I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Cove during my holiday, and I couldn't be more impressed. The apartment was very well equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy living area, it felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, and I appreciated how clean and well-maintained everything was. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything I needed. Whether it was solving our lost key situation or making sure I had everything I required, they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the cove to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-supported holiday. I can't wait to return!

Stayed at these apartments 4 times already. The location is excellent, right in the center of everything, shopping, restaurants and a short distance away from the train station. We were given an apartment in one of the top floors with an amazing view. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful especially Jack who tackled a problem we came across with, immediately. And also Kevin.

The only thing we weren't so happy about was the space in the bedroom. It was a bit small and crammed and there wasn't enough space to hang all our clothes.

Our stay at Cove was fantastic, from the location, staff everything was super. On arrival, the guy at reception was so helpful, and we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. It was amazing it was spotless, spacious, and warm, which was so good as it was freezing outside.. The location of Cove was perfect. it's in Liverpool One. Every shop and bar restaurant was beside us. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The staff also made our stay easier, nothing was too much, Jack booking us a taxi for airport and was so friendly and warm. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic modern apartment. Fantastic location Liverpool attractions. Loved the wee the dogs and seemed genuinely happy to have them as guests. The apartment had all the essentials for self catering and or equipment for a comfortable stay.

This is not a didn’t like as such it was just unfortunate that there was a heatwave and to cool the room at night the windows were open which allowed a lot of city-life noise in ( windows closed perfectly peaceful) but no air con ( which they make clear) meant an uncomfortably warm nights sleep. One lift was out of operation but scheduled to be fixed within a couple of days.

The location was excellent, very close to the dock area, cafes, restaurants and shops. Our apartment on the 9th floor was small, but adequate and very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

We arrived by car and, even though I had rung the day before to ask for directions to the underground car park, was only sent a post code which directed us towards a pedestrianised street closed off by bollards. It took 2 more calls to a gormless and unhelpful girl at reception before we finally found the entrance. We were then accommodated on the 2nd floor, where there was loud noise from the street until 3am. We asked to be relocated and ended up in a perfectly good apartment on the 9th. Other reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Location is excellent - literally in the middle of all the shops. The property is spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms were quite warm. Unfortunately with the windows open we were woken by a loud machine and chatting at around 6am. We were told later that it’s because Liverpool One gets cleaned at this time - not the properties fault of course. When the windows were closed you couldn’t hear it but then the rooms were warm again. Plug sockets need to be better located in the room with en-suite and also updated for USB leads.

We stayed on a warm evening in July and the property was very very warm. One fan was supplied in the flat but it was large and noisy which made it difficult to leave on all night. We left some windows open to try to create a draft but it was windy as we were quite high up and so they kept blowing shut quite loudly so not a comfortable night’s sleep unfortunately! Would caeat with we (two adults and 2 children) generally prefer a cool sleeping environment so this is down to personal comfort levels.

The location is unbeatable, surrounded by stores and restaurants, and with easy access to transportation. The cozy studio was well-equipped for a short stay, even including an iron, and it was spotlessly clean.

Very clean & comfortable good sized apartment right in the heart of the shopping district of Liverpool. Great value. Easy walk to Royal Albert Dock area with lots of sight seeing. We were able to leave our luggage with reception for free before and after check out. Staff were very friendly.

No air conditioning with poor air flow made the apartment very hot at night as we had to clise tge windows due to party noise in thecstreet below. It would be ok in cold weather but not in May with 15-19 degree nights. We ran out of hot water after one short shower so one of us had a cold shower.

Great location right in the centre of Liverpool One close to restaurants and shops. We were in the three bedroom apartment which had pretty much everything you need.

We’ve stayed in the Cove apartments a number of times and whilst they are starting to show signs of wear and tear this one (213) was definitely better. No real complaints only a few gripes (empty shampoo in one of the showers, coffee but no caffetiere to make it in), nothing that would stop us staying again.
