Breakfast was perfection and served in bright clean lovely dining room . Service with a smile ! Spacious room with extremely comfortable bed . Great central location. Model village at back of property was fun . Don’t leave without paying a visit !
Evening meal was really good . Best fish and chips ever ! Staff great. But dogs in a restaurant ???!!! Please , this has got to stop - disgusting ! We could actually smell them ! So off putting when you are eating. I am aware this is the norm these days but maybe an area just for dogs could work ?

Central to Bourton on the water. Model village at back of hotel which is free for hotel guests. Easy check in service. Rooms very clean + comfortable.
The parking is slightly confusing. Said on website that you pay £7.50 for whole stay. The machine on car park says £7.50 only covers for 5-6 hours. It is an ANPR car park. Just for information, pay the £7.50, make sure you register number plate on machine in hotel + hotel will cover rest of parking fee

Clean, tidy, homely and warm. Christina was fantastic and an amazing staff member who was happy to help with anything.
Was all fantastic. Only one staff member was abit moody. Man with glasses. Apart from that everything and everyone was brilliant

beautiful building... great breakfast... towel warmer in the bathroom... comfy bed... location was so perfect. easy to get in and out of the town each day without having to drive thru it... parking was 7.50 pounds for the entire stay.... quiet even though it was advice the restaurant..... loved it
it was colder than expected on our visit so the heaters were off. .... but i realized it before the front desk attendant was gone so he was able to get the boilers turned on for us. it wasn't a problem at all. just something i didn't expect. and it was easily changed.

Gorgeous period building, renovated to a modern (but still kept original character) high standard. Rooms were cosy, with extremely comfortable beds and great extra touches such as the tea tray with high quality products which was topped up each day. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and staff were super lovely and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for a better location with a handy carpark adjacent. We will definitely return.
Room was very warm during the night, even with windows open. But appreciate it’s hard to regulate temperature in a period property.

Breakfast was very good, although used cereal bowls and plates weren’t removed from table whilst we were sat there, which wasn’t a great ambiance. Location was perfect and room itself was very clean, but needed a little more TLC in some areas (water bottle and plastic glasses were dirty). It was also cold, probably exacerbated by the fact that all of the windows were open and radiator switched off on arrival, OK in summer, but not November. However, it is a lovely place and we would return.
Glasses and water bottle were very dirty and the breakfast waiting service was very dependent on who was working.

Located right in a perfect spot in Bourton-on-the-Water. Great choice of room styles. We had a separate lounge area to bedroom which was wonderful for a three day stay. Easy walks around an absolutely delightful village. Pay Car park right on property but gets very busy on weekends so if arriving on a Saturday you may need to park in an alternate spot until later in the day when crowd disperses. Once that is achieved you can just leave car and let your feet do the walking.
Restaurant area is lovely but the Tapas menu is a bit hit and miss. Be aware you will need to climb stairs to most rooms BUT staff were extremely helpful moving luggage.

Bed was super comfy, also provided a Dyson fan to keep us cool/extra blanket if cold. Tea and coffee with biscuits, tele worked fine, mini fridge as well with milk and water in, amd all toiletries provided, totally clean. Had great night sleep and in the morning the shower was great, as was the breakfast and the girl serving the breakfasts. Honestly everything was really great.
check in is a bit rubbish as 15:00 - 18:00 only, this interrupted our day (had to come and check in during the middle of the wedding we were attending); earlier I had been told on the phone I could drop of bags/pick up key in the morning at 11:00 and they would take up the bags once room was ready for us, however when I got there this was apparently not possible, so this was annoying

Breakfast was wonderful. There was continental on display plus a full English available which was delicious. We ate in the restaurant both evenings and the food was exceptional especially the lamb shank. A little on the expensive side but probably par for the course for a hotel of this standard. Rooms were really cosy and lovely comfortable bed a lot of character and really clean. Even had fresh milk in the fridge for your tea/coffee. Would definitely return and highly recommend this wonderful establishment.
Parking was not available at this hotel but we were able to park in the model village car part directly next door. only downside was that the car park was full so you may have to hang around waiting for someone to leave to grab your space as it was only a small car park. This would not put me off staying at the Inn though. Not a problem in the grand scheme of things.
