Rooms are always well equipt and comfortable, Breakfast is the best of anywhere we have stayed in Llandudno or other resorts, and evening menu a large choice of Starters & Mains and massive choice of desserts which makes it hard to choose, which is a great problem to have. Entertainment has improved this year with a Live Singer on each night where before although something was always on it wasn't necessarily a Singer.

the bedroom I was in was rather dark. the heating could have been better. it seemed to be on only at odd times.

The staff at the Merrion really deliver on hospitality, friendly, helpful and this rubs off on the guests as well. The cooked breakfasts are excellent, dogs are welcomed by the staff and guests, showers are good, sea-front location and sea-view rooms and free parking is a real asset in Llandudno..

Everything!! The first thing I would say is that the Breakfast is amazing! The hotel team were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a great experience. They were polite, attentive and friendly. we didn’t need much help but I did notice that they were very observant of each of the clients needs going out of their way to help others; getting their breakfast , opening doors, having a conversation with those who were alone and always being there to answer any questions that we had. The hotel is in a great location and is quiet and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and towels refreshed everyday. There are 2 lifts so you will not be waiting. There is daily evening entertainment and bar snacks throughout the day (I think until 2pm) and the option to book an evening meal; plenty of tea and coffee! There is outdoor seating with a full view of Llandudno. Thank you to all the staff! We thoroughly enjoy our stay !

I loved everything about this hotel, the friendly staff, the fabulous breakfast, the cleanliness, the perfect location, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when in Llandudno now that I’ve discovered it.

The was nothing to dislike.

Perfect right on the sea front perfect position for getting around Llandudno right by the pier shops restaurants and bars.

Was a little bit dated could do with a face lift but was very clean that’s important.
