Cosy, comfortable living room, excellent location, just being a short stroll to the river, shops and cafes. Lovely welcome pack of local produce. Enclosed and private back yard with table and chairs. Cottage was very clean and felt really homely.

Unfortunately, another holiday cottage on the same Lane has a very similar name and, although no fault of the owners, both us and another family turned up to check in when the other family were actually staying at the cottage further down the lane. Thankfully, the it was quickly sorted by the owners, but could have been a little awkward! A tricky one to rectify. I would recommend providing measurements of the car parking space on the write up, although a valuable facility, only really suitable for a small car.

House was lovely - in an excellent location just a short walk from the village. Owners quick to fix problems. The boiler broke during our stay but was fixed in under a couple of hours.

Wasn't clear from the booking that breakfast was no longer included. Was in the small print, but easy to miss - bit disappointing it wasn't clearer. Twin beds were uncomfortable - very soft. Parking was quite tight. A large car would not have been able to fit without sticking out into the road.

This was a great little cottage with a short walk into main village. The beds were really comfy. We had 2 teenagers in the upstairs attic and they thought the beds were super comfortable. A well appointed kitchen and everything really clean. I would definitely recommend. Staff just down the road and were super responsive when we had trouble trying to work out the lounge TV.

The only negative was that the wifi was incredibly slow. My husband wanted to work while we were away and found it incredibly frustrating trying to get various work applications to upload and even sending attachments on emails. And the teenagers of course also found it really slow. This is the only reason I gave this property an 8 out of 10.

The cottage was lovely, situated in a perfect location. The pub next door serves great food, and the beds were lovely and comfy. Thank you for the lovely hamper! Was a nice walk up to the Hawkstone brewery from there.

Parking: This is only suitable for a small car and needs to be noted on the description when you booked. Wifi/TV: Wifi was very slow and the tv was not working well. I think these need to both be upgraded. Map took us to a different cottage, was a bit confusing to find which house it was, a neighbour had to direct us. Needs a sign saying the Lansdowne Cottage and located on the main road.

This is a beautiful cottage in a lovely town in The Cotswolds. The hosts are fantastic and respond to every request very quickly and also provided a very nice hamper. The cottage is warm and cosy and was decorated for Christmas which was really nice. It is located very close to the centre of the beautiful village of Bourton-on-the-water and close to other villages and towns. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property

The wi-fi is a bit inconsistent but not a big issue for us.

Charming cottage with a homely feel. Very neat and clean. Sufficiently well stocked with essentials and with all useful appliances. The staff was ultra responsive and attentive.

The wi-fi was quite erratic so if one is looking to get some work done or make data calls it can be an issue. Mobile signal is also generally poor in the area.

Charming cottage nicely decorated and very comfortable. The half door in the kitchen (a lovely feature) leads out to a sunny outdoor dining area. Parking directly outside the property is very convenient. Highly recommend it as a base for exploring the Cotswolds.

The shower was tricky to enter and exit. A shower mat and additional handrail needed for safety.

We loved the location of the cottage because it was in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants.

Even though this cottage has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd room is on the 3rd floor and our young kids didnt want to sleep alone up there.

I liked that it was within walking distance to the village and that it came with parking right outside the property. We had a MG SUV and that car fitted in the car space. The bed was comfortable and it was a very quiet area so we had a good nights sleep. We had dinner at the old new inn and I would recommend that Pub The apartment was cosy and had everything that you needed if you did want to cook.

Location a short walk from the main village.

Property available any time after 3pm.arrived half past 3 property not cleaned towels in bath bedding bundled on beds, but unable to get a response from the property contact number despite numerous calls and texts over our 2 day stay. Also, unable to access Wi fi using password in handbook. contacted Booking com direct which brought a brilliant response from the staff of another company property close by, they also gave us the correct Wi-Fi password, All this was compounded by a poor telephone signal. The rest of the stay was perfect.
