It was right in the centre of Southall Broadway so although slightly noisy, everything was within walking distance! The Elizabeth Line was down the road so I was 2 stops away from Heathrow Airport and about 10 stops from the centre of London. The hotel has been constructed so it makes good use of a small place. The ambience of the hotel was lovely, very warm and family friendly. 24/7 security and a locked front door that was only unlocked once you were verified, led to a sweeter nights sleep! Comfortable and Clean rooms with workspace, TV, clothes hangers and full length mirrors. Hairdryers and Irons + Ironing boards were available to me upon request. Although the room I chose did not have an en-suite bathroom, the many shared bathrooms had all the amenities and were constantly checked and cleaned by the staff, probably better than an en-suite where I would have had to clean after every use. There was a common kitchen which had all kitchen appliances as well as a complimentary washing machine which would have been very convenient if I was staying for a longer business trip. Whenever I would need to make a dinner reservation or book a cab, I would do it through reception to receive better rates than I would have received if done myself. The Staff were kind and courteous, they helped me with my bags, and showed me to my room, a 5 star service for a 2 star hotel!

It was fine for me since the staff were so kind as to help, but the reception and rooms were located on the first floor upwards and there was no lift on site. Again, this is not a problem for most people, but those with disabilities will struggle if making a lot of trips in and out of the hotel!

The location is good, just a short walk from the Elizabeth Line station. The room was clean and presentable. There were fresh towels and soap/shower gel/shampoo. There was a TV and a kettle with tea and coffee. There is a fridge in the corridor to store food/drinks. Overall I had a good stay.

It didn't seem like there was any WiFi. The pillows weren't that comfortable. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was a lot of noise from the road outside.

The location is good. There are many restaurants around. Parking was not available. Most of the staffs - the Hotel owner, a Technician was very very helpful. They suggested us a better room as we realized the first room assigned was just freshly painted and the smell was too strong. Another room was allocated immediately, which was spacious. The Hotel owners were very kind, helpful, a Technician who also monitored the front desk was super helpful, the cleaning staff. A kitchen with all facilities was an Add-on. If you are looking for a family stay with access to kitchen and additional common bathrooms this is definitely a recommended hotel. Also, the access to public transportation, Supermarkets, eateries etc are quite close.

However, there was one rude hefty Front desk staff - who was only objecting to every request and also appeared arrogant to other staff as well. Daily cleaning of the room was a bit of a hassle.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it is situated in the heart of Southall's main market. There are plenty of options for food from different countries, making it a foodie's paradise. Additionally, the hotel is easily accessible via public transportation. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, making for a comfortable stay. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Southall.

The room was simple but clean, with a TV, kettle, I didn't check if it worked. The hotel is located in an area full of Indian clothing shops, street food and a place where you can't get bored, so a nice experience to tray one time!

Located on the street of a large intersection, I hardly managed to find a parking space and that with payment, very crowded and noisy at night even if I had the windows closed, the door at the main entrance is small and upon entering you are greeted by a smell of mold, but doing a quality-price ratio I can say that it was very good.

Bed was a good size and comfortable, bathroom was clean and a working warm shower was lovely after a long day of walking. We checked in quite late in the evening and the team were there to greet us with a smile which we very much appreciated given the lateness of our arrival! Was perfectly suitable for the one night we stayed.

the walls were a bit thin so could hear noise from the neighbouring stairwell and room next door- but not so much that you couldn’t sleep!

This hotel is perfect location if you are looking to catch train as it is less than a mile. Right on the town centre. it is also a great place to walk from. Southhall was a much nicer place than anticipated and was a pleasure to explore. The hotel is modern, quiet and clean with great staff was attentive. Hotel is pleasant to stay. will be returning soon..

Lovely people in the staff, clean toilets even though they were shared, close to station so nice connectivity to central london and quite close to heathrow aa well, the guy at the reception helped me carry my luggage all the way up very kind of him. Had a fan in the room which helped me to fight the extreme heat very helpful.
