An incredible stay with some superb hosts! We could run out of space talking about how great our stay was. From easy checkins with the host, to the peace and quiet we were seeking away from busy London, to the adorable cottage, it was all a 10/10. Down to the granularities, it is a super quick commute from London and you could even walk over from the station. The cottage looks just like (or even better than) the pics and is surrounded by serene green. Inside there is the MOST comfortable bed, a cozy kitchen with everything you need, strong WiFi, TV for those nights you just want to laze around, and a lovely bathroom/shower. For an extra charge the hosts built us a fire to keep toasty under the clouds and when we were worried about our pup (who had such a good time that she over exhausted herself) came right over to check on her and offer support and advice. They even drove us over to the station for an early morning train back to London. A massive massive thanks for a beyond our expectation stay.

Nothing! Everything was great.

Cherry Tree Villa was so pretty and private. All amenities were thought of and the decor was modern and tasteful. The private fenced garden was a real joy to relax in and enjoy the August sunshine on the two sun chairs provided. Perfect for our little Frenchie to explore safely. An added delight of a log fire in the evening to toast marshmallows made it all the more special. The kitchen was just perfect allowing us to cook breakfast and dinner with ease, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and joy of joys a Nespresso coffee machine! The fridge was the perfect size for a few days worth of fresh food and drinks and a small freezer compartment for ice (for said drinks!). All cutlery, crockery and glassware was thought of and provided. Dinner was served alfresco at the spacious table on the decking area. The bed was a double and very comfortable for a fussy sleeper (me!) with a soft luxurious duvet. The sofa doubles up as a bed and was comfortable to sit on and have a nap too. The bathroom was clean, modern and the shower spacious for the larger gentleman!

There was nothing to dislike about Cherry Tree Villa - perhaps adding some USB charging points for the future however, we brought our own with us so it wasn’t a problem.

We loved this little studio apartment. We stayed for 3 nights but would have loved to have stayed for longer. A beautiful self contained apartment, with a wonderful fully fenced private garden perfect for our dog to mooch around! Great to sit out in the comfy chairs enjoying the sunshine too. Beautifully decorated with a very comfy bed, just a little snug if you're used to a king size but we slept well. The Nespresso coffee machine and pods were a great bonus - thank you so much for that! The directions were excellent so we found it easily and the key was in the door ready for us when we arrived. Lovely to meet and have a chat with our host Terry. Truly fabulous accommodation in a great location and we would stay again if ever we're in the area.

The location was perfect. Peaceful and private, but close to where we needed to be at Judd’s Folly and Canterbury. Lovely walks and a fenced area for our dog.

We could have used a few more items of equipment in the kitchen as we made pasta on our first night, but didn’t have a grater for cheese or colander for straining pasta. The fridge was very small, and although we managed it would have been good to have a slightly bigger one. The wooden guard rail on the upper bunk was loose, and fell off in the middle of the night. Luckily we were able to fix it, but it might be better if it was bolted rather than screwed in position.

Very peaceful with fantastic surroundings. The firepit is a ni ce touch we spent a night sitting around it with a few drinks and a takeaway from the village.

The sofa bed was very hard in the middle. Apart from that everything was fine.

We had a truly lovely stay a Cherry Villa, it's a well appointed chalet with every detail in place. Well kept, private garden and we couldn't have felt any more comfortable, the hosts were very friendly and we would definitely like to return for another stay.

There wasn't a single thing we didn't like.

we enjoyed our stay especially with our puppy. we stayed in the cherry villa and it was private and was a good size. there was lots of places for good walks and lots of leaflets in a information pack if we wanted to visit anywhere. we did not meet the staff however they were helpful over text. I would stay again if the heating and shower was sorted as this was an inconvenience.

when we arrived it would’ve been nice if there was some milk and/or bread cereal etc. luckily we brought some milk with us. the shower was also awful it was so cold! the heating as well needs improving. I had the one radiator on the highest I could and it was still cold.

Nice and secluded for a quiet weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and we didn’t actually have to leave the studio all weekend which was nice. Loved that it was dog friendly and fully fenced so we didn’t have to worry about our dog getting out.

I loved everything . It was so beautiful Hosts ' Terry and Louise were amazing and made us feel most welcome . We were in awe of Cherry Lodge and the surrounding fields . It felt so peaceful !! Absolutley beautiful
