The hotel in general and room were fine.

The hotel staff should provide better communication about how to get to the hotel from Heathrow airport, which bus stop etc. On arriving at T2 I rang the hotel to ask but was told by the male staff member 'How should I know?' - not very helpful. (For info, from T2 you need to follow blue signs to lifts for Heathrow Central bus station - on exiting the terminal the lifts are set into the exterior wall of the terminal building immediately to your right. From Heathrow Central bus station get the 105 or 111 from stance 19. £1.65, each passenger needs to pay using a separate contactless card. The bus stops right outside the hotel (Esso garage). (From T5 exit the terminal and get the bus from stance no.5).

The staff are really helpful. Really good location for the airport; I'd recommend booking this place for straight after a long flight or just before catching one. From South Kensington - Central London to this place, the Uber was around 34 pounds so not too bad.

Labels for shampoo/conditioner + body wash aren't clear ie. you can't read them so you can't be sure what your using. Pretty minor but facing them the right way would be a huge help loool.

Convince to get to the airport and the restaurant downstairs. Food was lovely and wait staff pleasant.

When we booked a taxi for the morning to catch our flight the Front desk staff did not advise of a fixed rate. 25 pounds is a joke for a 5-6 minute drive to the airport. If the staff had told us of this fixed rate it would’ve been appreciated.

Great location to the conference centre just across the road, simple but great breakfast, clean, and quirky with character, which I always love. Comfy bed. Good value also in location to Heathrow. I would definitely stay here again, I really enjoyed it..

The room doors don't have a soft close, so not trying to disturb your neighbours whist wrestling with luggage was difficult. Not a lot of soundproofing between rooms and I think the bed heads share the same location. So you can hear the people next door, not at a normal speaking level, but at a slightly louder or exuberant level. Bar/Breakfast/Dining area is small but sufficient. Might be an issue when busier. Shower pressure dipped significantly and temp got hot at the same time - can only assume this was someone next door using their water.

location and ease to get to the airport 5mins in either direction with a small walk to the bus stop and the buses are free too over the road is a brilliant pub called the Three Magpies that do awesome food and very well priced. If I fly from here again I’ll be staying here!

Location was great for returning rental car; gas station right next door; then Alamo rental car provided shuttle back near Ibis. Staff very helpful. Ibis ordered taxi at my request for early morning trip to airport. I could have taken bus right across the street but preferred taxi. All good service.

Hotel is nothing fancy and a bit shabby but comfortable.

It was comfortable. Very close to the airport. The bus to airport terminal 2 is outside the hotel on the opposite side of the road). Buses running even at night. The hotel offers to arrange light breakfast for early risers (if you choose to book with breakfast in the price). There is also a machine where you can get coffee and tea for free operating day and night. And there is also a decent restaurant in the hotel, which is very convenient.

I stayed here before a flight the next day after my original booking was cancelled due to the hotel being overbooked. Checkin was straightforward, staff friendly. The room was "stylish" with a massive astronaut on the wall and a monkey next to the bathroom mirror. A bit different I guess! Bed was comfy, I slept fine. The restaurant served standard stuff, small portions (although this doesn't bother me as I have a small appetite!) but some people may feel short-changed

As I was parking here before taking the car to a proper airport car park the next morning, I was concerned at how few spaces there seemed to be (unless I missed a bigger car park somewhere!) - a handful of spaces round the back (some of which were reserved for electric cars) - I think there were only 2 spaces free when I arrived at 6pm or so. This would make me a little nervous booking again, as you can't reserve a space.

I needed to print out a copy of some covid travel documentation. Where to find a printer? The reception staff are accustomed to this particular problem, and arranged for a copy to be printed on the Hotel's own printer. I couldn't travel the next day without it, so their assistance greatly reduced my stress level.

I didn't know the details of the bus service when I arrived. Could have saved a significant amount if I didn't travel by taxi.

We needed a place to stay for one night to catch the plane at the Heathrow Airport. Ibis Styles is close to the airport. We took the bus where the bus station is just opposite the hotel to the airport central station. The bus runs 24 hours a day. Therefore the location is very convenient. Our room is larger than expected and it was clean and modern with air conditioning. There are lifts available in the hotel. Breakfast has good variety of food to choose from. The croissants were delicious.

Other than the restaurant located within the Ibis hotel and other hotels’ restaurants, there is only one McDonald’s close by. Therefore it does not seem to have many dining options available.
