This is a very comfortable and popular hotel chain. The room and ensuite were comfortable and clean, the staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was superb with lots of choices of breads, eggs, meats, yogurt, fruit, enough to please everyone. There is a coffee machine to provide coffee, cappuccino and hot chocolate and a nice selection of teas as well. My room had large windows that looked towards the city center. It was a nice easy walk into the center for sightseeing and to catch the bus or train. Very easy to get around and even the Royal Armouries Museum is just 5 minutes away on foot. This is a perfect choice if you just need a clean safe place to stay and not looking for an adventure.
There is no safe in the room. They recommend that you bring your valuables down to the front desk, but when I did the receptionist was a bit confused as to what to do with them. In the end the Manager came out and gave me an envelope which was then sealed and labeled with my name and room #. There is also no laundry available for guest use or even a laundry service. They did recommend a laundry/ dry cleaner a short walk away. That being said, there really isn't anything to dislike about the place and the breakfast buffet certainly tips this Hotel to a thumbs up from me.

Hotel was in a great location, less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and very close to city centre. All staff were very friendly and helpful with staff at reception 24hrs. We used this hotel while we went to the Leeds festival and even coming back very late at night/ early morning we were greeted by friendly security guards ensuring only people staying in the hotel were inside and felt relatively safe walking around the area to get back. Despite being very central it is just far enough out of the way that it is very quiet and peaceful, especially in the late hours which we appreciated. There is limited street parking outside, however the hotel offers a discounted rate of £8 for 24 hrs at a local multi story, this is about 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel. Would definitely stay again and would probably be my first choice!

The whole hotel was really nice. I got there and checked in the staff were really helpful. The room was really clean, and I must say the view from the 7th floor looking out onto Leeds was amazing. Especially when the sunset. The staff went above and beyond to help me when my charger birck broken and they gave me one for the night. I couldn't thank them enough. In the morning, I went down to breakfast, which was really nice for the price. Overall, I would 1000 percent recommend this hotel. Would go back again.
The only problem I came across was that the plug next to my bed was broken and didn't work. I notified them when I checked out, and they apologised, but it wasn't a big problem anyway.

When we arrived, they set up a little activity book & a bag of treats of my son on his bed which I thought was an amazing gesture & really welcomed my son, he has autism & finds change of routines hard so this was just brilliant for him, no other hotel has done this for us. A handwritten note on arrival was also a lovely gesture to receive myself, the staff were so polite & the room service - amazing.
My only gripe would be the breakfast. It was good value for money however I have had better, the biggest downfall was the eggs.. really dry & bitter. But otherwise, spot on.

We were on the 10th floor, it was so quiet and had amazing views especially in the evening. The staff when we arrived and that evening were lovely and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The room was really big, had the most comfortable king-size bed and amazing black out curtains (they had small holes in but didn't affect anything). The bathroom was big and the shower was amazing. It had lovely toiletries. The WiFi was good in the room. In the hotel entrance there is a little area with thing is you might have forgotten to bring, drinks and some food which were all reasonably priced 😊 The location of the hotel is brilliant, not too far the city center and all the bars and shops but it's far enough away from all the noise so you can get a good night's sleep. Discounted parking in the recommended car park we saved about £10 on parking with the discount from the hotel. We are looking forward to our next stay.
One of the things that was a little bit of an issue to us was how far away the parking was the next day with the bags we had to carry but that isn't the hotel's fault it's in a city center and the offer discount on parking. The door had been cut uneven so the lights from the hallway shine through, it didn't matter too much as we put a towel there to block the light out.

Beautiful hotel, smells really lovely and the aircon is great. Greeted by helpful staff. Made use of the kettle in the room which was very welcome. Very nice toiletries supplied.
The shower didn't work very well - only cold water from the shower head but the warm water was dripping down from behind the shower attachment, dripping against the tiles - not particularly a problem as only staying one night, but we really wanted to wash our hair as we'd had a very busy day. The coffee machine at breakfast only gave half a mug and splashed everywhere, so when I pressed the button again to top it up, it was then way too strong, undrinkable. No pastries/croissants at breakfast although that was advertised. Quite small beds but they were comfortable.

The hotel is just around the corner from the train station so a really convenient location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff are friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make it a positive stay, especially Ellie on reception and Ishmael in the bar. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable and it was great nights sleep. The aircon was also a life saver in the heat! I would definitely stay again when in Leeds.
The only downside is we weren't able to use the room service facilities as we couldn't get an answer when we tried calling, but it was a Friday night so obviously a very busy time.

Good location, nice and quiet but walking distance to the city. The hotel lobby is very well presented, and the room was very pleasant though quite basic. We ordered food to the room which was nice and came with a £6 service charge, so next time I would likely eat in the restaurant (I was short on time this time).
The reception staff on the day didn't say much to me whilst checking in (didnt tell me where the lifts where, nor what floor I was on), and simply walked off after handing me my room key. Aside from that they we're polite enough, and the lift/room was easy enough to find.

The central location was good, nice tidy and clean area, lovely setting, very pleasant to walk around. Lovely breakfast, presented very well and replenished well by the staff
The distance away from the hotel for car parking is poor, very disappointed with that. The central location was good, nice tidy and clean area, very pleasant to walk around. Because we booked with booking.com breakfast wasn’t included meaning we had to pay another £25 for us both to have breakfast, my sister booked through someone else and there breakfast was included in the price.

It was in a quiet and convenient location. We had a great view from our room overlooking the Aire River. The room was spacious, clean and the bed comfortable. We were offered complimentary breakfast for our 2 night stay which was not expected but a lovely touch. Hot breakfast was offered along with a choice of cereals, toast, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juices, tea and coffee. Very nice setting. Bar available. Close to Royal Armouries, canal restaurants and cafes. A 10-15 minute to Leeds train station. Front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant.
