Great location, easy short walk to terminal 2.

Found the signage directing you from the terminal to the hotel was poor

Loved the bathroom, except the shower wand: water pressure too weak. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the view of the airport/planes. The food was really good.

As an African Amerian, I was offended by the host at the Apron hotel. Sign at entrance states to wait to be seated. He asked how many in my party, I replied 2. He told me that the restaurant was currently operating slowly and suggest I to go around the corner to the bar where they also served food. No, I replied! Sat us in a corner where my daughter was not visible. He immediately sat other parties of two without question, two of which near us. The waiter took the order of those two before us and their meals were served long before us. As the waiter was walking away, it was my look of disappointment that brought him back to my table to take my order for which I then gave him an ear full.

The staff are so magnificently pleasant.

Signage to the hotel. The terminal I landed at showed absolutely nothing about how to find the hotel. Not a single sign exists to say "this way to the hotel". Even after phoning to get directions there still isn't a single sign to say you are on the right route for the hotel. Suggestion, why not provide a link after booking explaining how to get to the hotel once you have landed at the terminal. I would have given the hotel 10/10 but it's insane trying find it without instruction or proper signage.

It is very convenient for T2. There is a 15-minute walk to T3. However, this is all underground and straightforward.

Hotel facilities (breakfast, evening meals, etc,) are expensive, but you are paying for convenience. We checked out the route to T3 the evening prior to our flight and found a pub on the floor above the Virgin check-in desks that met our requirements.

Free printing for a customs document I needed for the US, which my airline told me about 24 hours before my flight was a major life saver. There is no printing available at Heathrow airport

Really badly signed from the airport and on the Booking.com website. For the record, walk through the multi storey carpark at level 2 of Terminal 2 to get to the reception.

Perfect for early flights or late arrivals as the hotel is a few minutes walk from T2 and 3, with efficient signage to get there. The hotel was spotless and staff very friendly, bed was very comfortable and the room silent despite the amount of flight traffic, all in all it was a seamless experience. There are bars and dining on the 1st and 14th floors with a spectacular viewing gallery on the 14th of the runway which was almost worth the price alone. There was only one fault though, the food was not good enough.

What a shame the food let the hotel down as I couldn’t fault anything else. Maybe the chef was having an off night, both dishes we ordered were inedible and were returned and not charged. The person next to us ordered a burger and I could see it was equally as bad. As I said, a big shame as that was the only negative. If they worked on getting the food right the hotel would be faultless, but I would still highly recommend this hotel anyway.

The location is excellent if one is flying out from Heathrow because it is just a short walk to terminals 2/3 and one stop on the tube to terminal 5. The roof top restaurant is a nice place to relax, have a drink, and watch the planes take off. Despite the location, the room was remarkably quiet - no noise from traffic or next day rooms.

The room was perfectly functional with a large comfortable bed but rather characterless. Not even any pictures on the walls. The prices are rather high compared to similar nearby hotels both in terms of the room and meals/ drinks. The hotel entrance took a bit of finding because one walks through a car park to get to it - some better sign posting would help.

Comfortable room, restaurant on site, all next to T3 for our Quanta’s flight to Australia.

Hard to find from T2/T3 until we found a tiny sticker next to a lift button in T2. I feel the hotel could have better described on its website which floor of the terminal to gain access across the multi-storey car park: only once you found this was the signage clear and helpful and the hotel easy to access. Heathrow is generally a nightmare and I realise that the hotel cannot control its signage in the terminals so PLEASE could they really shout about access from T2 on their website?

The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Easy access to Terminal 2.

The hotel is really difficult to find from the bus station, there are no signs to show you where to go and the hotel is accessed through a care park.

I loved that it's walking distance to Terminal 3 where I had to check in for my flight back to the US. It's an airport hotel and it serves its purpose well. I liked that I didn't need to go outside for anything and was able to stay comfortably in my room because it was more convenient than staying in a hotel in the city away from the airport. I liked that the bar/lounge menu is the same as the restaurant because I was hungry before the restaurant opened. The butternut squash soup really hit the spot for me after a long day of train and car rides. I liked even though the hotel was at the airport, I barely heard the planes or even the cars on the road right outside my window.

I didn't like the room had a small window only because I'm borderline claustrophobic and love big bright windows with unobstructed view of the skies. I don't think the room is designed to be luxurious so it felt very business like, really for a short stay in between flights.
