Great location, great value for money. NCP car park right next door. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived. Our room was ready even though we were half an hour early for check in. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located a minute's walk from Bradford City Hall. This was ideal for getting to City of Culture events and the Police Museum. It was also a twenty minute walk to the football ground. Breakfast was included in the price and great value. Buffet style cereal, pastries, fruit and cooked English breakfast. Eggs to order - Harry in the kitchen cooked our family some superb poached eggs - thank you Harry! Amm in the restaurant was a lovely host, nothing was too much trouble - thank you Amm! We will definitely visit Bradford again and stay at the Leonardo.

A gymnasium.at the hotel room was good staff mostly welcoming but should be able to get a meal voucher at anytime really.not just in the evening. Needs to be reviewed so that paying guest can get this anytime as the hotel get busy with sometime coaches of people staying at the hotel and they tend seem to think that as a group that they do tend to annoy single paying guests who do stay at this hotel and indeed do get to know the management and staff.i don't appreciate when I am having my evening meal then get some ladies coming out and saying that I was getting special treatment at the hotel resteraunt.o was very annoyed as they were seated right next to me.moaning about running out of apple crumble clustered in the set meal which set out as travelling coach from tyneside.very rude so I ate my meal had one drink and returned to my room very annoyed how rude they were.i stay at Leonardo hotel quite regular with my son.so this need to be made aware that I was a paying guest at the hotel.manners go a long way.i was not happy.but that's the groups of women having rant right next to me.oh well had to hold my tongue and not say anything to them.
As stated above..the management and staff are so professional at there jobs.thank you for looking after me and my son.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff are so very helpful and look after your needs.foodis okay but the menu needs to add a bit more choices on various food items no steak or some meals are for vegans that's okay.but need to be able to maybe have meat pies like steak and kidney or like a good traditional Sunday lunch like Yorkshire pudding and onion gravy .would be good.
The rooms are a bit confusing regarding the heating and need for it to be fired up easily had to get a air warm air blower.and the rooms are a bit outdated requires a refurb.not enough USB sockets to change your mobiles on need nore not enough.the tv was really old need to put in a decent TV in the hotel rooms as mine wasn't so good.

The hotel has an excellent city centre location, making it very convenient for exploring Bradford. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shower had fantastic water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay.
The interior is slightly aged, and the carpet had some noticeable stains. Additionally, while the building appears to have a garage, there is no on-site parking available for guests. However, they do offer a helpful 20% discount at the adjacent NPC car park.

Very clean with large rooms and contemporary furniture. Location is excellent and the staff very friend and helpful.
They need to sort out the door from reception to the lifts. It sticks really badly and no guest ever seems to be able to open it. It’s been like it for ages and it’s a real nuisance. The hotel needs to make a deal with the car park next door to get a discounted rate for its customers and if the car park company are not willing then try another nearby car park instead. They must get all the guests from the hotel parking there and if they are not prepared to offer a discount another car park will. They may re consider when guests patio elsewhere for a better rate.

Imagine my surprise when I opened my hotel room door! The room was of an excellent size much bigger than expected. The bed was extremely comfortable. After one figured out how to turn the power on- ah that was what the extra card was for!. I particularly liked the availability of an iron and ironing board with which one could press one's shirts. The bathroom was a joy to behold- again larger than expected with a choice of either power shower or a bath. One experienced both during my short stay. Lots of towels too. With a buffet breakfast as well as an eleven o'clock checkout what more could one wish for?
perhaps you could add another line to welcoming A4 laminated list. Asking hotel guests if they could gently close the doors to their room as forceful closing creates noise and reverberation. This disturbed my peaceful repose on two occasions throughout the night.

I've stayed here a few times before over 8 times and always found the staff very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfy and pillows perfect. The room was always made up every day and was very clean 👌 Enjoyed the breakfast and had everything you needed it also descent quality.
The food from the bar was terrible.. I paid £17 for a Lasagne and garlic bread, the Lasagne wasn't even cooked properly, the pasta sheets were still stiff ! I mentioned it to the bar manager, and he apologised and offered a free drink and a different meal. I had the standard burger and chips it was cooked but poor quality and not worth £17! I won't be eating in the hotel next time. I can't believe the hotel charges £2.65 for a bottle of water and £1.70 for a Maltese bar. The prices of the drinks in the bar were expensive too..

Bed was super comfy. First time staying at Leonardo Bradford. Great value and location. Landed 20 mins ahead of time so went to drop bags off. Slightly wet due heavy downpour and cold from railway station to hotel. Very nice young girl was warm and welcoming - checked to see if a room was free to save coming back to check-in. Quick check in and room free where able to dry off. Very pleasant experience!
Room overall was very good but carpet a bit thread bare by clothes rail unit. Kids running up and down corridor knocking on door although recognise this was not a fault of hotel but it was slightly annoying first thing in morning!
