Except the points mentioned below, this aparthotel is very good: location; kitchen, room and bathroom facilities; the number of beds; cleanliness; really great value for money, etc.

It was quite disappointing that our family group were assigned rooms on two different floors even though we’d booked the rooms 1.5 months in advance. In Room 4, some kitchen lights were broken. In Room 9, in the large/3-bed bedroom, the curtains need to be fixed or replaced because they cannot cover the large full-wall glass window very well.

No WiFi. kitchenware is not everything, like no grater, oven tray, electric toaster, scissor…… The nails left on the wall, one of us accidentally scratched on arm by it. They should be taken out

the location is absolutely perfect right at the heart of everything, shopping, bars and restaurants. It is really good value for money the apartments are spacious clean and well equipped with almost everything you would need. There is a supermarket within walking distance which for us was perfect with 2 hungry children. the bus station was within walking distance again perfect for us as we visited Anfield. We parked our car in a multi-storey and left it there for the whole time. We would definitely use again.

the WiFi was non existent but at check In (which was in Duke St no reception here) the decor is tired. we stayed as a family of 4 so used the sofa bed there was no duvet cover or pillow slips only the protectors and as there is no reception we tried ringing the number we’d been given but no answer so we had to make do. Our room was not serviced during our 3 night stay so no fresh towels and we had to go buy toilet roll. No tablets for the dish washer but not a problem there was washing liquid provided so just washed up by hand and had to leave to dry as no dish towel. We could not get the air con to work properly and the windows don’t open so we didn’t like not having fresh air.

Excellent location within Liverpool, walking distance to most places. Very friendly and helpful staff, answered any questions and sorted any queries we had with the apartment.

As mentioned in other reviews the music from the local clubs was loud and caused some issues with the kids trying to sleep. Some small attention to details in some areas e.g curtain didn't cover the whole window leaving light coming through. None of the TV's were working and wouldn't tune in to the channels.

The location of the apartments were close to the main streets making things like getting dinner and shopping easily accessible. We were able to prepare meals as well as essential things like dishwasher and oven were available. Interior design had a more modern influence.

Wifi wasnt available since it was said to be down during our stay. Due to proximity to a vast amount of clubs, the amount of noise some nights wasn't ideal and intoxicated residents made noise frequently. The apartment wasn't extremely dirty however we were met with surfaces being slightly dirty and dusty. Someone also slept on the sofa bed and believed it wasn't very comfortable and screeched everytime they moved. One of the bed slats was also broken, and they ended up not using the bed function and instead slept on the couch.

Lovely welcome in duke street treated with a drink by staff. Staff where lovely and polite and very professional.Spacious apartment for 10 everything you needed was in the apartment.not far from the town

Check in was in another hotel really don’t get it 5 min walk not far but when you got your cases and it was pouring down then yes quite far. Check in was duke street. Stayed in steel street. Morning of leaving wanted to do some shopping was under the impression that we could leave our cases in steel street basement.No one was there in the morning so phoned reception to ask where can we leave them only to be told we needed to walk back to Duke street to leave them there. Pouring of rain. Didn’t bother leaving them. This let the whole experience down. As theapart Was beautiful.

Kevin at reception was fantastic from start to finish. Thank you so much for our upgraded room. Cleaners were so friendly. Rooms was stunning loved the kitchen and breakfast bar area. Bed was comfortable. Kevin 100% deserves a shout out for excellent customer service. Help and advise was perfect! Claire wanted to let you know that we saw Paolo in a bar and we got signed record and CD 😊

Room does require a full length mirror, we did find it difficult to put our make up in due to how dark the room is. Internet was down so couldnt cast anything in TV however we were made aware when checking in, and I know the staff couldnt do anything.

We stayed in apartment 4. The hotel reception (where you get your keys, before crossing over to the apartments opposite),and the apartment lobby, and apartment 4, all had a 'cool vibe'. The apartment's rooms, including the lounge, were a good size, and clean. The locaion is just great, e.g., a short walk to Mathew Street. (FYI that there's a big Tesco Express around the corner, which is handy). The kitchen is only tiny, which is what we expected, but better equiped than we thought it would be. There's jars of coffee and tea sachets, which is welcome, though the sugar sachets have gone damp. Despite being in the city centre, we had a very quiet night (but for the bathroom fan). Apartment ha aircon! We only needed it for a short while, but it was welcome.

It's a mobile phone blind spot: couldn't get reception O2/GiffGaff nor EE. It was a particular issue because apartment Wifi wasn't working either. The fan in the bathroom was constantly on (a constant hum; 3 of us 'tuned it out', 1 of us slept badly).

I made my own breakfast The location is amazing, and everything is just around.

I didn't see the cleaning team. For a week's stay, I struggled with the bin 😁😁 image with the kids. The dishwasher was broken 🫣🫣. Kitchen utensils were not enough for family of 8 people
