Excellent location - railway station 5 minutes away enabling easy access to Glasgow Central. Good restaurants close by and Burrell Collection within walking distance. Very good breakfast; had dinner in hotel on one evening which was good although restaurant not open very late.
The noise from functions. Although the booking confirmation contained a warning about these and stated that "Unfortunately, some rooms may experience noise", this was a bit of an understatement: our room was above the Function Room and we had to put up with the loud throbbing of disco-style music on both the Friday and Saturday evenings. The only way to avoid the noise apparently is to book a more expensive room away from the main building.

Lovely big room with bay window, so very bright The bed was large and amazingly comfortable Good choice of food for breakfast and the hot food was kept hot, also served until 10.30am which is very good Lovely outlook across the park The shower was hot and powerful
Although the room was massive, there was little space for storing things. The furniture was contemporary and looked pretty, it lacked practicality. The wardrobe was a huge space but no shelves or units to store things. We were only staying one night, had I been there longer this could have been a problem. The bathroom was a large space, however there was nowhere to lay down toiletries or any items in the bathroom.

It was a great place to stay while in Glasgow - great value for money. The building is at the edge of a large park, with a nice garden. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff made sure we had everything we needed for a short stay. I would reccomend staying here and would likely return to Number 10 when I visit Glasgow again.
The hotel is not within easy walking distance to the city center, and otherwise really good public transport in Glasgow was not working long after midnight, so you might have to rely on taxi to reach the hotel if you're staying in the city until the late hours.

Stunning period features in a good location for us as we were able to easily walk into Glasgow but we're due in Cambuslang the following day. The hotel itself comprises of x2 buildings, we were in the second building to the bar area facing Queens park. It was quiet even though the circus appeared to be on the park ! There are also outside facilities and a pretty beer garden that we did not use on thi occasion. Room and ensuite were huge !!! Bed very comfortable and great nights sleep had. Bathroom was tired in its decor, however fully functional with corner bath and great over bath shower 🛀 Self service breakfast was good too, would be useful to have chilled water available though without having to request from staff. Certainly would stay there again.

Lovely hotel and very clean!
While weddings are happening the restaurant is not available. We wanted to get lunch and dinner during our stay but they were too busy with wedding party. We were booked for dinner but they mistakenly made the booking and we were sat in the bar where there were partying guests of the wedding. when I asked for more toilet paper we were told they didn’t have the staff to give me more and did I ask the cleaning crew to provide more when they cleaned my room? After that comment, I insisted and was later brought some.

Loved the refurbished annexe .. quiet, very spacious and comfortable with tv and tea/coffee. Friendly staff. Good on street parking. Location brilliant, Literally across the road from lovely Queens Park. Good access to motorways and nearby Shawlands with all the cafes and restaurants
The room was cold and no extra bed covers were available in the room. I was a late arrival, after 10pm so the heating had been switched off. However the huge windows had been left open, presumably all day. Unable to sleep because I was so cold I’d to put on a jumper and jacket! I didn’t contact reception because by this time it was midnight and felt too tired to bother staff .. just hoped my extra clothes would warm me up.

This hotel is great! It exceeds expectations for accommodation in this price range. I stay here almost everytime I come to the city. It is absolutely value for money. It is kept clean, in comparison to all the other hotels I've stayed in, this is up there for being well maintained and hygenic! The rooms have a touch of luxuriousness. The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. There is a nice bar area that is very comfortable, and a beautiful outdoor beer garden. I haven't been in the restaurant area so I can't comment on that.
The only issue I have is that the beds could have been comfier. They are not of a very good quality. It is the only let down, but ofcourse a very important one. They definitely put in alot of effort to make it a nice place to stay, but that is a let down. That being said, it is still comfier than alot of places and it's not the worst! With the duvet underneath me I slept well.

The hotel itself is very fancy. When we got into our rooms we could not believe how beautiful they were! I particullarly felt like in a mansion. For the price paid I wouldn't expect such a great room. Staff is very helpful and friendly. This hotel have the most spacious & comfortable rooms with nice windows and amazing showers. They had absolutelly all toiletries a person need. Other hotels only have liquid soap and shampoo whereas this one have moisturizer and conditionator as well. I super reccomend this hotel and I definitelly will go back !
There wasn't a car park but park is free on the hotel's side road The restaurant did not have many options for vegetarian & hallal people, but staff were very friendly and even offered to talk to the kitchen to try to find something for us. In the end it wasn't needed but it was really nice of the lady.

High level of decor. Attentive but unobtrusive staff at breakfast and a very good breakfast. Excellent location. I was only there very briefly (9.45pm - 7.45am next morning), so difficult to say any more.
My room itself was small (although very nicely furnished), as a lone traveller it wasn't a problem but a couple would have been bumping into each other. The hotel has a bar and public rooms so if that's your thing then would be fine. Tiny point but the shower curtain was a bit short and tended to cling to me when showering.

Feb 24. Our room in the house next door (did they call it the lodge?) was very clean. Comfortable beds. Think building had been recently refurbished. The bathroom was all new. Clean grout. Powerful shower with a hand held spray (hate fixed rain showers!). Warm room. Breakfast - We enjoyed breakfast but we only ate porridge, nice yoghurt. Cooked breakfast looked good. Plenty of it & good choice. Staff were all pleasant & helpful. Receptionist, bar staff, breakfast waitress. Didn’t see the cleaner but she must be good as room spotless. Nice architecture & period features.
Nothing really. To nit pick. We were not in main hotel so a 1 minute walk to breakfast. Fortunately dry & sunny. Think I saw a courtesy brolly in our hallway.
