The room was absolutely beautiful with great views of the sea, my girlfriend was thrilled with the copper bath. the room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable and we both had the best nights sleep. Eveything was in walking distance to where we were stopping and the staff were so lovely and helpful. They even put up a birthday banner and left us a card and bottle of prosecco which was a very lovely gesture. In the evening the goats would roam the streets and help themselves to peoples gardens which we enjoyed watching.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

I travelled with my autistic client I support staff had alot of time for him chatting and listening which he really enjoyed they also catered to his eating requirements as he only eats sausage for breakfast we will definitely be staying again next year for the snooker

This property is beautifully preserved and presented set on a quiet leafy road with amazing views up To the Orme within a 5 minute walk to the Tram and onward to the bustling town centre. The common areas are immaculate and welcoming and the rooms all have an individual character out room was no exception. The hosts are knowledgeable and welcoming and we felt like our custom was really valued also breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and prepared and presented with care top quality ingredients made for enjoyable eating

Grace is a fantastic host, such a welcoming & friendly person, made us feel instantly at home. Our room (room no 1) was comfortable with plenty of good quality toiletries and a good selection of beverages. The breakfast was top notch - everything 100% perfect, fantastic 😊

Looking at the selection of rooms available I think room one is probably the least luxurious. The room felt cold from our time of arrival even after the central heating was on. Grace did provide us with an additional heater which was welcomed. My shower was warm, did try to get a hot shower but it didn't happen, my partner did have a hot shower - must have been my mistake.

From the warm welcome from Grace to the time it came to leave, we had a wonderful time at the Escape Boutique Llandudno. I have been a regular traveller through work for over 30 years so you get a feel for how well a hotel is run by the ease that the team work together, here was exemplary. Nice, clean and comfortable room (#7) with great views of the town - we were given a choice of room we would prefer which was a nice touch. Didn’t stay in long but there is useful information about the history and owners. Will definitely use again and would happily recommend too. NB Loved the Goats too

Ignore the storm damage and the constant maintenance of any sea facing property - enjoy this hotel, you won’t be disappointed.

Great location with parking. Big room. Well kept and decorated.Nice free standing bath in bedroom if you like that. Bathroom small but great shower. Welcoming helpful staff. Flexible time for breakfast to suit you. No breakfast preordering the night before. Food quality exceptional and service was great.Great cup of tea. Nice Elemis toiletries. Free WiFi. Good info folder. Very clean. Quiet hotel.

Original sash windows lots of condensation. Bed a bit soft but personal choice. Pillows not great. No coat hooks in bedroom.. Where do you put coats especially if wet? No hooks back of bathroom door. Limmited space in bathroom for toiletries. No face clothes. No body lotion. Basic choice hot drinks. UHT milk.. Yuk. Would like biscuits to be a local brand.

My partner and I have just checked out after a 2 night stay at Escape Boutique B&B and all I can say is WOW! From before we arrived to the moment we checked out we have been looked after and made to feel special. Grace is a phenomenal host, she sent a text before we arrived to say our room was ready and we could check in early, which was appreciated by us after a long drive. Grace met us at the door with a warm smile, provided us with all the information and showed us up to our room. We stayed in room 5 on the top floor facing the front of the B&B. The room was a great size, clean and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail was impeccable with added extras such as Elemis shampoo, conditioner and body wash, hot chocolate sachets and biscuits, a hairdryer, mirror with different lighting settings for doing make up and the option to have an Amazon firestick in the TV to access Netflix etc. the bathroom had a large shower with lovely hot water and a powerful shower. Plenty or storage space in the room for clothes, suitcases etc. the bed and pillows were so comfy and we had a fantastic nights sleep both nights of our stay and woke up feeling refreshed. The noise levels were to a minimum also. Your room is serviced every day unless you put your do not disturb sign out on the door. There is an honesty cupboard in the lounge area consisting of alcoholic and soft drinks and snacks for if guests get peckish or thirsty but don’t want to leave the B&B to find a shop. All it requires is that you write down what you took and your room number and this is paid on check out. Breakfast is served between 8:30-10am every morning and there a great selection of hot and cold food and drinks. We had the Full Breakfast on the first morning and Smoked Salmon and eggs on toast the second morning, with fresh coffee and orange/apple juice. Everything was hot, tasty and cooked to perfection. Nothing was too much trouble.

The dining room was slightly chilly at breakfast times but it is January after all.

We had an amazing stay, the B&B is family run and you can really tell how much care and attention to every little detail they commit to. Expect a warm welcome from the host, beautiful rooms (room 5 had a fantastic view) and top quality breakfast. The service and cleanliness of the whole property were very impressive and with only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town with free parking available it is in a great location too. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing I could possibly pick up on as a slight observation is there are a number of steps from the parking area to the main reception and also to reach some of the rooms so if mobility is an issue you may want to contact the property prior to booking to see what facilities are available or most suitable rooms would be to fit your needs.

Room was very clean and well decorated, bed the most comfortable hotel bed we've ever slept in. Breakfast was absolutely epic!!! Sam and his team were awesome and very welcoming hosts. All the staff were so kind and nothing was too much trouble. Communications from Grace were excellent and she really looked after us. THANK YOU! My wife's guide dog was treated like a king and welcomed with open arms. Even did him his own breakfast carry out. George sends big licks and woofs.🦮. There is an honesty bar in the lounge which was very welcomed, with a selection of beers, wines, champagnes, soft drinks and snacks. Prices were all very reasonable. There is a small car park on site with room for 6 cars. There is on street parking directly outside which is free with no restrictions and we never had any issues getting a space right outside. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Boutique B&B

The only downside is that there are quite a few steps to get up to the property and then further stairs to get up to the rooms. Unfortunately this is due to the Victorian construction of the building, and therefore people with limited mobility might struggle. There are chairs and benches dotted throughout the grounds to take a rest on if needed. The team on site offered to assist us with luggage.

Fabulous stay for a lovely weekend celebration getaway. The location is great and so easy to find. Staff were very welcoming, professional but lovely with it. Nothing was too much trouble and very attentive and dedicated to making your stay relaxed and home from home vibe. Breakfast was very good. Compliments to the chef for a lovely variety of fresh, home cooked food. We can’t wait to come back again soon.

Only issue is the parking. I know it can’t be helped with size of the driveway, however it was very difficult to find somewhere to park close by. It wasn’t a big issue but it was the only niggle we had. However Grace was very kind in informing us before we got there. Thank you for a fabulous stay :)
