From the moment of check in with friendly staff, to the well appointed and exceptionally clean room the whole stay was excellent. A good choice of hot and cold food was available for Breakfast, both buffet style or a reasonable alternative choice cooked to order. In the evening the bar was prepared to mix cocktails, Long Island ice teas, not on the drinks list, which I would call “making sure we raise our game to meet our gusts needs”

Had a slight issue with the EV charger, though is seemed to be back up and charging within 12 hours. There is a very good 24 hour fast charger located about 1 mile away so this was not an issue as such.

The location suited our needs. We were meeting family who were returning from Italy and would be picking up our grandson on arrival. We did not eat at the hotel, we found the bed comfortable. We were able to charge our EV on a rapid charger capable of charging 2 cars at once.

We did not like the £12 overnight carpark charge. We requested a twin room but were given a double which we did not realise until after we had reached the room. We had our grandson with us at that point and did not wish to pursue the upset by investigation the possibility of changing rooms to a twin, and besides, the grandson had started scoffing the biscuits etc.

Basic ambience - restaurant, bar etc. Staff very helpful and welcoming at reception, breakfast and dinner. The evening deals were hotel prices but not over-the-top. In some hotels, eating at the restaurant is just not a choice because of the inflated cost, but not so here.

Our room was missed for servicing day two (of our four night stay) and at 4.00 on the next day we asked for it to be cleaned, assuming we would be missed that day as well. NOTE: It was then attended to very speedily.

I recommend to book your flight via LGW and hotel at crown plaza. It's less crowded and quiet whenever touring London. The location of the hotel is 30 minutes away by bus from London Gatwick airport costs 1 gbp or by airport taxi costs 28 gbp. The shopping mall and restaurants are 10 minutes walk. Furthermore, you can book tours via klook (Windsor castle, Stonehenge, Oxford) where meeting place would be in Victoria couch station. You can spend your whole day touring downtown london via city sightseeing bus and sleep peaceful at crown plaza. The international breakfast buffet is served until 10am. You can sit and meet people from airline industry, student and local tourists. Mr. Krisha and Ms. Diana were friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back here.

Please add Asian menu like dumplings, sushi and adobo.

The building and facilities were fantastic and the staff were very nice. The bed mattress was out of this world. Gave the impression of a very posh hotel. Very good for what I needed, and for the overnight charge.

The pricing at the restaurant was expensive and deceiving, No VAT was included on the price catalogue and when the bill arrived there were mistakes in favour of the hotel, namely large beer charged for a small one, tip was included without asking.. On an already pricy menu...

Super friendly staff. I arrived late evening and they specially kept the kitchen working after 10pm so I could still have some dinner. And the dinner was good! Also breakfast was excellent. Location is not bad, close to the airport, but not in walking distance.

The room is large and clean, but shows its age, especially the carpet and the creaking cupboard. There is a need for some investment soon in order to keep the ****L standard.

The restaurant, the evening I was there, had a friendly and welcoming group of waiters who were very pleasant, working hard, but in a disorganized manner. My own order came in reasonable time, but that os another guest on a neighbouring table had to wait nearly an hour for her order to arrive, even though it was not a complicated dish. I then had to wait a long time to catch the attention of a waiter to order a dessert. Instead of milling around and accidentally missing certain tables, surely it would not be difficult to re-group the waiters, with each principally responsible for a designated group of tables, thereby making guests’ experience so much the better.

We arrived after long delayed flight. Receptionist was excellent. Hotel very busy but all staff were efficient and polite. We thought oh no its going to be hectic. We had stayed before holiday at Crown Plaza Felbidge which had a calmer vibe . However roo. Was really small there . We had come from staying at a high standard hotel in Italy to a great one in UK. Initial thoughts were oh dear as everywhere busy. But we were pleasantly surprised and staff coped excellently . Food was delicious. Fresh porridge made for me as all had gone . Delicious.

Corporate but to be expected . Large party in restaurant very noisy but soon settled. Restsurant clearly able to cope with capacity .

Everything. The staff were all friendly and lovely. Everyone tried to help before anything arose and we were welcomed with open arms. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. Our room was away from the main part so it was lovely and quiet.

When we went to the bar, I asked for a coca cola (I'm an athlete so dont drink alcohol) and the bar man asked me three times what I was ordering. He was confused as they only had pepsi which was perfectly fine.

Supremely comfotable, clean, quiet room with every amenity provided. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was superb and dinner was well-cooked and tasty. The dining area was relaxing with a pleasant ambience, low-key lighting and tasteful Christmas decorations.

Room was too warm but air conditioning couldn't be altered. Dining area was uncomfortably warm.
