That was our second stay at the Cove Liverpool. We liked it so much the last time I didn't want to look for anything else. The receptionist (Jack) was so welcoming and friendly, yet professional. I called the hotel earlier to reserve the parking spot and I already felt welcomed. At our arrival we had a little chat in person and I knew this hotel was a great choice. The staff really cares. Even during checking out they were genuinely interested if we were happy with our stay. The location is great. You have shops, restaurants, cinema and the main tourist attractions on your doorstep (well within walking distance). The apartments have their "feeling" - which I really like. The beds are high and comfortable - I always had a good sleep. Bathrooms are clean and I really liked the washing range they provide. Kitchen is well equipped - I mean for the basic cooking there is all you need. We didn't use the washing machine, but that's also there if you need it. The apartments were quiet. I couldn't hear any other people. Only occasionally I could hear some door closing (they slam). Overall I was happy with my stay and I would go there again :) I highly recommend this place.

The doors for the living room (or bedrooms) wouldn't stay open so we had to be creative about the door stoppers ;)

We loved the location brilliant for us as I have a disability and can't walk very well or go far. The staff were amazing if we needed anything then they were great as we needed a fan it was so hot an they was at our door within a couple.of minutes.

I found the bed a little too soft for me an I would of liked a TV in the bedroom so I can chill a bit more before sleeping . The sofa in the room was a sofa bed an as we sat on it we found it quite uncomfortable an very low ..it doesn't really matter as we was out most of the time but I have to explain what I didn't like about it so that's all I can say cos we loved it . The whole apartment was 100% clean . The handwash an other soaps in the bathroom were great ..it was good having a fridge freezer cos we had a few ice cold alcoholic drinks as a nightcap lol

Excellent location central to everything, very clean rooms, staff are friendly, washer/dryer in unit excellent for travel with kids! They gave us fresh towels when we asked despite housekeeping only being once a week.

No air-conditioning, internal doors won't stay open have to prop something heavy up against them which is annoying, location of power sockets is awkward had to charge phone away from bed. Also this is minor, but in case you're traveling with luggage or wheelchair note the entrance is in a pedestrianized area so taxis can't drop off right at door.

We enjoyed everything about the property. The location was perfect, only a 5 min walk to Matthew Street to visit the place where the Beatles hung out. The staff are so professional and helpful, always wanting to do their best to make the visit easy and enjoyable. The rooms are so beautifully decorated, spacious and fully equipped if you want to make meals. I would highly recommend staying at The Cove. I will be coming back here again!

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Despite problems with the Washing machine on NY eve. Nathan, Luke and team did a fantastic job. In fact this inconvenience came as a blessing as despite the hotel being full, there was absolute dedication to ensure my issue is addressed. Nathan saw to it that all was sorted Im ever so grateful to him and his managerial/leadership skills are unique. The business should be should be grateful to have him as I’ve not come across someone like him throughout my extensive hotel stays around the country/world. Any other place, had I faced the same situation, I think it would have led to chaos. But he turned it all the way round. Luke, engineer and co workers. Thank you all. Lady at reception who booked me in- sorry forgot your name- thank you for being professional and wonderful. Love the scouser accent in reception. Makes me feel I’m in this great city. So great service aside. There’s no doubt the apartment is stunning, central and the best one could get. That said, without the amazing service, it won’t stand alone. Thank you everyone. HNY

Living Plants in the corridors without sunlight. I feel is depressing them. They need sunlight. Moreover, they instruct the corridors. Please expose them to sunlight. I never knew they were live plants..

As usual. Best place to stay in Liverpool. Not only the most prime location and perfect views but also the great GENUINE service that never fails to deliver. Primarily, I believe the people working there are genuine and seem to enjoy what they do. I’d like to thank the wonderful cleaners on the 7th floor and those at reception including Lauren, REECE and Luke. I also happened to meet the New manageress who’s also lovely. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. I love this place. My favourite in the UK! also I’d advise you book directly on the cove website. Lauren was very helpful in advising me on this. thanks Lauren.

1-beds and sofa could be made more comfy. 2-too many automated messages on booking.com once you book. could be confusing if you’ve made several bookings. 3- parking is too expensive.

Very friendly welcome on the front desk, super dog friendly & the apartments are solid, meaning dogs don't get upset by outside noise & can move around without disturbing neighbours. Roof terrace for late night wee walks a bonus! Great location right opposite John Lewis, lots of restaurants in the door step & 2 minutes to walk to docks. Super comfy bed, slept like a baby. Very reasonably priced. We'll equipped. This was my 2nd stay & I'd deffo go back & would recommend to anyone, especially if you have dogs =)

The appartment is very good and well decorated and in the heart of Liverpool however, the appartment is required more cabinets to put your clothes and belongings, in addition to that the appartment needs more ventilation, I stayed five nights in the appartment and I face some difficulty to sleep at night and in afternoon time because its not cool enough. Although there's a fan on the appartment but still not good enough to cool the area, one of the reason is the windows are not open widely for safey reason.

Staff are great. Friendly, informative and professional. Top notch, nothing is too much bother for them. Location is great for shopping and visiting the main sites in Liverpool. All can be done on foot. The apartment and communal area are clean and secure. All basic amenities for a trip home away from home can be found in the apartment.

The bedrooms are a bit on the small side. Otherwise cannot find a fault in the accommodation. Looking forward to the next visit.

Amazing facilities and really clean room and kitchen. Loads of equipment in the kitchen. Even had a washing machine! Super helpful staff Team communicated early and was able to organise early check in and a later check out. Location was perfect right in the centre of Liverpool and close walk to all amenities. Couldn't hear any noise from outside due to the triple glazed windows. Would definitely stay again.

Normal check in was quite late at 4pm and pillows were a bit too soft for me. Otherwise, can't really fault this hotel.
