The room was spacious and came with a kettle. The electric vehicle charging point is a plus. The receptionist was extremely professional and friendly in her manner of dealing with customers.

However, the receptionist mentioned that I could leave my car in the space in front of the electric vehicle after I had finished charging the car. Had she said this to someone before me, I would have been unable to use it. Please ensure customers evacuate the charging spots after using them.

The only 2 vegan options on the menu were removed prior to us sitting down for dinner. The lovely staff tried their best and managed to offer a sausage and mash or green curry. shouldn’t be down to the staff to do this should be on the menu

I arrived around midnight as I had a late flight into Bristol Airport, I was extremely tired. The receptionists were welcoming and very help and the room provided exactly what I needed for a lovely nights sleep. The room was clean, cosy, and had everything required in the bathroom, lovely comfy bed, tea making facilities and easy to work Tv! Had I stayed longer I would have enjoyed the outdoor seating area amongst the lovely trees.

I was only there overnight, and didn’t discover anything I didn’t like in that time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and by no fault of their own, we’re under a lot of pressure due to low staff members. The shuttle bus was not running due to no drivers, however the staff organised us a taxi.

I had to push two single beds together as they only had a twin room left. When I moved the bed it was very dusty and lots of debris under the bed. There was a large dead fly stuck on the inside of the window. Everything looked nice but was very dusty

We were checked in by a lovely lady, really friendly. Our room was large, comfy and clean. We were offered a wake up call which was great as we needed to leave the hotel at around 3.30am. The hotel was in a nice and quiet location and the silver zone car park is just a couple of minutes drive from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when we need somewhere to stay before our flight.

Clean, big bath towels, plenty of soap & shower toiletries. Communal areas clean, staff very helpful & polite. If you are staying overnight the carpark is free. Excellent location for Bristol airport.

The mattress wasn't as good quality as you would expect for the price.

Staff were very welcoming and check in was easy and straightforward even though our arrival was after 2am due to a delayed flight. Room was clean, spacious and with a very comfortable bed! Just what we needed after a tiring and long journey. A few little extras in the room including bottled water and snacks were a pleasant bonus. Thank you, we will be returning soon!

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff especially a young lady named Elle who was most helpful and attentive at all times. The car parking and airport shuttle bus service was the main reason for choosing to stay at this hotel and it more than met expectations.

The food, the dinner menu was very limited and not very appealing.

The staff were exceptional, food was really good, really enjoyed our evening and the room was good also. Linens were clean and fresh and it did what we wanted it to do.

Nothing really it was a lovely stay before our flight from Bristol airport. Bits of the hotel need a little update and areas look a bit dated but it was just a really nice stay.

Food from the restaurant was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Room was cosy clean and really comfortable. The communication from the desk was great. They had organised my taxi for the morning as requested when I made my booking. Couldn’t fault the service we received.
