The breakfasts were exceptional, perfectly cooked to order and service was just as exceptional and Molly, Colin and Charlene were the friendliest of hosts, nothing was too much trouble to them and our stay felt like being in a large, comfortable home but without having to do any of the work necessary to keep it to the highest of standards.

Exiting onto the main road at the bottom of the driveway was the only thing we thought could have been improved, maybe by a Caution Concealed Entrance sign, as some traffic appeared to exceed the 30mph speed limit!

Everything was wonderful. The rooms had everything you could need and were decorated so well with lots of personal touches. Breakfast was excellent. The outdoor seating area was wonderful. Couldn't fault anything. Charlie and her parents were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing we didn't like. You need a car to get the best out of staying here, but we knew that and were quite happy to be in such a peaceful location.

Location, Facilities, Breakfast and room was perfect. After travelling for over 4 months this team and location get 100% from me. The farm-let location is very well equipped and has everything you require to have a wonderful stay

There was NOTHING I could complain about and I am sure if I did the owners would have fixed it immediately! The access road is a little bumpy but its not their issue.

They welcomed us in a very professional manner and explained everything to us. They showed us around the property before we went inside.

There was nothing not to like. They were very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They deserve to be graded 10+.

I have just got back from a wonderful weekend in Cornwall, attending my goddaughter’s wedding. I have to say that staying at Bosvean House was a pleasure. Charley and Carl were so welcoming and friendly, I felt really at home very quickly. It was in a lovely location, unfortunately wasn’t able to spend time in the gardens due to rain, but it has a summer house which I would love to explore on a return stay. My room was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing, so much choice! Thank you for helping in making my weekend away absolutely perfect. Can’t recommend highly enough and would go back in a heartbeat.

My friend and I really enjoyed our short stay and wished we6 could have stayed longer as we were made to feel so welcome. House in a perfect rural setting, comfortable beds and superb breakfast with lots of choice. Good facilities and nothing was too much trouble. Willbe back and will recommend to others.

Friendly and helpful owners. Superb breakfast. Spacious room. Large and comfortable lounge available Good parking. Being in north Cornwall was important for us, so the location was ideal.

Beautiful B&B. Wonderful warm welcome. Comfortable bed, if a little small. Lovely outside area with a summer house where you can relax and enjoy rural views. Charming English and French decor, outstanding cleanness and maculate through out. The hosts were amazing friendly and informative. The breakfast was fresh and cooked to order and they used their own hens eggs. I always judge somewhere I stay based on the comfortability of the bed, this was outstanding and very comfortable.

Overall, this has to be one of the very best B&B's I've had the pleasure of staying at. The accommodation along wit friendliness of the hosts was exceptional. Finally, the breakfasts were quite simply super delicious.
