Very helpful and welcoming family. We asked for an earlier check in @2pm as we were with kids, and the property was ready when we reached there. Property was clean and nicely set up. The owner's family lives upstairs, and they hardly came down, so we felt comfortable and at home. We asked for ps4 as mentioned in the facilities, and the mum and his son arranged it for us. They even bought an extra new controller for our boys. There was a screen available to use to partition between ground and first floor, but we didn't use it as space was becoming smaller and obstructive using that, and we had to remove it every time we had to use the toilet in the corridor. Nice driveway free parking available on site. Netflix on a big screen was nice. There are plenty of coffee/tea making facilities in the room and water. The bathroom is a bit small but sparkling clean and amazing, warm, relaxing modern shower. Nice back garden to have fresh air and enjoy coffee. Southhall High Street is a few minutes walk away to enjoy, and a nice canal with ducks in it is just outside the property, which we thought was lovely. We stayed for 2 days and the family cleaned the facilities for the second day and provided us with fresh towels. Thanks for having us.

We doubt we can fault much, We had a nice overall stay for the money in these times of the COL crisis. The blind on the garden door was broken, and it kept dropping, which was a bit disturbing as we couldn't keep the room dark in the mornings to sleep peacefully. Son tried to fix it, but I guess that needs changing, and we decided to check out early hours for this reason. We were also disturbed by the constant smoking smell in the living room. I'm not sure if it was coming from upstairs or outside, but it wasn't pleasant as I am allergic to it. I hope you find our feedback honest and constructive. Sorry,

Me & my son Mr.Kalyan’s family / children have visited London during 1st week of Aug'23, to/from of our Europe trip. Our stay at the sharing accommodation is very soothing with its beautiful interiors. Satisfied with the charges paid for the provision of facilities [within the available space], its cleanliness and their service is commendable. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. Mr. Feroz & his family’s hospitality is warm indeed. Had come forward in extending help to book local tickets / guidance to reach the place from / to the Heathrow airport by cabs, as getting assured transportation by Uber is difficult during peak hours. Location of the property is very convenient/walkable. as we only used local trains and buses.

Anyone booking here should be under no illusion: this is a family home, first and foremost. You are booking a room within this home, albeit one that is kept apart and private, as much as you want it to be. Yes, the bathroom is across the living room and faces the kitchen, but it's kept private and the shower is very good with a number of different modes. The family is very friendly and accommodating, and one of the main selling points for me was the ease of access to the Elizabeth Line and the safe private parking that was available. This was important as I was travelling for work and needed to keep equipment in my car. I was also given lifts to the station which was extremely kind.

At the time I went work was being carried out on the house, but the family were as accommodating as possible for me.

The room and toilet are exactly what the pictures like, clean and tidy, it can compare to the hotel room(even better than some in London). The host was so friendly and thoughtful, made me feel like home. The host gave me a bit of their food to try, it was really AMAZING. Needed to walk a bit from Southall station but there is a lot to see on the street, so I'm happy with the location. I would definitely consider to book this room again next time.

Needed to cross the living room to the toilet and might a bit small for normal size adult but compare to the room and what I had experience, it's not a big deal.

Very clean bedroom and bathroom, very quiet area so that you can sleep in peace. All facilities were there, exactly as described in Booking, generously supplied with two small bottles of milk, one big water bottle, coffee, teabags and sugar. Also the bathroom was generously supplied with toilet papers and toiletries. Good WiFi signal, location is close to Heathrow airport, about 40 minutes journey. Nice backyard to sit in if the weather is sunny. Very nice host, Fairooz welcomed me at door, very quick to communicate in WhatsApp and frequently checking the guest's needs. I had a breakfast for only 5£. There were a lot of fried eggs, toasts, juice and even dates offered. Very kind and generous. They are really burning to help, easy check in and out.

The room is not an en suite, you have to cross the living room to reach the bathroom. All in ground floor though. For me was not too bad as it was one night. A bit tight and small bathroom.

It is a new place, after renovation. Hosts are very helpfull, flexible with check-in and check-out, parking space is avaiable. Very clean room and around areas. good public transport to the city center even though it is zone 6, two buses, close to the elizabeth line. You have got a big market with basic things what you need. Room have a kettle, microwave, coffee, tea, sugar and fridge with a little freezer.

Just main door looking like still in renovation, so I was confused if it is right address.

I loved everything. The room is really big and it comes with a fridge a kettle and a TV. It is really really clean. Next to the room you have access to a gardern which is wonderful and clean and perfect for your morning coffee. The breakfast is very good and you get a lot of options. The bathroom is clean and you have space to put everything that you need. The parking is right in front of the house which is very convenient. The hosts are the nicest people that I have met and they were so so kind to me and helped me so much. It is the best place to stay and I cannot wait to come back here!

Everything. Honestly this place is wonderful the hosts are incredible and they were so kind to me. The room is really big and you have a very comfy bed and also a fridge microwave and TV. Very warm and clean. The bathroom is perfect parking space right in front of the house. Next to the room you have a small garden too which is ideal for the morning coffee. They also have breakfast available and I totally reccomend it. If you want to stay in the best place in London please come here.

The host were very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Facilities are great, they provide everything you need. Location of the property was walking distance to the southall Asian shopping area .There was a double bedroom with double bed, microvave and mini fridge in the room, and a living room with 4single sofa beds. I would recommend the property and the host. Thank you for your great hospitality.

The bathroom was very small, but for a 1night stay it doesn't matter.
