Friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have tea/coffee facilities, a fan and plenty of storage which, for a one night stay, I didn't need, but good to have for a anyone on a longer visit. Breakfast was great! Good selection of food on offer - cereals, dried fruits, cooked options etc. The location was brilliant - 5 minutes walk to the centre of the City - Cathedral and shops and approx 15-20 minutes walk to the Festival Theatre. Great to have on site free parking. Nice pub garden.
The shower room was nicely kitted out with complimentary wash products but the shower itself was a bit useless!

Located just a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral and city centre. A folk group was meeting in the back bar and they played and sang and danced and made the evening for us. Our host was friendly and helpful. We are vegetarian and enjoyed a lovely breakfast. Not the usual cooked breakfast without the bacon and sausage! There was a delicious homemade marmalade to go with our toast. And we were given umbrellas so that we could enjoy a walk in the rain. Excellent value for money. Thank you to the Chichester Inn.

The hotel was very central to Chichester and easily accessible to the theatre. The staff were very helpful with our luggage as my husband is disabled. They carried it up to the room on arrival and back down on our day of departure. The food in the restaurant was nice and the breakfast exceptional. The bed was very comfortable.
The size of the bathroom was rather small compared to the size of the room and I didn't like the bare floorboards with no mat to step out of the bed on.

A delightful inn bang in the middle of Chichester that had a lovely old world feel to it, yet was very modern. Our room was excellent comfortable, very well designed with a balcony that had a pleasant view. We could even see the Cathedral spire. It was quiet and homely, with the friendliest staff and a breakfast that was so good l wanted more. Highly recommend and if you are wanted to attend the wonderful festival theatre, it is about a five min car journey away, and yes the Inn has excellent car parking with a private entrance.
Nothing to dislike, l was totally pleased with my stay

The breakfast was great and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The location is fantastic and you can leave your car in the Inn car park and walk around Chichester Town Centre.
Our room was clean and comfy. We had a balcony which could be nice if it was maintained. It had two almost dead and very neglected trees in old pots and had not been swept or made pleasant. It could be very nice like the fantastic garden.

The Chichester Inn is in an excellent position, with ample parking spaces. We were lucky to be able to park our car early before our book in time as we had a wedding to attend. All the staff were excellent and couldn’t do any more to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms are a good size , with very comfortable beds . We had a lovely full English breakfast, which all four of us enjoyed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Inn as a place to stay .
Stairs are very steep to get to the rooms , but my 80 year old parents managed them okay . This is due to the age of the building and it wouldn’t put me off staying again .

Location was excellent - right in the centre of Chichester. Secure parking was available, and the young gentleman who checked me in was very polite and friendly. The single room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for one night's stay.
The window faces out over the pub garden, and is an old-fashioned single-glazed sash window, so there was noise until just after 11 on a Friday night. Not an issue for me but perhaps bring earplugs if you like an early night.

This is a historic property that dates back to the 12th Century. It has lots of original features and a lovely warm feel. The staff are very friendly and attentive - nothing is too much trouble. Our room was quirky but we like that, the bed was very comfortable. The location is great for exploring the Cathedral, which is a short walk and the town centre. The breakfast was excellent.
The bathroom is a little tight if you are on the large side

Central location, car park, really lovely traditional English inn. Even with the city centre location, and a jazz night one night, it was still lovely and quiet and we slept great. We spent two nights, I was plenty to do in Chichester. The breakfast at the Chichester Inn were amazing and would recommend a visit to the park Tavern in the city centre.

Location , beer garden , car parking included , comfy armchairs & excellent full English breakfast
Dirty stair and landing carpets Excessive heat in bedroom 29C at night . I was offered a communal guest fridge and put stuff in it only to find it wasn’t working the next morning . I wasn’t told about the free entry Bishops garden next door which is a huge bonus to the location
