Excellent location , clean and owners were very helpful. Bathroom was good size . Perfect location . Would recommend

The mattresses would benefit from replacing as the springs could easily be felt through the night . There are a lot of brightly coloured cardboard signs in the room and around the corridor which warn not to do various things including taking the items in the room. It is perhaps a reflection on the experience of the owners that they have needed to do this so I sympathise with the problem. Perhaps the signage could be re thought as it slightly alters the feel of the place . None of the above are bad things , but review box did not allow for what could be more comfortable.

Did not have breakfast - left at 4:30am. The room was very tidy, up to date and comfortable and well appointed for an overnight airport hotel. I was surprised I could still hear a bit of car noise as it is not on the main A38 Bristol to airport road. Clearly all roads around the airport are busy.

The host quoted "...yes, that is correct, there is no pavement or street lighting, but it is walkable..." I walked to the hotel from the airport in the evening when it was still light. Even then it turned out the road was quite busy and there are sections where there is nowhere to walk off the road - no grass verge at all - so I had to flatten myself against the hedge at times... At about 11 in bed at night, when I realized that the traffic never quite stops, I decided that it would be dangerous to negotiate that road to the airport in the dark at 4:30am. So I called a last minute taxi. I was glad I did, because there was indeed traffic and it would have been very unpleasant and dangerous to try and walk it.

Location was good easy to find just off the main A38. we didn't have breakfast due to an early flight, but there were croissants, milk and orange juice left in the fridge for us, so that was very good. room was good size with comfy beds, didn't try the shower but the wet room was a good size and very clean. handy to be able to leave our car parked there for a very reasonable price, whilst we were away on holiday, also the transfers to and from the airport worked very well.

Only thing on a personal level for me was that I found the pillows very uncomfortable, but that may have been just me? Everything elas very good.

Nigel was exceptionally helpful as we figured out how to book a stay near the Bristol Airport, and then in getting us to the correct place to meet him after our plane landed. His kind and personal service, including concern for our comfort, was greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable and gave us all we needed for our one night's stay.

This wasn't a problem for us, but be sure you understand that there aren't restaurants close to the facility.

Perfect for airport. The owner could not have been more helpful. Really clean with comfy bed and plenty of coffee and tea facilities. Everything you needed supplied in room and with a 3:15am start the croissants left in the room were a real bonus. The mini fridge with real milk, iced water and juice was perfect. They even supplied a terracota wine cooler for a bottle in the garden to start the holiday. Although we didn’t require it they also offer airport transfer.

It was tricky to find and would be better with a large sign in side if road as the road is very busy and not a lot of time to slow down to look.

Although this is a cottage, the property is rented by rooms, rather than the whole house. Each room has all the facilities as if you were staying in a hotel and they have an en-suites. Ideal location for Bristol Airport. The Hosts Nigel & Jan couldn’t have been more welcoming.

Some people may not like the fact that you can hear planes.

Family room suited our needs perfectly. TV and WiFi available helped to keep our toddler entertained and being able to park at the property was a huge bonus.

Our "private bathroom" was across the corridor and just outside of the kitchen/diner. Meaning that whilst the other guests were playing boardgames/eating/drinking in the kitchen in the evening they kept using our bathroom as they assumed it was just the downstairs toilet.

Amazing little cottage. Homely and 4 mins away from the airport. A little gem.

The little touches of leaving milk and orange juice in the fridge. The phone call in the day to just make sure we were aware of how everything worked and the rooms are so cosy you don’t want to leave. Will be using again without doubt.

booked it fairly last minute as didn’t plan on staying overnight before flight. The host Nige met us at the spotlessly clean cottage, and explained where everything was. lovely touch leaving fresh milk/juice in fridge for us and also a croissant in room by the tea/coffee facilities. Perfect for airport stays, also we now know they offer car parking/transfers to the airport. Will definitely stay again.

oh, it had the comfort of a regular house with a lovely backyard, garden, and backyard view, which more than compensated for the lack of the same for the front yard. access to a regular kitchen, refrigerator, microwave etc. was a blessing and a surprise

it is right on the main road with a bit of traffic up until 9 PM or 10 PM
