The staff were responsive and helpful. We initially booked for a week but extended the stay to 4 weeks. I would highly recommend for those who want a reasonable and descent place to stay. They also do long stays. The place is clean, the bathrooms and kitchen are kept clean on a daily rotation. You will find all your crockery, microwave, washing machine, 2 separate ovens and hobs, kettle, coffee machine and even a bistro table and chairs outside to enjoy your meals. The place is yards from the local bus stop with frequent busses to the nearest train stations leading to central London or Heathrow within the hour. Oena the lady who will meet you to greet and welcome you is very helpful, responsive. ask for what you need and she ensures to have you sorted.

on occassions few guests may be in a hurry to clean after themselves but this hardly happens. Not to worry - Oena who is always there to give you a warm welcome and reception always has it all sorted within record time.

The location was perfect for me. The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed. There is a large kitchen for use by all residents.

As the house seems to have some long term residents it feels a bit like intruding into someone else’s home. The kitchen is for use by all but there’s no space in the fridge and there’s always someone in there. There’s no TV in the room- which didn’t bother me because I used my iPad but it might bother others. My room was ground floor at the front of the house which really needs some better curtains. If I wanted privacy I had to close them, but then the room was in darkness. Leaving them open meant having everyone outside gawking in, including some of the other house residents. The keypad on the main front door can be a problem as it sometimes didn’t work, leaving me locked outside until another resident called the owner.

Easy access to property via clear instructions on welcome email. It appears the address was modified recently and the room was tidy, clean and well set up. The bathroom was also well kept. The property is set in a residential area There was parking around the area and free between 2030-0930.

No staff present at site, was not sure how to raise issues ( not that we had issues). There was no shower gel in the bathroom. Opposite the Ealing Hospital - expect a bit of noise from traffic and ambulances.

Ada & Leo were very helpful and made our stay well deserved. Thank You for your kindness. It is rare that the words business and kindness are intertwined but these guys pulled through/pullthrough each time. I would definitely book again and recommend for those looking for a nice, quiet, descent, extra clean place, surroundings and facilities.

Nothing I found to complain about.

A very great place to stay if you want a good location to get around town as buses for various locations could easily be accessed. The property was in good shape and comfortable. A few issues we faced were resolved except the internet access which was not available for the remaining half of our stay.

There was no sweeping brush available to us to clean our room throughout our 2 week stay. We would have loved to tidy up our own room.

I liked the apartment's proximity to my workplace and major bus stations, its cleanliness, and the perfect size of my room. Additionally, I was impressed by the state of the kitchen and the appliances in place.

One aspect I wasn't too keen on was the shared toilet, which were used by approximately four guests or rooms

How neat the place looks

It really was a nice place to stay. The cleanliness is top notch. The only problem I experienced was the bell that kept ringing repeatedly due to the fact that, you need a code to get in. It’s difficult to know that you might need to input the code to be able to get in. Everyone keeps ringing bell and it some sort of disturbance.

Clean and tidy but very warm and muggy at the top of the house code for the door never worked lady had to let us in until got another code

Paying £162 for a one night stay I would expect a little bit of shower gel and shampoo for that price

it was very neat, very beautiful, very comfortable, very well designed, very safe. it had all the facilities I needed. it was perfect. plus Ada & Leo were so responsive and kind.

Cleanliness and distance from workplace. I particularly like room 6. It’s airy and has own access to bathroom.

Property was alright however, there were loud banging of doors at night.
