Facilities were well presented, mini kitchen area in the cupboards with hob, fridge, kettle & coffee facilities really well stocked. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with supplies. Easy access to Wembley Stadium via the Jubilee line, perfect location to use when seeing a concert/gig at the stadium.

It wasn't the easiest to find the door to the apartment next to the Sainsburys at #198, there wasn't any noticeable signage in the NOX branding to mark location like there was above the door next to the Black Lion. (Receptionist did explain where to go though) The towels were clean although did have a slight stale smell (I wonder if they were folded while still a little damp from last clean?)

Location, facilities, quite modern.

The bedsheet was badly stained.We liked everything else.It is a very nice, new, modern studio, do not understand why to ruin it with a badly stained bed sheet.The cleaners should have seen it how bad it was and dispose it, rather using it again.

My brothers and I stayed here for a week and overall it was a great stay. The location is excellent—bus station in front, tube station 9 minutes away—and the room itself was cosy. Perhaps a bit tight for 3 people, but we made it work (with carry-on’s; big luggage’s would’ve been too much). Housekeeping was excellent though and very friendly! Just keep in mind that where you check-in is separate than the actual hotel. This was not a problem though as they’re very close to each other.

For three people with carry-on luggage, it was a snug fit. Any bigger luggage (at least in the room we had) might be an issue; but there’s also no lift that we saw so just be cautious of bigger bags anyway. We also really disliked the most random thing—the bathroom sink. It just wasn’t functional in the way that it’s built so water would spill on the floor every time we used it. The bathroom was decently sized however so everything evened out.

Nox West Hampstead is a very modern hotel. We enjoyed a lovely stay here. We chose it because it was the perfect location for our purpose of travel (visiting family), it is also close to shops, restaurants and the tube, as well as the Thameslink and overground trains. Our room was comfortable and quite spacious, with an ensuite, AC, TV, kitchenette, and iron. It was cleaned daily by friendly staff. Easy check in and check out process.

Access to rooms is via steps, which can be difficult to manage with heavy luggage. Not a lot of bench space in the room to unpack and store belongings. No cookware in room to use hot plate

Had a very comfortable stay. Very comfortable bed , new bathroom with great shower ( immaculately clean). Lots of storage space and mirrors with good lighting. Added bonus of small kitchen space and air-con. Wifi and smart tv both excellent. More like a hotel room with added extras space wise but excellent value in London. Our room was lovely and quiet considering it's above a bar and there is literally everything you need around you for a city break : cafes, bars, lovely bakeries and choice of supermarkets. Underground and overground are a 10 minute walk away - ideal location 😀 Service staff were friendly and helpful.

It was very close to our destination for visiting relatives. It is a great location for travelling into town or getting some ‘fresh air’ for walk on the Heath. Tube, buses and Thameslink all nearby. Lots of small cafes and shops, including a bookshop. So great location for us. This is the second time we have stayed here and we intend coming again Great facilities in the room, and beds comfortable. Very clean and towels replaced daily.

One night was quite noisy as it is between two bars and live music quite late. Other than that it was remarkably quiet. Perhaps extra pillows could be supplied?

I like everything about this room! It’s fairly close to the station, lots of restaurants around the facility, very spacious in the room! There’s a small kitchen area with some essential kitchenwares, and capsule coffee machine, which is very convenient! The under bed space for storing your suitcase is also very smart. I will definitely book this hotel again if I travel back to London again.

There’re two bars under the facility, so it’s not the quietest place for sure. But since I live in Spain(one of the noisiest countries in the world), I really couldn’t care less🤣🤣

The central location in West Hampstead was very good. Check-in was super easy and staff member was lovely and efficient. The room is kitted out with an incredible amount of extra features; soaps shampoos kettle toaster microwave milk biscuits coffee machine fridge extra sink and loads I'm forgetting! I cannot explain how wonderful it is in the modern world to have a hotel room with air conditioning AND windows that open. Really adds to comfort! Beds were surprisingly comfy! 2pm check-in is BRILLANT.

The cruelty of having a lower limit of 18 degrees on the air con. What monster is responsible for such things?? Room was on the 3rd floor. There was no lift and the central heating was absolutely blasting (even in the middle of June)! By the time we got our bags to the top we needed a cold shower, it must have been 45 degrees in the stairwell! Not sure how comfortable I feel that the door code to get through the front door is a touch-pad with the numbers marked on it, so literally anyone can gain access. The hotel is set between two pubs that are open until 1am. Not a problem if you are AT those pubs, obviously (they are good pubs)!

Easy transport and close to stores and restaurants. Cost-benefit relation is ok if you are looking for budget accommodation not too far from city.

The housekeeping lady did not speak English, thus she wasn´t kind and it was difficult to explain what we needed. The beds are not as good as in the photos, but we slept well anyway. Cleanliness is ok on floors and bathroom but other pieces of furniture need to be better cleaned. Getting luggage to room is challenging due to stairs, no elevator. Not sure if this was explained in description.

There is a kitchen area in the room that is useful and you can use it to prepare something to eat. There is everything necessary for that. They provide coffee capsules and there is a coffee machine in the room which is great! The room is spacious enough and the bathroom is modern and good enough. The staff was super friendly and they helped us with all the questions that we had. The location is near a train station and 7-8 minutes away from the subway station on the Jubilee line.

The reception is not at the same place as the hotel itself, but it's less than a minute away from it so it's not a big deal. The price felt a little bit high, but it seems that this is the standard for London.
