Tidy, spacious and very private. The privacy between rooms and floors was one of the key features. It had a fully equipped kitchen including hob, microwave and kettle. Comfy bed also and had a smart telly for me to connect my phone to (although the smart feature sadly didn’t work)

The bathroom sink was quite small and splashed when using. If the basin was a little big bigger this could have been avoided. The smart TV didn’t seem to connect or go online, but as I wasn’t using my room as much during the weekend this wasn’t a big issue for me. Also, could have better signposting to find the hotel as I’d imagine it can be easily missed.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Was particularly impressed with the bathroom and it’s great facilities.

The directions to the property don’t take picking up the keys/checking into consideration so we were left walking up and down a busy main road in 30 degree heat trying to locate reception. Once we arrived I was told I needed to pay (even though I had already paid) and we weren’t given great directions back to the hotel rooms themselves (which are not identifiable from the street). Once we got there however, we were super impressed.

Location great, very near tube station and overground. The room was very clean. It was very compact but very good for my needs. For me, it was a last minute booking and I was very happy with it

Although the location is fairly central, it was difficult finding the reception location to collect the keys, the signage and number of the building wasn't obvious so it took me a long time finding where to collect the keys. I didn't find the receptionist particularly forthcoming, I told her I struggled to find where to collect the keys. I had to ask for directions to the actual room. Again, it took me longer to find the place which was tucked between some shop fronts. You could improve the signage. The receptionist didn't mention there were steep steps to the room so if you have mobility problems or heavy luggage, the room might not be suitable from an accessibility viewpoint.

Spotlessly clean, modern and well equipped rooms that was overall great value for money. Efficient check in/out as read reviews and notified re collecting keys at the office location beforehand. Close to tube station and local shops, cafes etc. A good location overall for travelling around with good transport links and would return again.

There are a lot of stairs in the building that are narrow and no lifts. We were on the top floor and it was quite difficult to go up and down with our heavy luggage. The room got quite hot during the night which woke us up but we did have aircon to put on for a bit to cool it back down. The outside of the building we were in didn’t have a nox sign and could easily be missed by some.

Top marks for a cosy and clean place just on the main West End Lane (windows are so well insulated that the noise hardly is noticeable). The air conditioning was not working, but as soon as we reported it, it was fixed. The lady on the phone was very helpful. The location is just amazing - very nice area, 5min to tube, 1min to small Tesco and Sainsbury's, plus many other shops. There is a great cafe Lola's, a very good bookshop just nearby and very good restaurants - our favourite was the Indian across the road (needs to be booked as very popular).

Not much except there was no control for TV, which was not connected. But we didn't watch it at all as too busy visiting London. Who needs TV in London?

Clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, ample tea and coffee provided, lovely shower. Brilliant location, 20mins from central London by tube. Plenty of local options for cafes, Sainburys Local and Texco Express very close.

Be aware that you have to collect the keys from a separate location, which wasn't a problem but was a short extra walk that would lose you a bit of time if you were in a hurry. Wasn't a problem for us as we were able to check in early because our room was ready. Something else to be aware of, our room (#8) was up several flights of stairs. Only 'complaint' was the people in the above room were stomping around until after 1am and again from 7am!

Location is great. So many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, etc. around. Three different train stations within 5 minutes walking distance (tube, overground and rail) My room was at the back of the building, so very quiet.

Third floor room but no lift and no assistance. It would be very difficult for an older person or anyone needing assistance. Space in the room incredibly limited.

Great location (easy access to underground, overground and Thameslink to airports), lovely little kitchen area stocked with teas/ coffee, beds and towels cleaned daily, secure fob on entry to building. Awesome WiFi and TV channels (Netflix and BBC playback for example). Loads of nearby restaurants and mini shopping places (Tesco/ Sainsbury's).

No lifts! And quite a number of steps to our room with our luggage. Water pressure in shower was variable (though always warm). Check in not on site (not too far a walk but not as convenient). No option to pay for early check in or late check out.

Location is very good, the bus stopes right in front of the building, you literally take three steps and you are in. Stayed in a triple room, even though it is not clear from the description, the single bed is a normal single bed, not an extendable armchair, which was nice. The small kitchen was very well equipped considering its size. Overall a good value for money considering all that it offers in the price. For a short stay it is ok for a small family. checking in was very easy, we received instructions a day prior to arrival, we arrived early but this was not an issue, the room was ready.

Our socks were black after less than 1 hour in the room - could be cleaned better. Building was poorly isolated. The single bed was right at the window. I put extra pillows right at the wall on the bed in order to make it ok for sleep. window curtains are old and dusty. heating did not work in the bathroom

Kitchenette, plenty of tea, coffee and milk, attractive furnishing, very clean, quiet, close to public transport, good restaurants and cafes close. Hampstead Heath not far

TV didn’t work too well, air conditioning was ok but could be better, serious issues with parking in the area. We received an 80 pound fine through no fault of our own.. the local parking website ‘just park’ could not access out payment for the 2 hour park, so after an hour of trying to sort it out, we were fined!!!
