This is a small room with an en-suite within a pub. We didn’t notice any noise from guests at the pub and this is an ideal place to stop for a short break. Half an hour by bus to Lee Valley Stadium and about an hour out of London by train, but good links to London as we managed to fit in a couple of shows whilst staying here too. It had a fridge, cereals, for breakfast with crockery and cutlery. Kettle so you could make tea or coffee and milk in the fridge. It is tastefully decorated throughout, just very compact. There is no view except onto the beer garden. This room was so close to the train station and near good bus routes, ideal for getting to Lee Valley Stadium and back into London if you need to.

There was no space to hang anything and it was very compact, there was an annoying noise coming from the beer garden which felt like it was outside where we were staying, but it didn’t stop us sleeping (it was an intermittent noise and it was so warm that we had to have the windows open.

Breakfast cereals, biscuits, tea, were just right, though I could not have breakfast as I do not drink milk. Room with ensuite shower room was clean, comfortable and modern. Location excellent with many amenities very close by, excellent fish + chips shop, restaurants + the friendly pub on the premises. Bus stop a few minutes walk with easy access to Enfield Town shopping area etc. I was pleasantly surprised that though the premises is on a main road, it was very quiet with the accommodation upstairs and at the back of the building. Perfect me as I'm a light sleeper, easily woken.

During the night periodically something mechanical would turn on outside the building and eventually turn off, sounded like air conditioning. I slept with the window wide open all night as the weather was mild and room a little stuffy, thankfully it didn't affect my sleep and I'm a light sleeper.

The hotel doesn't provide meals but the complimentary items in the room were more than expected. Several breakfast cereals, a carton of milk , carton juices, ample tea, coffee, bottled water. There was a good sized fridge for keeping any of my own fresh food in. The gentleman who showed me my room was friendly, welcoming and helpful and I felt safe and relaxed in the room. It was clean and well equipped with a good shower . The room had everything I needed and, on a very hot night , the fan provided was quiet and efficient. It may not be 'high end' decor and facilities but it is excellent value for money , clean and secure. It isn't what I think of as a traditional hotel being a part of a pub but I went into the pub and felt totally at ease - the atmosphere was friendly. There is separate secure rear access if you do not wish to walk through the pub. My room was at the rear of the property and I personally was not bothered by any noise from customers or traffic though it is on a small main road. It is very well located for travel into central London and is a 20 minute walk into the nearby bustling Enfield Town which is where I was heading. There are also good coffee shops , cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. There is no parking on site but I easily found free street parking very close by which as a lone, elderly female guest was important to me . I was out and about in the evening and felt safe in the environment.

I liked it all really! The configuration of the room does not allow room for a bedside table but there are small very accessible wall lights above the bed for reading, etc and it did not prove to be a problem for me.

Really easy to get too by car, just off the M25. Great location - we were going to a gig at the Ally Pally, the hotel is 5 min walk to Gordon Hill station on the Northern line which takes you directly to AP station. Room was clean, all the facilities needed for a short stay. Nice touch with a mini fridge. There are also kitchen facilities available seperately (we did not use them but very handy if needed). The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Definately stay here again. There is no parking directly, but plenty of opportunities to park on the street nearby so not a big issue.

I loved the breakfast/snack options in the room (cereal, coffee, tea, milk, cookies), some of which could be eaten as a snack after the activities of the day. And a small fridge, to keep water, fruit or juice. The pub is a friendly, famiy one, As a lone traveller, I felt comfortable and safe going there for a drink in the evening. The staff were polite and responsive at all times.

The rooms could do with some more closet space and towel hooks.

The staff at the hotel were both friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves were spacious and the beds were comfortable. A variety of breakfast cereals were provided, along with tea, coffee, and milk. Additionally, the mini fridge in the room worked exceptionally well. The hotel is also conveniently located.

I didn't have many complaints about the place overall. It was generally clean, but some areas, especially around the furniture, could have been cleaner. My only other issue was that they only provided one small water bottle, which wouldn't have been enough for two people. Additionally, connecting to the wifi can be a bit tricky, so it's helpful to have someone assist you with that. The hotel has a small kitchen which I didn't find out about until later, and I wish I had known earlier so that I could have used the washing machine. They have a bar downstairs, but they do not sell food. However, there are plenty of restaurants located around the hotel.

This was a bed only reservation. However, mini cereal boxes, a long life skimmed milk carton and plentiful tea/coffee/capri sun/water provided which was a lovely touch. The accommodation was very convenient for 'out of towners' visiting patients in the Chase Farm Hospital (as was my situation), just a short bus ride (3 stops+/-) and/or short walk away. They made excellent recommendations for evening meals and offered a communal kitchen facility with crockery and cutlery, reheating things etc (which I didn't get to use).

There were very limited toiletries and no hairdryer. I had flown in and assumed (ass, u & me) that shampoo etc would be in the bathroom. It wasn't. There was hand soap and some left her shower gel. But there were shops near by so it was not much bother to buy what I needed.

The room had a mini fridge which was very useful for storing drinks and ice cream. We were uninterrupted the entire time we were there which was great! The hotel also had a separate exit so we did not have to pass by the bar.

The only thing I did not like was that I was not able to access the Wifi; which was not really a problem for me since I rarely used my phone and my partner gave me hotspot for when I needed it.

This was a Beautifully refurbished room with a gorgeous power shower and bathroom located within a cute cosy little pub. staff were super friendly and really accommodating too ! The walls in the rooms arnt thin either meaning although you were within a pub it really didn't feel like it ! We were left a variety of confectionery breakfast cereals and not drinks in our room too and the TV had access to prime and Netflix which is a bargin ! Overall very very pleased with out stay here and would highly recommend!

Friendly staff, fridge in room, added bonus having breakfast cereals in room, room a decent size, modern decor, plenty of sockets incl. USB ports

We were staying in a mezzanine-style room and there was a large bright light on the stairs that went on repeatedly during the night every time we moved a foot in bed! Basically it was going on and off all night long! Understand it's probably a safety issue so you don't fall down stairs in night but sensor needs adjusting! Walls were paper thin so could hear the people in room next to us very clearly.
