I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.

I felt that for what I paid this room met my expectations. I have no complaints.

Quiet location (you’d think you were in the countryside!) but very handy location off A46 and only a short drive/taxi ride into Coventry centre. Clean room (especially the bathroom) and large, comfortable bed. All the facilities expected in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and great pizza on request late evening. Plenty of free, secure car parking space. Motel style rooms away from reception building so little disturbance from other guests.

Car park a bit unkempt and could do with resurfacing which did let the external appearance of the hotel down a bit.

Absolutely loved the motel style and having dogs, being so close to the grass and parking made life soo much easier. From a pet friendly perspective it's the best place I've stayed in that respect. Breakfast was lovely and exactly what was needed. Location is perfect for when we are travelling to various dog shows in the area.

Our remote for the TV didn't work. The receptionist on duty did try to fix it and thought that she had but it still didn't work. I didn't call her back again though as was getting late and so just decided to go to bed. Not her fault and so just left it at that as she did try.

Room clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom immaculate. Facilities included: television, electric fan, tea tray and twin bedside lamps. Plenty of towels. Overall an acceptable place to stay during my business trip. Only concern is the rooms are in a building opposite the reception area. Bedrooms are accessed via outside walkways running the length of the building. This may be uncomfortable for solo female travellers. However, for a fee of £55 I was happy with the room. Breakfast was also good with a selection of pastries, fruit, cereal and full English cooked.

Exeptional staff, very friendly, professionals in their field, take an extra mile to help their clients, supportive, understanding, compassionate. Always ready to assist clients in the best possible way, without delay nor hesitation. Special dietary requirements met without issues. Food cooked to perfection and leave all items available until the last minute before removing the food. People who can trust, especially Florin the GM, Steve the kitchen helper and Vandala the receptionist.All the other staff members are trustful and friendly. Cleanliness at its best, nice environment, relaxing and value for money. Ample free parking, central and easy to locate. Will definitely reccommend.this hotel

Room was warm - bathroom looked new and well kept. Bed comfortable. Pizza ordered for evening meal - slightly apprehensive as not a full kitchen but to give credit - it was far better than many I've had in bespoke restaurants - well done! Staff helpful & friendly -went out of their way when I forgot my phone charger to lend me one for the night. Wake up call - spot on time.

No tonic behind the bar for the decent couple of gins that were there (not a big problem!)

The room door 🚪 lock was not working. The turning lovk from the inside was completely broken, so I felt the room could be opened from the outside. But closing the door locked it shut. This needs to be fixed as its initially scary.

This is a motel style accommodation. As a single traveller staying for one night it was good. It’s location is secluded and just five minutes drive from my Friend’s home.

No pop up plug in handbasin. In order to fill the sink sufficiently to have a wash meant wasting some water, as my solution was to use the plastic top of my soap holder which had an air hole on it. My Sat Nav took me to the wrong end of Abbey Road and I was initially unable to get to the hotel due to an unsafe bridge. if going to the hotel it is best to use Google Maps.

The warm welcome with a huge smile Tosin gave us every time we walked into the reception area. Checked in on us number times to make sure we were well and to let her know if we needed anything. Theresa went above and beyond, as our first room we were assigned was on the second floor. Theresa notice we had large suitcases. She rushed out ahead of us and made sure a ground floor room was ready to ensure our check in process was easy. Theresa checked the room to make sure the room was cleaned downstairs. Game back and gave us the new room keys. Absolutely great staff. Will be back next time in town.

I have stayed at this hotel many times now. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Excellent Wi-Fi connection, a good breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. Definitely recommended for a stay in Coventry.
