Location is great, just 10 minutes by walk from Tower bridge away, around 30 minutes to London bridge. Selfchecking really easy and great guided.

Thee hotel itself was great, the room was nice, 3rd floor and two floor room. Shower was amazing.

I asked the digital concierge about a late check out, no one contacted me back. Bulb missing from my side of the bed, when I tried to replace it the original had broken and the screw fitting left in there. No TV control in the bedroom. Some dust under the bed, I noticed as the bed moved very easily as the wheels were skidding on the bedroom floor. I asked for the room to be serviced, it was but no extra milk or coffee left and as there was no reception couldn't get any for morning 2..... Check out at 10am, in London, ridiculous as most people will see show or go out, 11am or 12noon much more respectable, should be industry standard for later than 10am.....

It was a great location, very central and on a high street with good amenities. Room was a little more spacious than had first anticipated, and relatively clean and very tidy. Good storage and kitchen facilities although not utilised were fantastic. Felt very secure and easy to access, with really user friendly instructions.

The shower tray was very shallow and so the whole bathroom floor was soaked when showering. The apartment was also lacking in terms of cleanliness overall with the cooker hood and taps very dirty. It was also very hot / stuffy and the fan was thick with dust so didn’t do a great job of cooling the room.

Honestly I don’t know why people on the reviews made this place out to be so bad, loll I was a little worried but the property was more than alright, towel and sheets were clean, so was the bathroom, test the sink was small but manageable, I loved the location cause it was out of tourists way and area felt more local and community like. I just think the other reviews are just hella picky people, if you want a absolutely high/rich aesthetic room, then go and ask the Buckingham Palace for a room lol and stop being picky. My stay was amazing, I wouldn’t complain about anything and staff were lovelyyyy

Location is ideal for the Shard area.Bermonsey area is vibrant and busy area with abundance of restaurants,cafes and bars.

Had trouble with entry and to the room as I did not recieve the links to the codes for entry.However,we call the telephone number specified and was greeted with a lovely and patience lady to assist us. Secondly,the soap dispenser in the bathroom was difficult to squirt with not much body wash coming out of it.Apart from that great location and stay.Bit noisy as it is off main road but bearable noise.

Good location , very clean and tidy. Comfy bed and good shower. The room and ensuite was generally quite small but , it met expectations and was perfect for a weekend away. Good transport links. A tad noisy at night but I think that is to be expected staying anywhere in central london-nothing too out of the ordinary.

A little strange not seeing a human to check in, however the AI check in /online check was easy enough to use. A few more hooks in the room might be helpful for clothing ect (as there is no wardrobe/drawers) .

Space was clean and tidy albeit small but when we were only in there for the bed it was ideal! The bathroom was modern and cozy! The little space with the sofa was a really nice touch! We had a lovely view of the shard! Getting in the building couldn't be easier with it all on your phone and worked without a hitch. I don't know why people have such and issue here. We had a great time and personally great value for money considering it was the cheapest hotel within the distance we wanted. Fairly close to London Bridge Station approximately a 10 minute walk and the walk is very pleasant. Even walked through very late at night and felt safe.

There was no signs to hang on the door to request room service. It was not provided by default. As there is no receptionist neither cleaning stuff around, i was not able to request the room to be cleaned during my whole stay. I could have requested it through the chatbot/automated phone, but i was in a rush during the whole stay and did not have the time nor the patience to deal with it.

Great location very near to major London landmarks, public transport and good range of food places. The guest-facing staff (the team on the phones and housekeeping crew) are excellent; friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They took good care of us even with a few issues we had with our rooms.

Needs some general maintainence and repairs.

Property was modern, large room and very clean. Good shower. Equipped kitchen (if needed). Generous coffee and tea making packs. Very comfortable bed. Lots of sockets ( especially by bed … always a big plus in my book) . Room smelt lovely !

I couldn’t get the automatic online lock to work or the alternative key code. Rang the number provided. 2 options when connected , tried both and only an answerphone. Left 2 urgent messages to help me . Eventually got key code to work but never did get a response. What if I couldn’t have got in as there are no onsite staff (which I knew but would have expected a response on phone) ?? Light on one of the bedside was half hanging off wall. Blind was broken and was 3/4 down so not much daylight coming in and window overlooked so privacy an issue.
