extremely welcoming and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and comfortable throughout your stay. the hotel is a short taxi ride away Coventry arena also the train station and walking distance from shops , pubs and takeaways. the TV was a smart TV and we were able to enjoy some YouTube before going out to the concert. the walls are extremely thin as I could hear a room nearby talking and singing in the morning.

Very friendly helpful staff. Room was basic but comfortable and I slept very well. Great location next to shops and 2 Tone Village which was definitely worth a visit. Plenty of free parking if you remember to register your car on check in. Noisy pub nearby but had earplugs so not a problem. Would stay again if I was in the area.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. You could request a hot drink from reception but I would have preferred to have the facilities in my room.

I spent there three weeks in very comfortable and calm conditions. The biggest advantage of this place is very nice and friendly host! Owner is really supportive and willing to help in any case. Breakfasts were always fresh, tasty and prepared on scheduled time. All of that creates nice and home atmosphere. Room was clean and with all basic necessary equipment.

Very friendly Staff, room small without a desk for work, but it depends on what you need in the room. It does the job for a nice stay. Free parking. Breakfast is really good, and please choose a Japanese breakfast instead of an English one - it's very tasty and will fill up your tummy for a long time. I Recommend this hotel - Great value for many.

Unfortunately I didn't have time to sample the food, but the aroma within the restaurant was amazing - I will be eating at my next stay. The hotel was ideally located as only a 10 min drive to UHCW, ample parking, spotlessly clean rooms and Marvin was an excellent host - definitely recommend.

Great place to stay for the price. Food was great and had a wide range to chose from. Would really recommend the Japanese breakfast.

Some of the interior is a little dated but the place has recently changed hands so that can be expected.

Area wasn't great, room was small and tv wouldn't play any videos, so YouTube, Netflix, prime, all useless, so bring something to pass the time!

nothing, it is not 5 star hotel so rather be prepared for simple hotel but it is something you see on booking when reserve

Staff were really friendly and personable. The room and sheets were super clean and the duvet felt like hugging a cloud. Sushi was excellent. I would definitely return on my next trip to Coventry.

Breakfast was lovely cooked on arrival to restaurant tea and coffee on hand as you wanted it , very warm and inviting staff were wonderful , will definitely come again
