The staff was wonderful, the executive room upgrade we were given was clean and comfortable. The breakfast (included) was a full English breakfast complete with with black pudding. There is also a lounge with complete bar service.

Airport shuttle was not included. Having said that the bus service to and from Heathrow drops you right in front of the hotel and leaves to go back to Heathrow from across the street and costs less than 2 pounds.

Good location close to Heathrow Airport. Reasonable price. Quiet room. Breakfast was great, restaurant area clean & tidy.

The hotel worked for us to gather for our first night in the UK. It was quiet. The breakfast was.good, covering all the bases.

The architecture is dated and the insides are worn.

Comfortable, well equipped room Easy transport to airport The hotel is actually well served by local transport options but this is not well enough explained on the hotels listing. I'm English and I was confused with how to get there. Here's what I learned... The hotel is only 5 minutes drive from the Heathrow T1, T2, T3 Underground station and bus station. Bus routes 105, 111 and X140 all stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel, cost about £1.60 per person and takes 7 minutes. I think this is a better option if you are travelling to the airport than from it. Busses depart every few minutes. You can get a London Taxi from any terminal. From T2 this cost £16 and I was at the hotel in 5 mins. There are ride sharing services such as Bolt available at around £5 although I didn't have the app set up for this. The hotel is on a bus route called Hotel Hoppa (https://www.hotelhoppa.co.uk/). From what I can see it's a shuttle service between terminals and some local hotels. It costs around £6, but I see many complaints that it is infrequent and takes a long time to reach the hotel, so this is probably best avoided.

The hotel could make more effort to explain transport Food is overpriced The full English breakfast buffet was a massive £15 which to me was quite excessive. If you know you want breakfast then definitely better off getting it included in the room.

Excellent location for Heathrow airport, pleasant area to sit in and have a drink , with lots of food options. We sat had a drink then ate in the restaurant, staff in there was very attentive and friendly. Reception staff was also welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh cooked and very nice indeed.

The room was very quiet, spacious, but we found the beds uncomfortable, we prefer memory foam mattresses..so the beds for us was to hard. Also the bathroom needed a deep clean, the tiles was dirty unfortunately.

The staff was exceptional in their willingness to help and to make sure that I was well looked after. Because of an asthma condition I had to make sure that my room was smoke, pet and scent free. The housekeeping manager Attila personally checked my room and made sure that my asthma would not be triggered. The front desk, bar and kitchen staff were equally helpful and pleasant. The service here exceeded my expectations and was equal to any 5 star hotel.

The only thing I didn't like was how heavy the room doors were and how loudly they closed upon entering and exiting, which tends to be the case in some hotels and this hotel was no exception. My room and the bathroom were dated but very clean and a good value for the money.

It is a fairly economical no-frills airport hotel. It is not very modern and there is nothing special about the rooms, but you get honest value for your money. Best things: the staff generally are really kind and helpful. The breakfast is well worth the money, and not only that but it is cooked well, so quantity AND quality. My compliments to the chef, who was hovering to check that everyone was OK, and clearly takes a pride in his work. My thanks also to the staff who served breakfast so helpfully and kindly with a smile.

Don't let the keycard (or cardkey?) get anywhere near your phone, or it will demagnetise and then you have to go down to reception for them to fix it before you can get into your room. Also be warned that there will not be a little toothbrush and toothpaste and comb pack waiting in the bathroom for you. That's probably a good thing for the environment, so I don't think it's such a tragedy.

The close location to the airport, parking onsite and the room. The restaurant was good and the service was excellent despite the busy season. The Manager, Daniel, was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were polite and efficient. The English buffet breakfast was sumptuous and there are good menu options for other meals at a reasonable price. Check out was very easy.

The check in was not a pleasant experience and the person at the reception was very dismissive and unhelpful. This was a big surprise since the check in experience in the same hotel was very warm and welcoming in a previous instance.

Hadn't stayed here before but really liked it and would stay again. It is an architecturally interesting hotel with character and reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff. We were upgraded to an executive room. The room was a decent size and modernised without loosing its original feel. Very comfortable bed, good sized desk and a fridge with complementary water, also a nice armchair. Good view out over the airport but a perfectly soundproofed room (but you could still open the window if you wanted). Nice bathroom with a bath. Breakfast was buffet style with a reasonable selection for the price. Non-dairy milk was available on asking. Would certainly use again. Hotel is close to bus stops for and easy ride to and from the airport at any time.

There could have been more vegan options for breakfast.
