Clean, comfortable room. Nicely renovated (modern). Plenty of outlets, built in charger etc. The underground is very close as well as a good backery (Lola's) and others. A very good choice.

Our room was in the last building close to the busy W End Ln, on the ground floor. Windows had to be closed and dark to have any privacy. This was not a big issue for us, but worth to mention. Small things we were missing: A shelf in the bathroom (there is no place to put your things), something to hang the towels to dry.

The stay was comfortable and location was really great. The room was clean. The staff was nice and check in and check out were easy.

No toiletries provided. There was no sugar for tea/coffee, and the shower had a slippery floor.

Very handy to public transport. The staff were very friendly.

The doona covers were washed in very smelling fabric softener. Could not sleep with them. Luckily linen cupboard was open and used some sheets. The room was too hot.

the area is pleasant, the metro is around the corner, spacious clean room and clean towels every day, free wifi, beds are comfortable, friendly staff

Perfect location! 2 undergrounds one overground a lot of busses easy to get from and to the airport and 20 minutes to everywhere in London. Breakfast in LOLA was very nice. There is laundry shop down the main street The room was very nice - Hot water was OK, Heating was OK ventilator worked. There is nice supermarket in the corner

Wi-Fi went down twice . they took care of it but we had to go on 3G and that was disturbing. Also - no soap or shampoo = take one with you . Last thing - there is no elevator - and the highest rooms have a very low ceiling careful on your head

Location was all the money!! Excelent! Underground and train station at 3 minutes from the hotel. Luton airport is at 30 minutes more or less from the hotel. You can be in London (center) in about 20 minutes. The bathroom was brand new, very big but a little bit cold, although there was a radiator. Communication with the hotel was very easy to pick up the keys after reception was closed. Quiet and safe neighborhood. I was very pleased with my hotel election.

We did not have a view, the only window was in the back part of a building, facing a wall. There were no products of personal hygiene in the bathroom. Nothing, only hand soap. But it was more important for us not to share bathroom with other people.

The room was nice, clean, warm, quite, and had all the necessary for a comfortable stay. There was also an electric kettle, tea and coffee to make. There were USB ports, so that you don't need any adaptor to recharge your mobile phone. Missing body lotion and shampoo, but you can get them at nearby stores. The room was tidied up and cleaned every morning. The position was simply strategic: 5 min. of walk from the tube (4 stops to Baker Street) and same distance from the overground. It was very easy going from one part of the city to another. West Hampstead itself is very nice, with many restaurants, pubs, bakeries, and so on. We had a very pleasant stay.

The room we booked had been recently refurbished. Everything was new and comfy. The mattress was comfortable, towels were replaced almost everyday. There are armchairs and a dresser to be used. The heater worked quite fine. there were moments that it didn`t, but it was ok for us. The room amenities were not provided everyday; however, we had taken shampoo and stuff, so we didn`t miss them. The location is fantastic, just 2min from Thameslink; 5min walk to underground and 4 min to overground. Besides that, the bus stops are just around the corner (super easy to use). There is M&S Food just a block from there. There is also Tesco Express and Little Waitrose, another markets that are open everyday until late. It is easy to have your laundry done, as there are lauderettes close as well. It is a street full of restaurants and places to eat (international cuisine). On Sat there is street market on the next corner with local produce. The food is excellent! Even though it is zone 2/3, it is pretty close to the city center. The neighborhood is excellent, calm and safe. There are bookshops, library and some second-hand shops to fulfill all the needs.

We knew before hand that the microwave was located in another building three flats from ours. It took us 2 min to get there. That was a bit inconvinient though. We were prepared for that, but there were days that this bothered us; especially when the doors were locked ): There was noise evertime the city service was there to take out the trash ):

The room was very comfy and warm (in cold November!),the staff kind and helpful and the location perfect! Many restaurants nearby and easy to get to the overground or underground trains. We landed in LGW and took the direct Thames link train to West Hampstead - really simple!

The bathroom towel heater didn't work, so the toilet was icy cold. Also a light sensor(?) kept going off in the hallway during the night every time there was any movement on the bed. And that light shone through the cracks of the door disturbing us - solution, we covered the cracks with towels :D

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We love the neighbourhood and choices of places to eat around here. The discounted breakfast at Lola's also helps. This is my second time staying here, so I clearly don't have too many problems with the place. It is a little away from Central London, but just a short tube ride away and the quietness and surroundings are more than worth it.

The bathroom is a little small and can be a problem if you are of a large build. While it is generally a quiet area, we were disturbed by some noisy people who kept talking one of the nights, so I guess the sound proofing may not be great. Wasn't a problem the other nights. The room got a little hot, but they provided us with a fan which took care of the problem.
