The room was lovely. Well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pleasant views of Mickleton main road with its lovely old buildings, beyond the garden where you can sit and relax

We understood that we had paid for B&B with your company. This turned out wrong it was room only. Our final bill included room payment. Which we drew receptions attention to, and the double payment was returned. The whole bill didn't make sense. We gave up and just paid up. Dining room staff got our very simple meal orders wrong and argued with us.

Very clean room and the bed was very comfortable! Thoroughly enjoyed dinner and breakfast there and the staff waiting in the restaurant were lovely. Them, the chef and the morning receptionist all gave exceptional service - couldn't have asked for more! We had a nice view of the garden too.

The evening receptionist was the exception to the rule for the service - unhelpful, abrupt and, honestly, made us feel like we were wasting her time when we asked some basic questions. Very unlike the rest of the staff and not the "welcome" we expected from a hotel (thankfully the rest of the staff made up for this). Only other fault was the noise from the room above us: a lot of loud thumping across the floor quite late at night.

Breakfast very good with good choice. Possibly restrictive for those visitors wanting continental breakfast. Room fine but with very small confined bathroom. Dinner very good quality, a bit pricey but after the last 2/3 years we have to accept it as we want them there in the future.

Small bathroom. Young (trainee) staff at dinner with little organisation as to procedure. ie asked at end of meal if we wanted water with our dinner, and asked if we wanted our sweet, when it should have been obvious that our knives and forks were still on the table and we had not had our main course! Still we all have to start somewhere.

The "full English breakfast" buffet was very good, allowing us to skip the things that weren't to our taste and get more of the good stuff (like the amazing English sausages). The town was very quiet, with only a couple of pubs outside the hotel, and one food market across the street. The hotel is actually quite elegant while still affordable for budget travelers like us. We had wanted to stay in Chipping Campden nearby, a real Cotswold tourist town, but booking.com had nothing there that we could afford, and suggested this place instead. It was a pleasure returning home every evening from our Cotswold excursions to this little quiet oasis with guaranteed free parking and a great room. We lucked out in that a National Trust garden (Hidcote Manor Garden) is only a few miles from the hotel, and it was beautiful (at least in June). There were no tourist folders for this garden, so we were unaware of it until the hotel recommended it. As far as location, this is on the northern edge of the Cotswolds, which was convenient for our side trips to Stratford-on-Avon and Warwick Castle.

The car GPS got us close to the hotel using the booking.com address, but we had to get out and walk around to find it at the end. The "three ways" form a triangle with a little park in front of the hotel--if only they had told us that, it would have been simpler to find. Later in our trip, we discovered that we could enter the postcode (a combination of 6 letters and numbers) into the GPS. That might have worked better. Hotels should really tell people that, since the rental car company didn't mention it.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with a nice view over the garden. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. There was ample parking.

We had visited this hotel many times over the years (pre-Covid), although previously only to dine (including a couple of visits to the Pudding Club!). With the passage of time, the residents' lounge now seems dowdy and dated, and in need of an uplift. Also, the previously stylish bar/brasserie has been replaced by a very dark room with what seem like Xmas-style lights - this might work well on a winter evening, but in high summer just seemed a bit bizarre.

Location was great....central in the village and with good parking and pleasant gardens (with tables and chairs). Stairs were steep & narrow but there is a lift. Comfortable lounges, helpful reception and a bar - plus wi-fi, tea/coffee making facilities, a spacious dining room and friendly staff. Our bedroom was palatial with double aspect windows, a good ensuite - with bath & shower -and a very large and qite comfortable bed. Strangely, the car park was usually almost full (as were the breakfast tables) but the hotel seemed almost deserted and lacking in guests.

Our welcome was OK but not really friendly or informative. In contrast, a gentleman in reception must have heard us complimenting the gift of homemade shortbread biscuits and promptly gave us some - even though we were leaving.

The hotel was lovely with a beautiful garden. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful and even made me a honey and lemon for my sore throat late at night! The breakfasts were great as well- lots of choice and tasty. The room was clean and comfy. It was very peaceful and quiet with pretty buildings all around. It’s a great walk to Chipping Campden which is a stunning village. It felt like we had gone back in time, in a good way. Nice pubs all nearby and a little Morrisons across the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again :-)

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like!

The hotel is under new ownership since we stayed here last year. An upgrade project is in early stages of implementation. The hotel is equally convenient to visit the honeypots of the Cotswolds as Stratford upon Avon if you have a car. Prices are competitive to hotels within the busier parts but Three Ways House provides a quiet refuge. Breakfast is served buffet style and it was particularly noticeable that each cooked item is cooked exactly right.

The carpet in our room was of a light colour and had unsightly stains in two areas. A deep clean should be made before guests are placed in such circumstances. Reception assured me that this problem will be rectified.

Good parking. Excellent selection for breakfast. Towels spotless. Waiting staff in restaurant were chatty and pleasant. Staff in reception were pleasant and helpful, pointing out places of interest( Hidcote Manor) for example. Would have liked a varied menu, but the menu when we were stayed at the hotel was the same every evening. Would recommend this hotel, it was recommended to us by my brother.Hotel is quite central.

Would like to see a more varied menu. The meals we ate in the restaurant were delicious, so tasty.

Spaceous grounds. Lovely room excellent food and staff.were lovely and helpful. Nothing was too.much trouble..Great location for touring Cotswolds and visiting Sratford. .. enjoyed the puddings at dinner!

Did not like having.to leav and come home but all good things come to an end.... until the next time. Restaurant was a bit noisy for someone on their own but the hotel is clearly popular for tours and groups.
