Hosts were very polite and friendly. I did ask if I could check in earlier and it was no trouble for them doing so. The room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Drink selection was topped up daily with complimentary biscuits which was a nice touch. Breakfast was superb. Choice of cereals. Fruit juices. And a lovely cooked breakfast. Best one I've had since coming to great yarmouth.

Only thing would be nice in the rooms are fans as it is extremly hot in them rooms during summer. A fan would be lovely. 😀 But that was my only negative but if I would have asked no doubt I would have got one but I never like to cause any problems 😀

Linda and Larry are absolutely amazing couple, so friendly and welcoming, the property is wonderful, location is quite and you get a parking space either out the front or literally over the road, if they can help with anything they will, best place we have ever stayed , so much so we've been here 4 times - it's now our only place to stay, breakfast is amazing and filling and Linda even gave my 6 year old daughter a knitted doll she had made, my daughter was over the moon with it, they are dog friendly and have 3 of their own, so if you don't want to leave your furry friends at home take them with you ( just let them know of course) thank you so much for an amazing 3 days - we can't wait to come back

Easy to find with free parking available outside. Room was clean and bed comfy, especially the memory foam pillows! Fridge, kettle, tea coffee and milk provided free, also towels and shower gel & shampoo: The free cooked breakfast was delicious and a really nice treat as I never cook breakfast when I’m at home! Loved the fact that I could bring my dog at no additional cost and she was made welcome. Linda and Larry are lovely hosts and their little dogs are really sweet too. Met several guests who come back year after year and I can see why! I will be joining the list of returning guests as I had an amazing stay. On the doorstep of all local shops, pubs, arcades too. Can’t fault a single thing! Perfect

Close to town and amenities. Room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was small and compact and offered free parking on the first come basis but there were extra parking spaces across the road. The owners Larry and Linda were a very congenial couple and pulled out all the stops to make us welcome.

No lifts and we were on the second floor. Had to carry luggage upstairs, very tiring after a long drive. The owner Larry did offer help and took one of our suitcase. Our shower and toilet room was too small and the sink was located in the sleeping area which I found strange but quaint.

Was clean and comfy beds good size and children loved the bucket seats, the breakfast was lovely as was the owners and the lovely doggy that kept my boys happy at breakfast, we were only there for one night visiting family so I couldn't make use of most of the facilities but what we saw seemed good even had sand castle buckets to be borrowed and gave children sweets on leaving

The only real niggle was I kept getting the key stuck ,weren't sure if doing something wrong or not , to be honest I forgot to ask, but would not stop me from staying again . Oh and maybe a hot chocolate sachet for kids along with the tea and coffee , x

I Loved everything of it. The owners , Mr.Larry and Ms.Linda, his partner. I Loved the Location, the people I met there at the delicious, free breakfast 😋 they gave us in the morning. Who were also attendees to a Super Aeaome, mind-blowing Rock Festival I went to, while I was there. If I am.going back to Great Yarmouth, I am definitely going to go back to St.Annes Hotel. Lovely place. There are also three friendly dogs 🐕, who belong to the owners 😀. They are nice. I was happy ! 👍😃💖🇬🇧. I loved my sweet , beautiful room. I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK!💖👍

Pretty much " notjing". I Loved 💖everything. St.Annes is one of the best places I stayed at recently.

The family room size was great, and it was spacious. The little extra bits they had, like you could take a towel of there's down to the beach, and they had some sweets in a bowl for anyone to take one. The location was amazing. We didn't have to take the car out, and it took us roughly around 20 mins to get to the sea life center, and that's with 3 years old. And only a few minutes walk to the Britannia Pier.

Wasn't a fan of the breakfast time given 8am is an early breakfast for some but just for our children they are awake early and we need an earlier breakfast slot between like 7 and 7.30 but that's our personal preference.

Room was clean and tidy and warm. Had tea and coffee tray. Bed was comfortable and slept well, was good to have a fridge in room as we could use to put out pack lunch stuff in for the following day. . Breakfast was very nice all cooked fresh and was hot when came out. After choice of cereals,juice Tea and coffee fresh pot on side. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would all definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn't like, very nice stay. And we will be going back again. . ... But from the young adults maybe a Hash Brown with breakfast,

Amazing hosts and beautiful clean place. We felt very welcomed and looked after. Our coco dog had a welcome treat left for her in the room which was really thoughtful ☺️ They had some beach towels and toys left for guests to use. Very knowledgeable about the things to do and visit while visiting GY. Breakfast was cooked fresh on request and was delicious. All together we highly recommend staying there and will not hesitate booking again

Place is a bit dated but did not affect our stay at all as I mentioned before it was clean and we felt looked after and welcomed.

I must express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I experienced during my stay. They exhibited remarkable friendliness and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced my overall experience, and I commend their outstanding efforts.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the single bedroom, appreciating its overall comfort. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the temperature, as it was a bit warm during the night. Regrettably, I was unable to open the bedroom window to allow for some fresh air circulation, resulting in a somewhat restless night due to occasional discomfort. Despite this, I would certainly consider returning for another stay, provided the availability of a room with improved ventilation for a more pleasant sleep experience.
