.

We booked the Dirham Suite for four adults on a walking trip to the Cotswolds. The main bedroom had a beautiful view overlooking the water - could not ask for more in this department. The location is excellent. The fish & chips restaurant below us was busy, but we never experienced any noise issues. Breakfast is ordered using a menu which you hang on the door each evening, The selections were good, and the food was delivered hot and on time. There is no staff on site, but we had no problems following the provided instructions to access the room. We enjoyed sitting by the large windows overlooking the water and enjoying an early morning cup of tea. Both rooms were adequately sized for our party of four adults. The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Great location on the main street, the room was clean, comfortable and bright. Stayed in the Yen room which is small but we were made aware ahead of time and it was fine for one night. Breakfast was tasty. Would stay again.

Wifi was not good in the room, I had to stand by the door to connect and it would drop out frequently. Would recommend a wifi extender for the top floor. Luggage storage would also be good. The following are not really negatives just things to note about the Yen room - there is no room to open a large suitcase without being in the way. Also the shower is small and hard to maneuver in, even for a slim person. Again, these are fine and wouldn’t stop me from staying again.

We absolutely loved the Old Bank Rooms. We stayed in the Dirham two bedroom apartment. The location could not have been better. It was close to all the attractions of Bourbon on the Water and the view from the main bedroom was amazing looking out over the River Windrush flowing through the town. We didn't find the shop downstairs a problem at all and were happy to have such delicious fish and chips so close by. Our full English breakfast was perfect. We are planning to make our one night stay longer next time.

We can't think of anything we didn't like about the rooms we had at The Old Bank Rooms.

Breakfast was good. Would have liked choice of yogurt with the toast & pastry selection option. We had no non decaf for the cafetière on the 2nd day though. Absolutely loved the bathroom, bath amazing & products incredible! Loved it. Room with a view- exceptional! Would come back tomorrow. It was a surprise from my husband for my birthday- he got it spot on. Also as it was just us- the breakfast in bed idea- great. Felt very spoilt

Just the lack of fresh coffee. When breakfast was delivered we did ask for some- they were unable to give us any. Also no hangers apart from those used for the bathrobes,& a box of tissues the room would be nice. A bedside light on both sides would be good too-if one wanted to read in bed while the other slept

Breakfast was excellent! - Especially the English breakfast. Location also was excellent - walked to the canal. The only minor problem was parking - however the cleaner was there when we arrived & he helped us with our bags up to the 1st floor. VG.

The TV wasn't quite working when we arrived & had to be reset. The WifFi login was tedious as we had to login again everytime the phone went off or after going out.

Couldn't be located in a better place, completely central and easy access via the side of the chip shop. It wasn't noisy at all, although our room was on the back of the property and not on the high street. The room was large and a superb bathroom and bath (in Rupee Suite), the reason we chose it. Breakfast was delivered so we could have it in bed, with loads of choices available. Lovely bathrobes we're available and a hot water bottle each. Such lovely touches!

We only had decaf coffee available in the room, literally the only complaint I have. It was all perfect! Oh, and maybe some prosecco glasses!

The location is right in the centre of the village so is a perfect location. Parking near by. The view from the room was spectacular & the room itself bright, light & beautifully decorated. Lovely big bathroom with old bath & modern shower. The breakfast was always served on time & very enjoyable. The extra touch of having a small fridge in the room & the water & milk was much appreciated. This is a little piece of heaven in a beautiful magical village

I really do not have anything to comment on

wow the location was amazing!!! it is literally over the road from the stream. it’s got to be the prettiest village in the uk! the room had a massive bathroom which I love! amazing breakfasts. it was lovely. Easy check in. had a fridge, hairdryer (and diffuser!), iron, tea & coffee and milk and water. big comfy bed. peaceful.

nothing. my little tips would be: a soap dish or shelf in the shower, I don’t use products as I use my own and need somewhere to put them. condiments with breakfast. that’s it! nothing was wrong.. it was wonderful
