Nice decor and nice room size. Plenty of parking for my visit. The roof top bar is a nice addition taking advantage of their ideal location to the airport. Rooms are also nice and quiet. Good management, the night manager was particularly good.

Carpets in the room were surprisingly dirty for such a young hotel. Also found a contact lense on the floor next to the bed. (Other than that all was well) Lots of new staff so little hiccups were made and resolved quickly but give it a few weeks and my comment on this should be irrelevant. (Please don't take this comment too negatively as we all had to learn a new job at some point but noting it so in the short term we are understanding)

Had originally planned to use the Hoppa bus but scheduling them proved to be difficult so we used a taxi, came out to be about the same price. Same level of customer service and care as we have in the US at Marriott branded locations. Hotel was clean, staff courteous and helpful with extra towels etc. Had dinner at the Sky Bar overlooking the landing field for Heathrow, enjoyed watching the planes come in from all over the world.

If you are looking for other eating options close by they a very limited.

Very convenient for the airport, a very good budget freindly place to stay before an early morning flight, or after arriving on a late flight. Facilities are what you would expect for such a place, enough for a short stay. There is a small amount of on-site parking.

There is no shuttle bus, although the hotel is served by the public bus. Not easy to get to on foot from airport parking, if you do not have a car you need to use a taxi.

I stayed here 2 nights and it exceeded all expectations. A large, welcoming lobby and outstanding staff greeted us and organised an early check-in. I chose Courtyard as it’s a few minutes walk to the Car Rental Village. The rooms are excellent and we had a terrific view of the Heathrow runway. The 6th floor sky bar and restaurant is excellent and spacious and the onsite Indian restaurant on the same level is also fabulous. Easy shuttle to all terminals made our layover very restful.

Taxi dropped me off at the Marriott and I had to walk the extra 5 mins to Courtyard Marriott. Thankfully the staff at the Couryard were very helpful. I liked the view and the food at the restaurant on the top floor of the building. As I had to catch an early flight I was also glad that breakfast was served from 6 am.

It was further away from the terminals than expected and as there was only a hotel bus an hour, it entailed heavy taxi fares

Great location when arriving late to the airport or leaving early. There is bus station two minutes far from the hotel to the airport with buses every less than 5 minutes. Comfortable beds and two restaurants on the roof with nice food. Very clean and nice bathroom.

I could hear the planes from my room. It should be better isolated. Other coworkers where on different locations of the hotel and didn't hear the planes, most probably depends on the room location.

Staff were very friendly on arrival. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. We were given a free breakfast as our original room was not available, however the room we were allocated seemed much better. Breakfast was also very good. Option for booking a taxi to the airport from a machine in the lobby area worked very well. Would definitely use this hotel again if flying from Heathrow.

Would have been more convenient if the bar on the ground floor was open in the evening just for a coffee.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful particularly Thilda at reception. She helped us secure transportation to the airport and was very kind and pleasant. As well, we had a very nice waiter at the Skybar who was attentive and personable. It was on Monday night Sept. 30th and he wore an apron. I don't recall his name.

All was good for an airport hotel. The only thing that was offputting were about 5 dark stains on our carpet in our room. As soon as we entered the room, we saw them -not a welcoming sight.

We didn't take breakfast. Absolutley loved the position of the hotel - aircraft were taking off at that end, and we were very happy to sit at the bar and watch them until it got dark! We had a meal in the Indian restaurant and it was delicious.

We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. We decided to return to the airport by hotel bus. This was a mistake. The cost for the bus was almost the same as taking a cab, and it was full to bursting, and several stops along the way.

The east Indian restaurant was exceptional. It was worth staying in this hotel just to have the incredible chicken starter.. It’s East Indian food with a modern twist. When travelling eight times out of 10 I am so disappointed with the comfort of the pillows at this hotel they surpassed my expectation, they were superb, incredibly comfortable and allowed for a really good nights sleep. The bathroom was great with a very nice newly refurbished, walk-in shower. There was a great bar with a walkout Terrace overlooking the airport the same could be said for the Indian restaurant, which also had a covered area, so even in February, you could sit outside, beautifully lit all in all an excellent experience for a night between flights
