So pleased that we chose this charming b&b to stay in when in the area for a wedding. Sharon and David are both so warm and welcoming and the whole ambience is one of cosy, classy charm. The decor is beautiful- lots of greys and duck egg blue - creating a serene freshness. Beds and bed linen are just so luxurious to climb into. We had a lovely big room with a private bathroom just across the landing; but no need to be put off by this, there were lovely fluffy dressing gowns provided and it was about 10 paces away! Breakfast was of the same high farm standard - delicious choices and plentiful with nice big teapots of tea! We would highly recommend a stay here, either to visit the area or for the airport etc. The countryside and villages around and abouts are really pretty. Oh yes and there were plenty of cows in the farmyard byre but no noise to keep you awake!

Nothing to not like - the only nit picking thing was that the shower was very low pressure and so the water stream was only just adequate.

What a lovely welcome. We only stayed one night while I collected family from the airport, but were made to feel very welcome. A very cosy room (not too small at all) with a double and a single bed, with bluetooth link to have music in the shower. Breakfast was lovely and a good choice. Good value that this was included. A lovely rural location! We will happily stay here again if in the area.

Been a little picky here as our stay was excellent. I shared a bed with my younger daughter. The bed had a very squeaky headboard. Didn't matter for us other than trying to be quiet for the room next door when we got in late from the airport. A passing point would also be a good idea half way along the track into the farm (although not very easy to put in place), although with just a few rooms in the B&B you are not likely to meet somebody coming the other way anyway.

Rooms are clean, cosy and well equipped. I have to give a special mention to the bed, pillows and bed linens, I felt as though I was going to sleep being cocooned in luxury. The location was perfect for a place I was working at and is convenient for the airport, the drive along the path to the farm is just stunning, especially for a city girl like me. Despite the proximity to the airport, you can see the planes but don't hear them at all, I slept like a baby. Breakfast was wonderful, the full English set me up for the day!

Nothing at all. Everything was perfect.

This b&b is in the most beautiful setting, totally idyllic. Just on the edge of Tatton Park, the drive up to the b&b is really impressive. If you like nature and animals, you'll love it. I used to visit my grandparent's small working farm when I was young and this brought back so many lovely memories. Sharon, her husband and their daughter are all so lovely, they can't do enough for you. Really yummy breakfast. Comfy, spotless rooms with heaps of character. I can't fault the place, I really didn't want to leave.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful B&B. It's such a stunning setting and so peaceful. The room we stayed in was a great size and we had everything we needed. We stayed for a wessing nearby, so we didn't get to fully appreciate our stay, but we will definitely be back to enjoy it properly. The decor was traditional but with a modern style. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, and the eggs are from the farm. Great place to stay for a local wedding or if travelling from Manchester Airport.

The Farm is in a lovely quiet country location, surrounded by wildlife and yet also very convenient for accessing local towns and venues. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and accommodating … nothing was too much trouble for them, they did everything they could to ensure our stay was a pleasurable and memorable one. We had a delightful twin bedded room with extremely comfy beds and enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast in the morning. I’d highly recommend a stay here.

Nothing … it was all great ! 😊

Ambience and Decor lovely - breakfasts great, with beautifully set table - beds and linen comfortable - ensuite in one room very tiny with a 'mind your head' doorway. Very pleasant sitting room for guests and a lovely garden for summer visitors. Property up a very long driveway through rural fields and farm buildings. Hosts lovely. Would definitely use again. Advantage of being able to leave your car for a nominal fee if flying away from Manchester with £25 taxi journey to airport.

The very small ensuite in one of the double rooms.

Sharon (host) was really warm & welcoming. The B&B is lovely, it has fabulous country cottage vibes & is in a gorgeous location. Our room was lovely. Clean & bright, with plenty of space. Bathroom was clean & bright too. Tea & coffee was also available in the room. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great too. I had a full English which was very tasty. I would certainly recommend to others and would stay again.

I don’t have any dislikes about this lovely B&B

Beautiful location although tricky to find in the dark. Farm house very pretty, shabby chic and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts

Walls were very thin, could hear the person in the next room snoring for most of the night. Unable to have the breakfast that I had initially wanted (had run out of pancakes) but the cooked breakfast was lovely. Radiator wasn’t working on the first night due to previous guests turning it off, was given a portable heater which did the trick. Radiators were fixed by the second night.
