Next to the train station which was great. Parking was £10 for our whole stay (2 nights) which I didn't think was bad for London. Continental breakfast was fine. Room was clean, however does need a touch up of tlc. The reception staff were friendly.

The restaurant staff the first morning of our stay for breakfast. We said hello, weren't greeted back, instead just asked our room number. Manners cost nothing! Air con temperature in the room can't be controlled only the fan speed and the heat was on 24.5°, we turned the fan off and tried having the window open but it was far too noisy with the pub customers next door unfortunately.

Perfect location - easy access from A40. Parking was ideal and plenty of spaces. Staff were all engaging and upbeat The room was a decent size. Our room was across from the train station and with the window closed you couldn’t hear anything which was a welcome surprise. The continental breakfast was very good with plenty of options. A paid full English breakfast was available if needed. We did have a meal from the lunch menu and the wraps were great value for money and much bigger than expected and very tasty.

Not so much dislike but the lighting in the bar restaurant area was quite dim. Decor is a bit dated but still functional

Continental breakfast is a bit sparse but okay. The rooms are lovely, and the beds are really comfy. Great location right next to the main train line into London and tube on the central line.

We were told by reception when booking in that the bar was open until 11 p.m. The only problem we encountered was on Sunday evening. We got back to the hotel at 10.45 p.m. and were told that as it was quiet, they had closed early. I don't agree with this at all as if you advertise a facility being open until a certain time then this should be adhered to.

We enjoyed our stay at Savera. The hotel is clean, spacious, and comfortable with a lovely staff! The room was excellent, equipped with all the essentials like a coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, TV, and a beautiful view. 1 min walk to South Ruislip underground, about 40 min to central London. Lovely pubs and restaurants by the hotel and Sainsbury’s too.

While breakfast was decent, we would have appreciated the addition of eggs and a better selection of cheese. The provided cheese was industrial and pre-packaged.

From arrival to departure the staff were excellent, happy and helpful. The hotel itself is welcoming with a clean airy feel. Our room was clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was a little tired but clean and well equipped with toiletries and towels. Our continental breakfast was good, if basic, we ordered poached eggs on toast which were an extra but worth it. The toaster (the bugbear of many hotels) was set to make perfect toast with just one run through. I have stayed places where the toast either gets cremated or it needs to go through the machine 2-3 times! The hotel is ideally situated as it is easily accessible with a car park (£10 charge) and South Ruislip train and underground station is right next door giving direct travel into central London. There is a restaurant in the hotel and there is also a pub right next door and Sainsbury’s across the road plus a row of small shops adjacent to the hotel. This was my third stay at this hotel and my husband and I are returning in 2 weeks time.

The room was large and quiet, bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the proximity to the Central Underground line makes it a perfect hotel for people on a lower budget! The continental breakfast is about what you would expect in terms of selection : bread, yoghurt, jam, butter and Nutella as well as coffee and tea and cereal. It was really good for the price! Oh and Sainsbury's is just opposite the road, would definitely stay there again!

The only thing would be that the underground line takes about 20 mn to get into London itself BUT you have an internet connection up until Shepherd's Bush, where you slip underground!

Contential breakfast included in stay was well stocked and very good value for money, We also had a cooked breakfast and it was perfect. The location is perfect beside the trai station close to bus stops and easy access to air ports etc. Well stay again.

We were a family group of 21, we were attending a family funeral from Ireland. Eeryone was delighted with the Savera it was excellent in every way. the staff were polite and went the extra mile to do everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Rooms are spacious clean and well stocked and cleaned every day. Comfortable lounge area down stairs with a well stocked bar providing tea and coffe if desired.

The location is great if you're going to Wembley arena or stadium for an event, the train only takes 10 minutes there. The station for trains and the Tube is only a coupld of minutes from the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, even recommending us where we could go shopping as we had lost one bag on the flight over. The beds were comfortable and there was even a bathtub, to my daughter's delight, in the bathroom. The size of the room is reasonably large, there was facilities to make coffee and tea and a TV. Nearby is a supermarket, and also a pizza place and a pub, so everything you need. But you don't even have to leave the hotel for food and drinks. The food at the restaurant was really good and they have both a lunch and dinner menue and the bar is open until 11pm. I would definitely stay here again even if it is a little way off the beaten track.

I have stayed here a few times over the year. It really is a nice hotel if not spectacular (!). Overnight quiet even though the location is under a flight path to Northolt and it is next to a railway. All the staff are very nice and everything works as it should. For the money I do not think you can beat it AND it is next door to a decent Greene King pub.

Everything can always be better but for the price paid I have no complaints at all. OK, so my table wobbled that I sat at when I had breakfast. I really should complain!

Breakfast They could make some other items on the menu more accessible. I didn't like the fact that I had to place an order for sausages separately. Room There's need to refill sugar & coffee regularly. At times, these would run out. Room Wi-fi in my first room (103) was good, however, when I changed room to (302), there was hardly and wi-fi coverage so had to rely on mobile internet.
