Breakfast was great! Huge selection. Room was large spacious and bath was great added extra after a long day in city, facilities and the M lounge were fantastic.

The location to get in and out of London city is hellish unless u want to get a walk a bus, 5 stops, underground then another walk. Best get the £14 all day ticket works on buses, trains, underground's! We discovered on day 2 after paying 1 way tickets at £12 a pop!! Taxis ARE expensive !!

The staff were very helpful! The room was nice and clean! The lobby area was very cosy.

Was a bit overpriced according to the pictures the pool looked nicer then it actually was, which is what had pulled us to go to this hotel! ,

Hotel was great for overnight at Heathrow. However, given how lose it is to the terminal transport with cases was unbelievably difficult. I took a local bus to the hotel, which with luggage was really hard. There was no help with baggage on arrival at the hotel, so had to deal with hotel steps etc. welcome at reception was underwhelming at best. I ordered the recommended taxi at great expense to get to the terminal the next day, but it was late so I ended up jumping in with someone else to get there on time. I don’t understand why all the hotels on that road don’t band together and offer a free hotel shuttle. There’s certainly demand. And if I have to pay 25gbp each way for a short taxi ride, maybe next time I’ll just use the hotel in the terminal at a premium.

All staff wherever you went were so lovely, courteous and helpful. We had a delay to our flight and needed to extend our stay in the hotel, despite being full the staff worked around this to accommodate us. The swimming pool was great to entertain the teenagers with us. The restaurant was great, lovely menu and found presented to a high standard ( surpassed our experience and expectations of airport hotel facilities) Overall this stay definitely eased the blow of our flight being cancelled at short notice and if you are looking for something higher spec than a chain budget stay that is reasonable in price ( if you book well in advance ) this is the place to stay.

Under 16 years of age couldn't use the gym facilities even with a supervising adult. Our teenagers use gyms and are sensible so it would have been good if ( with our agreement) they could have used the gym facility however I understand from an insurance perspective this may be standard practice.

The always, helpful and courteous staff. I loved having access to the pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gym from 6am till late at night. The comfort, privacy, cleanliness, prompt response when dealing with queries, the personalised TV greeting, the soundproofing of the room, wonderful shower and hot water. But best of all was the superb comfort of the bed, linen and pillows. I welcomed having my room tidied, towels, cups, refreshments refreshed and replenished most days Great to have a safe, a decent size fridge, ironing and hair drying facilities as well as a firm lounge seat and alternative writing area

That I couldn't stay longer No biscuits with Teas and Coffee - some hot chocolate or milky drink alternative would have been nice That breakfast was not included in the already steep nightly cost of a stay

Proximity to Heathrowe, ATop Hotel, swimming pool, hot water tub, bathroom tub,upgraded to deluxe executive double room, e cellent front staff.

Charcullios dinner and breakfast underwhelming. We ordered fish n chips and chicken tikka masala..underwhelming portions, underwhelming flavors. Was overcharged for breakfast as I didn't read the one cold one hot option..thought it would be buffet so was charged 32 euros for English breakfast and 3 pancakes which looked mire like pikelets...again underwhelming but apart from underwhelming food from Carlucchios? Everything else was great. Lovely open space in foyer to sit and rest.

The cleanliness and facilities were excellent for my family and disabled son, breakfast amazing and staff fantastic.

Always seems to be a problem with being overcharged for final bill and car parking charges always seem to be a problem so i end up having to be sent a penalty fine as hotel do not input the registration plate on arrival even though you give them your registration so then i have to email the hotel once i get penalty so the charge can be cancelled which is annoying.

Breakfast was excellent and dinner was also good. Fussy kids were accommodated excellently. Pool was excellent and wore out the kids.

I'd have liked a larger portion ravioli. My wifes seafood linguini tasted especially seawatery as if the seafood hadn't been washed. (her words). I'd like an option of a family room with a double and two singles. My kids don't sleep well in a bed together. I appreciate this is the norm but when looking for a hotel I would generally search for this option. It makes for a better nights sleep and hence a more enjoyable experience.
