The room was very clean and comfortable, great layout and everything you would expect was provided e.g. tea, coffee, hairdryer, TV, toiletries and even a fridge in the room.

There were no facilities for breakfast or dinner and this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking although I knew there wouldn't be because I read other reviews, if I hadn't I would have been extremely disappointed and I feel this should be made very clear prior to booking.

Room facilities better in some ways than Premier Inn, in that they have a fridge in the room and Premier Inn don't. Plenty of parking. Better check-in time than rivals. Clean.

No food or drink service on site or adjacent. They may like to consider installing a vending machine in the lobby.

The room was comfortable, warm and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. The reception staff were polite and attentive and even remembered my name from my last stay!

No complaints, it's an ideal hotel for anybody working in or around Desborough.

This is a lovely little independent hotel with an old fashioned charm. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stopped off here on the way back from a driving holiday in Scotland. It was a last minute booking and it was a welcome respite! There is 24 hour snacks and drinks available including some alcoholic beverages, which is nice if you want to relax in your room with a glass of wine! There was free wifi, a fridge in the room and a sofa. Lovely gardens surround the hotel. Check out is 11am which is really nice not having to rush in the morning.

I didn't notice any wheelchair accessiblity.

The room was perfect for our requirements as it gave us a good base to attend our racing event in Marston Lodge. The room was clean and cleaned during our stay. The staff were great and the location was great to. I will definitely look to book here if return next year to race. Thank you

The restaurant open, but we understand that by the time we stay again (which we absolutely will) it should be open.

The room was very large with good amenities. There was tea and coffee provided as well as a fridge. In the bathroom there was shower gel and shampoo at no extra cost.

The bed was very creaky like it wasn't screwed in properly. It kept making a lot of noise when we moved around in bed.

SThe room is very lovely just shame the restaurant its just a shame the restaurant is closed. But all in all we loved our stay here. The host is very lively and very helpful.Looking forward to come back in summer.

It's your basic travelodge when all is said and done. Nice and quiet with one friendly member of staff. Rooms are basic but fine.

It's very misleading.....on arrival I ask if the bar was open only to be shown a fridge behind reception full of Beer!! So no bar no restaurant no drink and no food. Hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. As for the pictures god knows where those pictures were taken? Don't expect to eat and drink here without having to travel.

It's a pity the Hotel doesn't provide breakfast service. This may stop me coming again. Otherwise, personnel very kind and flexible.

A - No breakfast B - Internet signal has unnecessary and out of place firewall. Internet services needs to be improved. This may stop me returning to the hotel.
