Fantastic location for the airport. Only took us 5 minutes to walk from hotel to terminal. Staff were excellent and could not do enough for you. The hotel was beautiful. Christmas decorations were beautiful. Just loved the hotel. Breakfast started at 4 am which was brilliant as we could have food before our flight at 6.30am. Will definitely be staying there again with my family.

Lovely staff. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were all very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the location is a short stroll from departures. Perfect for a 6am flight! The food for dinner was absolutely delicious. It is surprisingly quiet (minimal plane noise/ noise from other guests) which was great as it meant we could have a good night's rest.

The rooms are snug if you (like us!) have a lot of luggage. We had pre-booked parking but I would warn you that the charges for the car park are extortionate. I think that is Bristol Airport's jurisdiction, not the hotel group though. The directions for a takeaway bag for early breakfast were a bit mixed. On check in, the receptionist advised us we could have a takeaway bag made up ready and made a note of this, but when we asked the team the following morning, they said there weren't enough pre-filled bags so they just gave us empty bags to fill ourselves.

Modern, clean, and spacious. Cannot wait to fly from Bristol again just for an excuse to stay here again. All staff and managers were so kind and were always happy to help and talk. 24/7 room service with great meal choices, a snack and drink stand, and a brilliant seating area with private booths. Breakfast was great, which was complimentary, so many choices and delicious! The beds were so comfy, and it was very quiet, I definitely struggled to wake up after sleeping. The bathroom was great, and probably one of the best showers (which was also a walk in!) I've ever had. It also had an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a usb in every single socket in the room, which made it so easy to charge your phone anywhere. Definitely stay here!

The only thing that I disliked is that the bathroom sliding doors did not have a lock, which when I was staying with friends was sometimes awkward. Everything else was perfect.

The price is rather high for the quality here. It is within easy walking distance of the terminal, so perhaps worth it, but it seems to me they are milking a captive audience. I f you want to stay at Bristol airport, you have to stay here, and you are paying substantially more than the quality would otherwise demand for that. The biggest other problem is that the parking situation is awful. The parking at Bristol is abysmal, and it would be really helpful if the hotel parking was at least competitive, pricewise. Going away for a three or four day business trip, you really want to be able to park at the hotel and pick up your car their upon return. At the current pricing this is not practical,

Dining area was very cold, uncomfortably so. Could not escape the cold blast of the air conditioning, despite wearing a few layers. It is not necessary to be that cold. Other diners were complaining and even the staff were aware but said there was nothing they could do. Access to/from the airport is close (but poorly marked), unless you have cases and it is quite an exposed walk. A corridor at road level would be welcome, even if it just lead to a lift taking you to reception. It is very exposed and we got very wet on arrival. Nowhere nearby (not even in the airport) to get a nice dinner. We stayed for two nights because of flight times and it would have been nice to have eaten outside the hotel environment

The location. The location is excellent, a short walk from the terminal, so perfect for an early morning departure, which was the reason I chose it. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant fine for an evening meal. The menu is a little limited but service is very quick, and the food good. I also noted this time that the rooms are remarkably quiet for being next to an airport- a real plus.

Parking at the hotel is impossible due to high daily fees, which have been raised again recently! Also, I wish a hot breakfast, rather than just continental, was available earlier. Finally, I have reviewed this hotel several times and always must note that the the price is rather high for what you get. Basically, you are paying a premium rate because of the very convenient location at the airport. The quality of the hotel does not match this premium price, and if someone else were not paying for it, I would not consider staying here.

We stayed at this hotel prior to an early morning flight, we were going to Scotland to travel around. While in Scotland we stayed in a variety of hotels, guest houses and B and Bs. This hotel provided us the only decent nights sleep all week. The breakfast was really good too, nice choice

The remote for the TV was missing, the receptionist gave us one, that didn't work. She came to the room with another one but that didn't work either. In the end, she managed to turn the TV off. We were having an early night due to an early flight but if this hadn't been the case, it would have been annoying. hence 9/10 instead of 10/10. The staff were lovely and helpful, I think they were embarressed a bit

Excellent location at the airport. The cold (continental style) breakfast was fine, but I would have preferred the hot breakfast to be available at an earlier hour, as my departure was early. Room is quite comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for an airport! The evening restaurant, however, was very good- though the menu is somewhat limited, it is good food, fast service and convenient hours.

The parking is a problem, especially with the airport long stay parking not available. You can leave your car at the hotel but it is very expensive. The other option is to park at the airport silver zone and take a bus over, but that is somewhat inconvenient. I'd also say this property is rather expensive for what you get. You are basically paying over the odds for the location, and you sort of have to do this if you have an early morning flight, as there is no other lodging convenient to the airport.

So convenient and added an an extra night to our holiday really! The only negative I could think of, is that as we had to leave at 4am for check in, it would have been great if we could have had a 'pre packed' breakfast to take - the staff did say we could go to the restaurant in the morning and collect something but time was too tight. So we paid for B&B and had no breakfast at all. I think it would be great if the night before (for guests leaving the hotel before 4am) to have a bag with juice carton, apple/banana and a pre packed pastry to make up for loosing out on the full breakfast experience - this could be organised the night before. I bet the breakfast is great and I was sad to miss it! Dinner the evening we checked in was really nice, nice atmosphere in the restaurant too - it really was a great start to our holiday!

Overnighted here one evening for an early morning flight from Bristol Airport, a short walk away. It's so convenient, arrived about 5pm, did a twilight bag drop, great idea, and had a very nice evening meal in the Restaurant before going for an early night. The room is spacious, clean and has every convenience you would need for a stop over. Bed very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Up at 5am, continental breakfast in the Restaurant which is ample and then a short walk to the Airport. It is absolutely perfect for this purpose. Ive done this several times before for an early flight and I would thoroughly recommend it.
