You get what you pay for, was a bit apprehensive first, reading the reviews but booked anyway because of the price, and it was for a short stay, 2 nights. Staff was great. One phone call and they came to your assistance. The TV remote was missing so told them I can't watch tele, he went and got us another TV. At first there wasn't a hair dryer in the room and he got us a new one, after we showed him what facilities we should have on booking.com. Wasn't bothered by them at all. Shower was working and had hot water. Flush works for the toilet.

The mattress needs changing you could feel the springs and the phone number on the door is missing a number so the number is incorrect. The correct number is sent on the email.

the property is very close to the amusement parks and the cinema

I liked everything about the property especially the code system in place. The only thing I was not so happy was the fact that our rooms were two floors apart even though we requested for rooms next to each other.

it was cleanly quiet and pretty and was located in a good place larch Also you can go somewhere to walk there is a sea nearbyI also liked the fact that you do not need to stand at the reception to draw up some papers, you already have passwords and you have a code to get to your room, there are locks everywhere.Therefore, this is no problem.

if you go to the photo, then in one place the wiring was broken and this caused me questions; it was also inconvenient to wash in the shower also there was no fan in the room, which made it very stuffy When you open the window of a neighbor who is in another place he sees what you are doing and inside the curtain they always help this is also inconvenient therefore there must be a fan in such warm rooms

We had read previous reviews and were worried however we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean and a few fawlty tower moments but didn’t ruin our stay. Water was always hot. Beds were comfy and the staff were so helpful at all times. Great door locking system. Definitely value for money, we didn’t pay 5* prices so wouldn’t expect it. The location was perfect for exploring everywhere. Yes you could hear other people at night but it’s a hotel, people come and go at all hours and didn’t ruin our sleep. Parking was easy, you pay £3 a day at a local off licence and it covers you for your stay.

It does need an update in some of the rooms but I believe it’s a work in progress and we had 5 double rooms and would stay again.

The room was clean and the carpet was new. Tea and coffee provided. The En suit bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was all a bit shabby, but I didn't mind that.

Heard mixed reviews among them maximum is bad but took a chance, it's a renovated property now & highly recommended. Location 👌 Cleanliness 👍 Value for money🙌 Ease of checking✌️

Our room was huge, we understand that the room sizes can vary but we were very pleased with ours! You use codes to get into the building and your room which we have no issue with (no reception). There were a couple of little things that could be fixed/added to make the room/stay better but for the price paid and being parallel to the main high street we can't complain, very pleased with our stay.

Did not receive codes to enter building or our rooms, had to telephone for a member of staff to let us into the building. My shower was also very small couldn’t turn around init water leaked all over bathroom floor.
