- Room was like a mini apartment set up. - any problems the hotel manager was a phone call away. - didn't need to deal with no one once i had arrived, just a key code access to both the hotel and room with a secure feeling. - rooms very large with everything you need for a longer stay if needed. - easy parking and directly in town. - i travel for a living and this hotel was overall one of the best i have stayed, very hidden location with a easy access plus i didn't hear or see anyone within the hotel.

I booked the Superior King room - this was huge and had a fridge which is very useful for storing food and drinks. There was a very good fan which was great as it was a hot day. Excellent hotel location near to town centre. Cyril the manager was extremely helpful sorting out a slight issue I had on arrival. Great shower too.

I did find the sound of the traffic outside to be quite loud, however the hotel do make you aware of this when booking as they are located on a busy street. The rooms at the back would be much quieter.

Brilliant large sized room, lovely modern bathroom and nice amenities. This hotel is in the PERFECT location for town centre access, right next to the town train station and shops and clubs. The door code system is so useful as you don’t need to remember to bring a key card each time. Swift and easy contactless check in. Will certainly be staying again.

Central location not far from town, Spacious bedroom, hot shower, cooling fan, comfy bed, very good staff who were very polite and accommodating. Personally called me to ask me how the stay was. Highly recommend

By a busy road so can be quite noisy, location confused me at first but staff were very helpful and was easy to find.

The hotel is in the centre of town and next door to Colcher town railway station. Room 1 was spacious, clean and well maintained.

I was sent an email warning of road noise and it was noisy. Double glazing of the windows would be a good investment.

Bed was very comfortable. Also, the location is close to all attractions!

Only minor thing....I wished they done a breakfast in the morning..

Cyril and Nathan could not have been more helpful and flexible for us. We requested an early check in, and the room was completely ready for us by 11.30 when we arrived. Check in was simple, with clear directions to the building given, and the codes given to us well ahead of time. The room itself was enormous, and included a fridge, microwave, desk, full wardrobe, and couch. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The building is very well situation for the train and the town, and there is a reasonably priced car park at the back of the building. All in all, this was excellent value for money, and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Thank you so much!

There was nothing not to like! We were informed by the staff prior to our arrival that the central location means that it could get quite noisy outside. However, we stayed on the first Saturday night after restrictions easing, and were not bothered by noise in the slightest. I am the world's lightest sleeper, so this is unusual for me!

No toilet roll , coat hangers or bin. However did contact the number given just to let them know of this. All good for everything else ,

Perfect, clean and comfortable so nice and comfy we didn’t even go out, we got a Chinese from downstairs, we had an amazing time, Child free time! Thank you once again :)

Great communication, made to feel welcomed and also very looked after! Had an amazing room and felt that staff & manager went above and beyond! Would definitely recommend!

Struggled slightly to find the hotel but was easy to phone up and get sorted so quickly.
