The flat was a good size and very comfortable for a week's stay for 4 persons. The location was excellent for Coventry city centre. The check-in process was painless and even though it is not 24 hour manned service, they were responsive and available for packages, queries and possible emergency.

There could have been more bath toiletries (body wash, soap, toilet roll) for 4 people for a week's stay. To be fair we didn't request more from housekeeping. A shower spray for the bathtub would also have been useful in the main bath. Some hooks for the bathrooms and starter kitchen roll perhaps.

Room was lovely, staff very professional and helpful. A lovely stay.

There was nothing to dislike.

It's the second time we stay here, for 2 weeks, and we will come back again next year so you can guess I like it. The position is great, and I like the apartments.

Last time I had a drier for washed cloths while this time I had not (but they immediately brought a hanger), the TV didn't work (but they changed it immediately) but to be fair this time I paid less... Also, when I arrived it was not perfectly clean, however I solved it quickly, and they come for cleaning once a week.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 2-night stay. I was impressed by the spaciousness of the place. Located conveniently close to the city centre, it offered easy access to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore. A 24-hour off-license just a short 4-minute walk away made stocking up on essentials or grabbing a late-night snack incredibly convenient. Additionally, the presence of 24/7 security at the front desk provided a reassuring sense of safety. The apartment itself was fully furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. I appreciated the attention to detail, with everything from cutlery to pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cups readily available. Even the inclusion of a sponge and washing up liquid for cleaning was a thoughtful touch.

If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be the 10am check-out time, which felt a tad early. Also accessing discounted parking at the nearby NCP car park required the use of the NCP app.

Location was perfect - tell the taxi driver to keep going along the Venecia street a bit further if travelling from airport. Apartment is right next to the beach, balcony with fab view of beach, sea and palm trees. Lovely for a morning coffee or afternoon beer. There is also a second balcony to the master bedroom. There are two air con/heating units which work a treat either side of apartment. Kitchen with cooker, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer was a bonus too. Water pressure in shower was strong too. Two heads.

Toilet didn't flush at first but fiddled with the float valve to the cistern and worked a treat. I think it was a case that it hadn't been used for a while.

-The location is very convenient with everything within walking distance. -All basic amenities available in the apartment. - Check in n Check out was smooth process. - Receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly.

-Cleanliness could be improved and definitely needs pest control. Found many bugs and spiders during our 9 day stay. -More kitchenware for 2 bedroom apartments - Reasonable rates for housekeeping for longer stays(would be good to have the option if guests require). - Check in and check out timings in par with international standards. 10am check out is very early while Check in is only at 4pm. Even option to pay for late checkout is limited to only till 12pm for a cost.

Chose an apartment opposed to a hotel as was travelling with my daughter and newborn grandson to visit my parents in Coventry and I wanted us all to be together. Clean and modern with great facilities. Great central location. Connivence store close by if you forget anything. Messaged staff to request guarantee we could have a cot for my grandson and they replied straight away to confirm they would assure this. Cot was excellent . Would definitely return.

The parking was close by however we had a lot of luggage due to traveling with a baby. My partner had to drop us off outside with everything then go away and park the car. However had it just been the two of us this wouldn’t have been an issue.

A large apartment which was fantastic value for money (compared to hotels around the city centre). Big bedroom and dining area, clean, lots of kitchenware available. Perfect location around the town, about a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Check-in had to be scheduled with staff to pick up the keys, it's a pretty late one at 4pm with any earlier times needing extra payment. Lifts don't look the best/safest, but they're in working order.

The flat was very clean and the kitchen has everything needed. The hitting keep the ful house warm and cosy. Shower also great. The location is perfect. Staff also very nice. We could leave hour luggages for a few hours there after check out. I recommend it and would stay again in case I come back to Coventry.

The pillows were not good, would be great to have at least an extra one as it was very very thin. The couch could be bigger and more comfortable and would be nice to have a TV in the bedroom as well. A nice detail would be to have some basic things as tooth paste, shampoo, ice. They did have coffee and tea. Maybe a few tourist tipps and info would be nice to have as well together with the rulles of the house gave to us in the check in.

The apartment was spacious and convenient to restaurants and shops. The beds were quite comfortable and we were given plenty of fresh towels. The living area was well furnished and the entire building was secure.

Our room smelled slightly of stale cigarette smoke in what was supposed to be a smoke free environment. One of the windows was unable to close fully which meant we could hear the traffic throughout the night. The toilet in the en suite smelled terrible and didn’t flush properly so we spent our time pouring buckets of water down to flush it. Just a few housekeeping issues.
