The treasure of this hotel is their staff. The gym and swimming pool were closed when we checked in so couldn't comment on that. the room was spacious and clean.

I understand the hotel just recently open (2 days when I checked in), there were some teething issue like familiarity with the system, there were no one to meet us at breakfast until few minutes later, and a couple room issues (hot water and a missed spot). but the staff are all very friendly, open and willing to help/ resovle problems, that's the most important things. I'm positive those teething issues should be ironed out when all teams are familiar with their SoP, and look forward to coming back again.

Pleasant hotel with good accommodation and easy pedestrian access to Glasgow Central Station. Not a user of leisure facilities but swimming pool looked inviting and gym facilities available although I did not actually look at that area.

Apart from proximity to the Station, location is not ideal. Situated in what I assume was once part of the old port warehousing area but there appears to have been only limited upgrading hence in parts it appears quite run down and unwelcoming. Also the motorway running so close to this and other large hotels makes pedestrian access to the western part of the City very difficult.

The staff were so lovely, helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the value for money was great. Room very spacious, clean and bed very comfortable. Toiletries in room such as shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and lotion, so no need to pack (or if you forget you're covered). Breakfast was tasty, fresh and plentiful. Good choice for us with cooked options/bread/toast/fruit/cereal and pastries (all self serve) but we have no dietary requirements so not sure how this works for others as I paid no attention unfortunately.

Had an issue with our keys twice on check in, so reception came up the 3rd time and their key worked, so they let us in. Give the hotel their dues, they sent some one quickly to sort it and we had no problems after but I had to wait while the rest of the family went into the pool. It was a minor inconvenience after a long drive and was fixed promptly though.

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It's conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station, making travel very easy. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, so it's simple to buy anything you need. The location is excellent for exploring all of Glasgow's attractions, whether you prefer to walk or take the bus. The front desk also offers luggage storage services, which is a great convenience. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and tidy.

However, there were a few drawbacks. The bathtub faucet is fixed, making it difficult to clean the tub effectively. I used the shower curtain, but it didn't fully prevent water from splashing out, causing the bathroom to get quite wet. The floor drainage in the bathroom wasn't very effective; water would accumulate and remain wet from showering until I left. Additionally, the hairdryer was quite large and cumbersome, and it seemed the windows couldn't be opened for ventilation.

Was my first time at the hotel and stayed for two days the whole experience was excellent from arrival to check out,the staff are so nice and helpful and very friendly manner,food was excellent and very tasty too. The room was amazing and so comfy I've never felt so relaxed and the hotel was very clean and so was the whole experience and nothing out of place my room and very clean to a very high standard and I loved the experience and will definitely be back and would highly recommend the hotel to family and friends

The heat in the room was unbearable but so glad I had a fan in the room the only complaint I had and staff are aware of the heating and are fixing it.

The room was spacious and the beds were big and comfortable, the breakfast was really good and the spa facilities were very nice and enjoyable. Most importantly the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back!

The only thing that we did not like that it was not possible to open the window to let some fresh air in. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Bright and spacious. One of our party uses a wheelchair and the hotel is well equipped to provide access. All staff were extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. Had an issue with one of our rooms (the door would not lock) and Scott from Reception attended with a hammer and chisel and solved the problem and even provided video proof that the door had been fixed! Prior to our visit I had messaged several times asking questions/requesting assistance and all messages were answered promptly. Would highly recommend.

The hotel interior is fresh, welcoming with good quality food, including excellent breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. A comfy bed and generous sized room made our stay even more enjoyable.The leisure facilities are excellent. It is situated fairly near to the major event buildings, OVO arena etc. We walked there in 15 mins. It is also approx 20 mins walk to Buchanan street.

The hotel is near the Central Railway Station in Glasgow and easy to find. The staff was welcoming and polite throughout my entire stay. The room was clean and spacious enough. Overall, the bed is very comfy and you could get a good night sleep without hearing any noise from outisde or the hotel. Make sure to get the breakfast option- it presents a diverse choice of foods, including vegetarian.

The furniture is quite old and some of the drawers could easily break at any point.

The room was very homely. The breakfast was excellent The pool, steam room, and sauna were well positioned in the hotel and very inviting. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were able to answer all our queries Extra towels were provided on request at both the pool and the rooms.
