Staff were very friendly and courteous making sure that if I needed anything they would help. I Was glad that all the rooms had proper showers and not a shower over a bath. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The only thing that I found wrong was that at breakfast there was no fried eggs on the menu and only scrambled eggs available, and I really like fried eggs at breakfast with bacon, sausage, mushrooms and tomato.
Like I said fried eggs on the breakfast menu even if cook half a dozen at a time or cooking them too order. And adjoining rooms used for families or businesses. Maybe a few more teabags, coffee and milk portions in the rooms as I drink a lot of hot drinks(6-8 pint mugs)while I am resting in my room to help bring my fluid levels back up. Maybe have a few more wet rooms for the disabled on the ground floor.

The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Considering it is classed as a budget hotel the whole hotel presented itself far above this status. The staff were very pleasant and helpful even finding my wife, who has memory problems, when she got lost in the hotel and delivered her back to our room very gently and courteously. .
We were not in Lincoln for leisure but visiting our son in hospital. We spent mornings in the hotel waiting for visiting time. We found the provided tea and coffee a little sparse. We booked breakfast several mornings. The full breakfast was reasonable value for a hotel with a big selection of nicely cooked good quality hot and cold food. However my wife does not eat cooked breakfast and only had a bowl of plain yogurt on each occasion. This put us off ordering breakfast as £10 for a bowl of yogurt was really not value for money. I do recognise the difficulty of monitoring what people are consuming when it is help yourself buffet style service.

Easy location to find. Was able to book a ground floor room. Room & bathroom large enough to accommodate a walking frame. Extra pillows provided on request. Beds really comfortable, we slept well. Good electric wall mounted heater in room so we had control of the room temperature. Reasonable quiet, some road noise from A46 and other quests moving around but not intrusive. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, staff on hand to help. Good Wi-fi. We were able to book an extra night in the same room at short notice. Friendly and helpful staff.
The only problem we encountered during our three night stay was on our final evening. We got back to the hotel after 10pm in a rain storm to find all the designated disabled parking bays occupied but not all the cars displayed disabled parking badges. After making enquiries at the reception desk, a member of the staff was instructed to remove their unbadged car from one of the designated disabled bays. This I'm afraid lost you one star, staff of all people should know that these bays are restricted.

We were a little sceptical as most of the reviews were very negative. However, for the price we paid, it was excellent value for money. It was very clean, roomy and staff were very friendly. Barhroom very clean, shower was great. Room very comfortable with heating options. Windows open fully for fresh air. There were coffee machines available 24/7 with many choices, including hot milk and hot chocolate. All free. They provided booklets of information regarding places to visit, shaving kits, sewing kit, ear plugs and shower caps were displaced at the reception area, for guests to take whenever. Extra towels if you needed, check out time was 12, we left at 12.30, no body questioned us. Free ample parking, to say the least. We would definately recommend people to Ibis. Thank you to all the staff.
It was a little outdated, and pillows were uncomfortable for me, but then I normally always take my pillow, I forgot this time. Other than that thumbs up.

Your acceptance of dogs in rooms and way you catered for them in the breakfast area went above and beyond. Franks corner was a really great idea. Lovely spacious eating and lounge and bar area. The seating area for travellers with dogs was a great idea. It felt inclusive rather than exclusive to the rest of the seating area. Well done to the team member who set it all up. This should be a standard in all Ibis hotels. Easy to book a twin bed option to stay with my daughter.
Mattress toppers/beds are pretty firm. Hard on the hips for older people and side sleepers. Mean on teabags in the room. Only two for an overnight stay for two people. Should be at least four. I’m sure the friendly stay would have provided more if I’d asked. Be aware the location isn’t in Lincoln and is a little way out. Situated on a light industrial estate. So not in walking distance of any facilities.

The breakfast was superb, l especially liked the coffee machine and the plumb tomatoes . The staff were excellent, helpful, accommodating and very friendly
The lift couldn't be accessed on the ground floor and stayed like that all of the time that l was in the hotel. Which on my arrival meant that l was going to have to climb the stairs up to the first floor to access the lift in order to take my luggage up to the second floor. However there was a number of other guests going upstairs at the same time and two of these chaps carried up two of my bags for me. Without them l would have struggled. Outside of my window was a tree and l found that if l left the window open, l got invaded by moths, flies and other such bugs.

Clean, spacious and easily accessible with good parking. Great place if you have dogs. It was very easy with our 2 border terriers and the staff gave them a lot an attention which they loved. They had their photos taken for the ‘Howl of fame’.
Unfortunately our shower didn’t work properly it was either too hot or boiling - couldn’t stand under it at all. We were there for 2 nights. It was then repaired while we were at breakfast and I tried it again and just about got a shower without scalding myself- next morning it was worse again. Hopefully it’s now sorted for other guests.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was spacious. It was mostly quiet and I could see my car from the window so that was great. When I got there the lady at the check in reminded me that I needed to put 2 days parking in so I don't get charged.
There wasn't much really. If I had to really put anything it would be that the doors do close loudly so I could hear other people entering and exiting their rooms, and that the TV remote batteries were dead but that wasn't a major problem, I just used the TV to find the channel I wanted to watch.

Room was spacious and well laid out but a little dated. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of room and was clean and the shower was just right. Lights were bright and the electronic key card made it easy to gain entry to rooms. Breakfast was English and continental buffet style and everything I tried was well cooked and plentiful and the staff were helpful and pleasant. My stay was better than expected and I will definitely stay again.
Curtains only just covered the window and poorly hung. Toilet seat was loose and bathroom tiles cracked. None of the sockets had a usb port so I couldn’t charge my phone, my fault for only packing the lead and not the plug.
